  1. Damn right! And it wasn't even a birthday present! :P

  2. Robert Holloway reporting, Admiral.
  3. It's not a temporary problem. There's too much to do in WBD's quest to bother with actually following the plot. It's less of a quest, more like a...unique item shopping spree with a dozen miniquests and awesome outside references. With a little bit of plot. That's why I liked Quest 11.
  4. Link. Scrolling down, I think that about answers this entire topic... I'm also pretty sure there's a spot in the MOC index for micro stuff.
  5. I remember killing myself trying to find all of these. Fantastic work, they're quite accurate!
  6. You're telling me. Four damn elements in one weapon and I'm pretty sure they've been useful all but once on this quest. At least one rat in every quest, and when I'm finally ready for a slaughter...
  7. Shouldn't the Undead at least be...Undead?
  8. Don't you kind of need Skrall to see the tracks?
  9. Welcome to AFOLing! Here's your new best friend. You can buy any of the bricks you like in almost any amount.
  10. They're essentially the same. The face print on my Aragorn from Weathertop was a little blurrier, but that was a misprint. Also, he doesn't show up in Mines of Moria. That's Boromir. Beaten to it.
  11. Never ceases to amaze me when someone can pull of both a fantastic build and color it in such an astounding way. Really fantastic work, on both models.
  12. :excited: Can't wait! I guess this is why no rogues were allowed...I can barely think of one that wouldn't be running around with a super-artifact or 2 once the quest was over.
  13. 1) Dystopia, Eurodina, Hogwarts, Red Scare, Werewolf, Baritones 3, Bloodbricks 2, Suburbia, Gotham, Imhotep, Yakuza, Steampunk. 2) A place where nobody can hear you scream the final frontier Why 'in my own words'? In any case, space = volume. 3) <Insert witty answer that gets me into the game here> Failing that, probably 4. Really nice backstory by the way.
  14. We need another Boba Fett. Just, in Olive Green with LBG legs.
  15. Would effects like Badly Poisoned be transferred to all enemies from the Cat o' Nine Tails?
  16. May have taken lots of items, but I think they've got it in the bag now. On another note, that was one of the most twisted special skills ever. Would the artifacts have been permanently lost if they failed the battle?
  17. On the older version of the flame, there are 2 tiny pegs on the sides of the 4mm(?) area that can be locked into the curves of the flames themselves.
  18. Well, it is illegal to not have a beard in Rohan.
  19. Fantastic review for an amazing set! (You mixed up the heads on the soldier/Eomer, but I'm pretty sure LEGO itself made that mistake some point down the line ) Got this the other day, and it makes Helm's Deep look even better. Seriously considering buying one or two more when I get the chance. The siege weapon and extra Uruks are very cool as well - it's as a substantial a battlepack as TLG will ever produce.
  20. I got a flat end in my copy of Weathertop as well. I think they're tweaking the mold.
  21. I dunno, I can think of ways for them to be different and still worth getting. Most of the ones being re-used are from the first two series that very few people got ahold of, remember.
  22. I think this series is getting too much hate. Does anyone have any idea how long we've been without a half-decent Santa Claus? The best one we've had so far isn't even Santa! The rest of these sound like better takes on, in my opinion, somewhat poorly-done figures in the past. With the massive level of detail in recent series, I have higher hopes for these figs.
  23. That's a shame....if she was Humanoid/Beast, Benji would murder her with his crossbow.
  24. Shelob Attacks. Gandalf Attacks is more a horse supplement, or just to round off your Fellowship. It's no question you should get Shelob Attacks, the completed model is gorgeous and both the playability and display factor are tenfold that of Gandalf Attacks. It's right here.
