  1. Bertfang? Haha...

  2. You might have misunderstood me: I am aware that Yatkuu could have did it by mistake, and I just wanted his clarification before starting with accusations. I would have PMed him, but as you probably know, he has less than 10 posts. I admit, it was a mistake to not a research. I wasn't aware of the hexagram's other uses. I didn't take it as an attack on the Judaism and such, I just wanted an explanation. I'm very sorry if I offended anyone (or scared off anyone) myself, this wasn't my intention. I posted this reply here (instead of PMing), so everyone will be able to see my explanation (before jumping to conclusions)
  3. I got confused because of this: Thanks. By the way, thanks for the great contest, Eurobrick staff, TLG and Whitefang!
  4. Great MOC! The landscaping is really good. I like the Stonehenge and the monster (it gives the MOC a sci-fi look). .
  5. Can I enter the raffle if I submitted only a category A entry? (I mean, I must have entries in both categories?)
  6. I said it before in this thread, and I'm waiting for your reply, Yatkuu.
  7. If you say so . By the way, great contest- I'd like to thank Whitefang, Eurobrick staff and TLG for it.
  8. 3) Spaceman & Pharaoh Entry (Build by Optimus) 8) Robot & Jungle Explorer Entry (Build by lisqr) 17) Clown & Ringmaster Entry (Build by Flare) Good luck, everyone!
  9. 11) Jungle Explorer Entry (Build by Diidy) Posted Image 18) DJ Entry (Build by Optimus) 18) DJ Entry (Build by Optimus) 32) Vampire Entry (Build by Cecilie) The entries are great, 5 votes for every member would be better in my opinion. Good luck, everyone!
  10. Kingdoms Advent Calendar and the Castle set "King's Battle" for 48$ each.
  11. I built it, and he just came and made 2 holes with his chisel, so it'll look like he built everything! Thanks everyone, I really appreciate your comments.
  12. Thanks!
  13. I've expected a Pirates month due to "International Talk Like a Pirate Day" (it's today)
  14. Thank you! Thanks. I agree with you, the 'not-so-clean' parts and the scratched parts give a bit of sand-texture feeling. Also, a ragged and dirty cape will work well in a lot of Castle MOCs.
  15. Almost every tan vignette fits into 6241 Loot Island's baseplate. I came up with the idea when I looked at my tan Pteranodon. The result is a bit similar to this great MOC, but I didn't try to copy it. Although it doesn't look like I did, I cleaned it with wet wipes. It was much dirtier before, but I'll use soap and water next time. Please comment!
  16. Thanks!
  17. I agree with you, cralegoboy. BTW, can someone talk with Yatkuu about the Star of David thing? (I can't PM him, he has only 5 posts)
  18. I collect mainly City, mostly because toy shops in Israel have mostly City sets. I also like their minifigs and their useful parts. I have some new LEGO Pirates sets (Brickbeard's Bounty, Cannon Battle, Loot Island and the impulse sets), and few Creator sets (Beach House, for example). I have a bit of adventures sets (Research Glider, Secret of the Tomb, Thunder Blazer and Mountain Sleigh) and old Harry Potter sets (Quality Quidditch Supplies, Slytherin, Dobby's Release, Troll on the Loose, Flying Lesson, Hogwarts Classroom, Gryffindor, Sorting Hat, Snape's Class and Diagon Alley Shops) I also have two Fantasy Era sets (Knights' Catapult Defense, The Knight) and one Kingdoms set. I inherited a large portion of mixed bricks and sets from family members (Chief's Teepee is one of them) Well, to sum up, I have City, Harry Potter, Castle, Creator, Adventures and Indians, but I currently collect the sets I see in toy stores. EDIT: Oh, I also have the Indiana Jones set with the tent.
  19. Well, maybe you can from a 8x8 baseplate with existing smaller plates. (If you have these in this blue tone, since a normal blue would fit well with the light blue tiles, but will look a bit weird). Also, the furniture you've put there is lower than the floor, so it looks odd.
  20. Lord of the Rings trilogy in English. I have no idea why didn't I read it before, but I saw it in the library and borrowed it. It is extremely difficult, because English is only my second language. I do it mainly (or, as Tolkien would write, chiefly) to improve my English.
  21. Don't forget to tile the next level, if it's indoor. Oh, and I now noticed that the blue tiles don't really fit there, but maybe they will if you'll change the color of the black baseplate to the same color of the tiles.
  22. Well, if you want a joke-figurehead, you can put a chrome vader or chrome C-3PO, as well as normal C-3PO. You can also put a monochrome minifig with crossed swords.
  23. Well, IMHO, if the Johny Thunder minifig is not a place-holder minifig, then it's allowed. Another level is a good idea.
  24. Are you saying that the critique and the advices is a bad thing? Because: It also means that you can (and should, IMO) offer your help too.
  25. Well, the original joke is a blonde joke, so I'll write idiot instead: Q: What should you do when an idiot throws a hand grenade at you? A: You should remove the pin and throw it back. Q: What should you do when an idiot throws a pin at you? A: Run away, he has a hand grenade in his mouth! Oh, and does someone here likes elephant jokes?
