  1. Nice house 'BigRedGoat' , pity DesignByMe is finished with by Lego. Only the white walls in the front looks out of place but that's okay.....Carl might have started whitewashing the front of the house. Brick On 'BigRedGoat' !
  2. Not bad Hummer 'LGG', quite a classic town styled vehicle. RPG proof is it ? Anyway, good job designing it and Brick On 'LGG' !
  3. Something to watch from the German Toy Fair.
  4. AWESOME 'Stefan', perfect in black and white...perfect Charlie Chaplin too ! Brick On in black and white 'Stefan' !
  5. Are too many to choose from....oh, well here I go ! 1. tatertots - 1 point 3. LegoMyMamma - 1 point 5. SilentMode - 1 point 26. lakers88 - 1 point 27. dede_la_fee - 1 point
  6. Thanks for the review 'SilentMode'.....cute but poorly designed, the dog house is too big on the outside and too small on the inside.....too Belville in design. A below average design from Lego......it will still sell though because it's cute ! Let's all hope the rest of the range has the build quality of the house, cafe and vet clinic. Review On !
  7. Thanks 'Jack', though I still feel an ambulance is needed to transport victims of accidents though I see your point but that's what us AFOLs are for - to improve on what has been designed by Lego.
  8. Usually a set that is a TRU US exclusive becomes a TRU Oz exclusive plus it's not in the first half catalogue for Oz as well !
  9. V-LF-8B Next modified Great Vehicle is the ambulance, converted into a road accident rescue van. What's inside you might ask ? Floodlight and Jaws-Of-Life unit. The design of the Jaws-Of-Life is similar to the chain saw from the forest fire series of this year. Oh, you can also see other rescue equipment in the back of the van as the floodlight is being reloaded. Comments are very welcome, more to come so keep on watching !
  10. Thanks for all the feedback everyone, now this..... Comments welcome. Edit - to see details on the rescue van pictured visit this link. Modified Great Vehicles
  11. Excellent fusion of minifig parts, you need a pink interior spacecraft for them to travel in eh ? Nice work 'freakwave' and Brick On !
  12. Now this is a good question, for me....I keep SW, HP, POTC and now SH built as per set instructions, city too except I MOC or modify city so buying extra sets is needed so I keep original sets while building what my twisted mind comes up with. Brick On everyone !
  13. Very nice structure 'brickcitydepot', I like the detailing inside - lots of small apartments...where are the bathrooms eh ? What is the shop down stairs selling....power crystals....no, I guess Jewellery ? Excellent work and Brick On 'brickcitydepot' !
  14. Okay, two things - why is the photo on it's side and cut off too ? Second, why aren't you uploading to say Flickr or Brickshelf and deeplinking to your post ? Here's a tutorial to help you a little. How to Deeplink and Post Images on Eurobricks Looks interesting from what I could see though, keep trying and Brick On 'jozero' !
  15. Excellent piece of designing there 'Fianat', a SNOT built boat and that small smoke trail behind the boat a huge . Brick On 'Fianat' !
  16. 'Peppermint_M' thank you for post what you wrote today, maybe we should let the children decide what they want to play with.
  17. Ah, this might answer your question..... TRU USA web page for 6857 The words are written EXCLUSIVE....sorry.
  18. I wasn't going to buy a 4439 police helicopter but after building I was glad I did !
  19. Happy Birthday KimT And I'll pass on what my own mother told me when I turned 36.... "You are only four years off forty now !" Have a great day.
  20. Okay, since you asked so nicely. Those SW planet sets at Kmart have been selling well, Ingle Farm only had a total of five left this afternoon !
  21. Excellent fusion of city and train sets there 'ZueriHB' in the true spirit of Lego. My own suggestion would be the off-loading crane was on overhead rails to run to and fro so each hopper can be fill easier. Such a design was used in classic town early 80's Public Works Depot. Brick On !
  22. Thanks for the review 'Plissken', neat hot rod, not bad police pick up, but it's the bear and hideout that stand out in this set. We were overdue for a robber's hideout....I think the last was a water hideout in the world city theme ? Since I'm collecting all city this year, on the list....though I think it's a TRU exclusive in Oz....I will email them shortly. Brick On Review On 'Plissken' !
  23. Easy, Green Grocer is the best in my opinion !
  24. Ah, I think David Jones had it as an exclusive late last year.
  25. Just a small set today. 20% off too - lucky me !
