Interesting lists, perhaps none of the series 9 have any new parts....maybe in different colours/shades or that Lego will surprise us again......they must have read the 'Art Of War' ! I'm only wanting the plumber in series 9 but in the next two.....quite a few indeed my town needs population you see ! Now for the really interesting stuff... Revolution Soldier - perhaps American or French Revolution.....oh, the gang over in the pirate forum will smile will glee ! Librarian - Nerdy girl has a new name......bet she is Lego's answer to Velma Dinkley ? Trendsetter - every Lego town/city needs a Paris Hilton....doesn't it ? Motorcycle Mechanic - now this one is interesting even more so.....is it going to have another little red tool box.....that new tool wheel would be even nicer (yeah, right if Lego would do that )....perhaps he (I'm assuming it's a he) will look like someone from OCC or PaulJr Designs ? (now who wouldn't want a Mikey in their town eh ? )

You can see who is from the USA right......actually it would be more like a humble take-away shop that has fish'n'chips, chicken and pizza's - a bit of everything in such a small town. I might have room for it as I promised on Cuusoo that if my Target reaches 100 I would rebuild it.....it's at 85 so 15 left before a rebuild begins. And a rarely build something over 32 stud wide so a take-away shop might be on the cards.......keep watching !

How can one improve on what Lego released this year......you did 'Anio'.....very realistic and functional too ! Brick On Truck On 'Anio' !

By the looks of it, these are quite likely the next round of collectables, but there must be a 1x1 round brick on the paint roller and the Roman officer is missing his sword (a Roman standard would be cool too ).

Thanks everyone today for your comments and feedback. Starbucks is a dirty word in South Australia......their chain lasted less than a year before going belly-up ! Beer is preferred in my town than weak coffee......of course in moderation children. Yes, in country hotels meals are generally served between those hours.....things like fish'n'chips, surf'n'turf and the ever so favourite beef or chicken schnitzel ! I did use the Birdsville pub as part inspiration for this......I goggled 'railway hotel' and looked at what was out there......then went for the simplest thing that wouldn't cost the earth to make. Head scratch time.....what next for this until more base plates arrive......vehicles I guess....more later so keep watching.

Anyway I found a spare piece of unused photo sticker paper so........ Finally got that CASE sign finished......now I only a have ceiling to fit to the Holden/Case dealer building. Really, when the S@H price is 149.99, eh......99 bucks was a good price (it finished last night) (footnote - I got mine months ago for 64.50.....damaged box) Speaking of Kmart - Great Vehicles series 24.00 though it's not that good.........that TRU 25% sounds great....got my email but sadly no spare cash !

Thanks, I had to get extensions on my water and power bills yesterday, It's very true what you say, though I made promises to my son and there has been too many times I have let him down and broken his heart......being a dad (parent) is hard. When I feel low I try and build.....getting positive feedback is a great shot in the arm. I'll try and have something else up today.....so as usual keep watching.

That's an ice storage/merchandiser where people get bags and blocks of ice out of......once they pay the barkeep for it of course. Once I can get some fresh stickers it will look even better......plus I'm still thinking more buildings......but again it's a NO cash at the moment that's stopping this poor old tiger ! The way it's going this might be the saddest Christmas for my family in over 10 years.....trying to afford presents for my wife and son is hard with no cash and impossible to spend a cent on New Mannum......I'm not the only small business person doing it tough in Adelaide at the moment though. Keep watching anyway.
