You could put it that way. Personally I never had a problem with Ward's character, that's why I think it's a shame he's been thrown away so quickly. Now that I've thought about it though I hope he doesn't pop up again until at least Season 3. Next season would be too soon for me.

I think that we'll get an independent release, hopefully with a new fig like Sunday Best Homer.

Don't you hate when you have been working on a BIG project for months, intending to post it on Ideas only to find out months later that someone has already posted a nearly identical project in terms of design and playability, at a smaller and more affordable size?? If I posted my version now it would look like I lifted features directly from this other creator's project. I just lost a little motivation today.

Yep, definitely fake. The face has the exact same lines. War machine was a one time minifig. And Iron Patriot. And heartbreaker.

Picked up three bags (Milhouse, Nelson, and Homer) from Wal Mart for the regular $3.50 each, the full boxes were also $209 each.

I put Ori and Gloin because I needed two random dwarves. Maybe Dori and Oin instead? As for Fili and Kili I see Erebor as the only set they can be put in if Lake town is filled up. Yes the set can be based on events from DOS, but with BOFA figures. I believe in the movie all the dwarves will end up at Erebor eventually so It makes sense to me.

My expectations: 79015 Dol Guldur: Elrond, Galadriel, Witch-king. Small bit of ruined structure with dumb play feature. (I predict Witch-king catapult) 79016 Lake-town Defense: Bard (blue coat), Bain (same torso as game, new face, long legs, and brown Luke Skywalker hair), Alfrid (same as game), Bolg. (with molded head) A tower about as tall as the main building in LTC with spring loaded Windlance. 79017 Battle of Dale: Dain, Thranduil in armor, Iron hill dwarf x2, Armored elf x2, Armored Orc x2, and one Lake Town soldier. The main set is two buildings the size of the LTC one, with a wall collapsing feature. Also included are a Reddish brown Warg and an Eagle. 79018 Erebor: Bilbo (Lake town with Mithril shirt), And armored versions of Thorin, Kili, Fili, Balin, Dwalin, Bofur, Ori, and Gloin. And of course Smaug. With lots of gold, the king's throne with arkenstone, and part of the forges.

Well Goblin king is in the same theme, not to mention a less expensive set. Yeah some angles look good, others not. I honestly think he would look better in reddish brown, with dark brown detailing. His neck is another thing that bothers me, It's just too thin and not long enough. When you think about it all of his proportions are wrong, especially the head. It's hard to tell just how good he will look until we see him in the plastic though. (Here's hoping for an SDCC reveal!)

Lol Why is it you say cheap? I'd expect Smaug to be quite expensive on the market. Wouldn't people want to take advantage of the fact that he comes in a $130 set?
