  1. Wow! This is much better than mine! Can you send me the instructions? (I don't think I have all of them, but I'll try to change it and build it with my parts. I think your modification deserves a topic for itself (By the way, the Eurobrick's rules say that you mustn't post pictures larger than 600x800 (or 800x600, I don't remember) Like my other MOC, it can be used as a spacecraft or a submarine. I've just added some sort of engine ad a turret, but it's not nearly as good as Legoman's version.
  2. Well, I have some sort of trauma: Once upon a time, I cleaned some of my LEGO pieces, and put them in the bathroom, and when I came back to the bathroom to get them, they got orange (like rust)- I think they oxidized. How can I avoid it?
  3. I think you're right- it is (half) WIP. But almost everything I add to the shuttle, ruins it's shape.
  4. I agree with TheWarden, the lanscaping is a bit dull, but on the other hand, the scrapped road is great. The soldiers look good. You put there a large assortment of minifigs, and most important, a monkey! Where did you get the hairpiece on the forth picture? The robot looks really cool - I really like the cyborg-rhinoceros cyborg-Smilodon head and the hands, but I think that you should have built the robot legs or some hovering-device, it looks kinda weird (I mean, how does he move? By hopping?) Did you take it apart? Because I'd like to see the robot from the back.
  5. Well, as a LEGO MOCer, you should know that building with LEGO is much more fun than cleaning it... (but I will clean my LEGO pieces soon...)
  6. Good landscaping! I like the plants, especially the trees and the hard-hat mushroom.
  7. It has a SNOT airlock chamber. It could also be an amphibian airspeeder or something like that, but I decided to make it a submarine. I'd really appreciate building advises and feedback. P.S I know that my pieces are too dirty, but I don't have time to clean them.
  8. This is the first version. To see the next version, click: V1.5 V2 Edit: I had a typo in title, it's supposed to be Mini-scale. The title says everything. I'm not experienced in sci-fi MOCs, so I need feedback. It looks exactly the same on both sides, so I only took picture of one side.
  9. WhiteFang, I've updated my pictures on my entry in category A. Please check if they are "legal".
  10. Can we post or vignettes separately to get feedback and building advices?
  11. Minifigure: "Karate Master" Theme: Town "And the Oscar goes to..." Drum roll... "Jackie Chan!"
  12. Thanks for the answer, WhiteFang. (It was only hypothetically, I want the prize! ) Eurobricks is really great. TLG too
  13. Can I join the contest without getting a prize if I win? (which will be really hard, there are lot of amazing builders here) I mean, to give up the prize and enter the contest for the fun.
  14. Read my reply- I don't clean my LEGO at all Thanks everyone!
  15. Thanks. If I could make a list with all the parts and the colors that you have and I don't... (for example, I don't have a lot of pink...
  16. I know, but I don't have the time to clean them... I guess you don't have any comments about the MOC itself?
  17. Lantern is a very dry district- it hardly rains there, and so is the rest of Garden-Kingdom. (I'm to lazy to make a proper door, so I made it open) The roof decorations are my favorite part of the MOC, as well as the orange thing in the front, near the roof. (look at the 8th picture). Thanks! EDIT: Oops. I made a typo on the title
  18. Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year, is on next Thursday, so I decided to make a little MOC for it. First, holiday information: Scroll down if you don't want to learn something new about Judaism. There is a Jewish calendar (used today for religious observances by less religious Jews, and as the main calendar for more religious Jews.), and on the first day of the first month (Tishrei) we celebrate Rosh Hashanah, a two-days holiday which opens the "holidays" period, On the eve of Rosh Hashanah (next Wednesday), there is a big meal, in which several traditional dishes are served: Apples with honey, to make the next year sweet (it sounds better in Hebrew). it is one of Rosh Hashanah's main symbols. Pomegranate seeds, so we will have many deeds and rights (as much as the pomegranate seeds) Sheep head, so we will be "a head and not a tail" (again, in Hebrew it sounds much better). And don't think about it literally, it's a metaphor. Fish (I don't remember why)-some people also serve fish head. And many more dishes, depends on your origin (Jews around the world had different traditions) On the synagogue, there are special prays for Rosh Hashaah, including blowing the Shofar, a ram horn, which is blown to open the gates of heavens, so god will hear our prays. Now, to the MOC: Rosh Hashanah's eve, התש"ע (a year on the Jewish calendar, which equals, more or less, to the period between September 2009 and September 2010) The honey is here... So are the fish... We even brought the shofar... And most important, the food... The guests are here... But something is missing. Where is Flare with the apples? I'm hungry. Can we start eating now? No! Wait for Flare. One hour later... Flare: Well, your request was a little weird, but I no one has ever invited me to a Rosh Hashanah dinner... A: I said apples, not chapels! More views: The SNOT baseplate: The mini-churches: combined: Extra Hmm, I wonder if LEGO and honey tastes good... If my information is wrong, blame my parents and my teachers
  19. I wanted a carriage for the prince, not a carriage for Cinderella.
  20. I've posted it here because it's supposed to be a carriage for the Pumpkin-Prince, (Prince Jack, of Lantern), a minifig designed for some Fantasy-Castle MOCs. These 3 photos are my favorite part of the MOC: With minifigs: Comment please!
  21. He's not joking about WWII. Flare could do the same thing even with the green army men... Flare is just takes this phrase literally- it's just a pun, not a WWII joke.
  22. Did you get "gifts" (after all, it's not a gift if you have to pay 2000 USD to buy it ) But it's really expensive.
  23. 1- Plumbing problems or family members 2- Stray dogs or unleashed dogs 3- Vandals 4- A cat.
  24. Sorry for being so picky, but English is not my first language, and I want to improve my grammar.
  25. Thanks. I really appreciate your comments (by you, I mean everyone who replied)
