    Stun Tank

very interesting, I eagerly await your technique! Thats two things you owe me now, pictures of your CTT and building techniques
  2. I just joined Flickr (as you probably already know ) I added you as a friend, and started browsing other people in you contacts list, I saw Ben Unleashed!'s creation of a very similar vignette edit: after a bit more digging, I realized that this is for some kind of event on flickr, interesting. mind sending me a link to the original homepage?
  3. Yeah, I must admit, the upside down technique dawned on me a moment before I was ready to tear this apart and give up. Probably learnt it from Eurobricks. I can't believe all the comments on the sleekness of the ship, I thought it looked great even without all these snots and slopes, oh well, I guess I was a little biased considering it is my creation. I don't think theres a lot of room for modding on this one though , so what you see is what you get.

    Stun Tank

Yeah , do not fear! A new moc will be acquired shortly, however, any more criticism on this would be useful.
  5. Yeah, it's very obscure. But I needed something for my Bossk figure to drive around in, I always thought he was a really cool character, so I jumped at the chance to make his ship when I saw he would be released in the new slave 1 (this MOC, is old!). I always thought, as far as flying boxes go, this ship is cooler then the Twilight

    Stun Tank

Tanks! , (I just mis-spelt thanks, but then I realized, it made a rather fitting pun) I agree, I'm thinking about elevating the 1x2 45 degree wedges to amke them more flush with the top, and also removing some plates. I hope you don't mind me saying it, but as I was building, I thought it looked like something you would make, the tiles mixed with studs on republic vehicles just reminded me of your work! Yeah, I just got around to finally posting some of these MOCs that have been sitting around. I think I have to improve this, cause originally I was going off of a picture found on the internet But after building up the front, I stopped using this reference becasue I lost the picture, so I decided to just build it the best I can, it seems as though, in doing that, I've missed a lot of details as I look back on it. I'll definitley try to work on the dome because that is the part I'm least happy with, but the snot building might not happen, I'll also try looking in to some more tiles, but I love my studs, so will see what I can cook up. And thanks for the comment! Yeah, I agree, looking back, I think what initally inspired me to do this moc was a video from TCW video game, and their stun tank used the same design I used, so I just based it off that, but I agree and will change it when I get a moc 2 up. As said above, I'll work on the turret, but I'm not sure about making it shorter, we'll see, but I don't really want to break up the side detailing. Now I just got to figure out how to keep the removable gun rack module, while keeping the turret rotating function...
  7. Yeah, I knew many would thing that, but I'll have you know that the only parts that are the same is the base and the breakaway doors, and I guess the loading fucnction, other then that, it was all my idea, more or less. And I agree that the shape isn't perfect, but I think it would be accurate enought given the ship is basically more or less a brown box. And I was running very low on brown parts, so I'll admit I would've done things a little differently given more parts, But I think I did pretty well, considering I only have around ten brown parts left, one being a house door, and two being railings from the desert skiff set. And my lego isn't that dusty, I did say this was an old moc, no? Yeah, I get it, MTT is a giant brown mass, hounds tooth is a giant brown mass. No, it wasn;t inspired by the CW episodes, it was built way before that, and it was based off of Bossks actual ship hounds tooth. But I guess you could say it was posted in the spirit of the trandoshans on TCW, but, I am currently working on a "battle pod" from those episodes though, so you can expect to see that some time soon. The play functions are something I always try to add to my MOCs, I'm glad you liked them!
  8. If only everything in life were that simple Congrats on your purchases thought! I am officially jealous of the AT-OT and Dropship that is soon to be yours.
  9. I really, really like the plane and the bug, but the temple needs work IMO. I don't know, but there might still be time to tweek it a bit more.
  10. If you've been keeping up with TCW, you've probably heard of a stun tank. Their military application beyond putting giant beasts to sleep is beyond me, but nevertheless, I thought it would be a nice challenge for me to try and remake it in bricks. This was the end result. as always, now that I have flickr, The rest of the shots, showcasing different views and features of my creations can be found on my Flickr Account, I urge you to browse through.
  11. Greetings fellow Eurobrickers! I've had this creation of mine sitting here for a while, and, I just got Flickr, so what better way to celebrate then to post my new (old) MOC! I present... The Hounds Tooth! There are a lot of really neat functions and design techniques, so I urge you guys to check out my (new) flickr account for all the pictures! Happy Building! And yes, I did break apart my MTT to make this, and yes I did keep the break away walls, and I would be okay with getting criticism!
  12. But they were still Jurassic Park sets, no?
  13. Any updates? I'm anxiously awaiting!
  14. Lego already made sets based on Jurassic Park
  15. Just promise you'll never sell your lego, cause you never know when you might be showing your face around here again. Good luck, and we hope you don't stay away too long!
  16. Nice work! I like the story your telling with these vignettes! Can't wait to know what happens next!
  17. I always find I have just enough for what I want to build. Usually I have to take one or two pieces from already built MOCs or sets, but I usually am able to find all the pieces I need to build (it's a lot easier now that I've organized everything...mostly)
  18. Would you mind deeplinking those bad boys? I can't see them But everything looks great so far. Can't believe I haven't seen this topic yet!
  19. It appears as though your right Yeah, Megablock figures are really nice , but I would never switch over just for the figs, it's all about the bricks!
  20. Welcome to the Forum Spad! Eurobricks is a great site for you to discuss all things lego, or chat about other issues with people who share your love of tiny plastic blocks!
  21. Nice Installment! I really like Maxie Zeus too! Any chance of a pic of the ladies with yourself? P.S. I think the new series four werewolf could turn into a pretty good looking Man-Bat, wouldn't you agree? May be something to look into.
  22. uh, no. There was a guy on this forum a while ago who had a name awfully similar to yours, and he got banned for spamming the forum, coincidence?
  23. I had no trouble identifying the Monster, once you isolate the headpiece, you can easily determine it's size when compared to other pieces, and it has a flat top, making it all the more easier to sniff out. When I went to day, I thought I bought a bunch, and what I thought would be a rocker and a hockey player, turned out to be two rockers. I mistook the guitar for a hockey stick because of the angles. A warning to others, double check or you could be out 2.50!

    Canadian Eh?

I always feel so lame standing in chapters and feeling up plastic bags in the "kids section" , I usually go for mastermind, though the price raise does really urk me.
  25. oh, and here I was thinking I was original. Great minds think alike!
