Yep one of it. And many many new parts. And one special variety of parts, very hard and mostly expensive to collect, but now I reached a fine number I'm carpenter and make my own boxes. They are strong, light and adjusted for each chapter. I have found another picture of the layout on my card. It is done after the waterparts are added and show the whole landscape in a bigger solution (picture is link). -

Hey everyone, I have good and bad news for you The bad: the finish date for the whole project will expand and the good: the reason will be the extension of two new chapters. I thought the last two days at work and have come to the conclusion that the castle ramp and gate suxx ;) To give you more than only blabla, here is another new bigger pine tree. We have a lot of swordleaves 6 x 5 in our local pab wall so it is obvious to do something with it. And as always with my top of bamboo leaves and a small pine tree Phil -

Hey my friends, sorry for this late update. The half past year was completely spend for a new (finished) project and with no chance to finish my castle on chapter 6. Here are now some pictures of the complete layout on the fanwelt 2012 in cologne. Now I will repeat my work on chapter six. Please be patient. The other project will be shown on the city board the next days Phil -

Lol Sorry guy, but I'm currently working on a 11 x 8 meter community build with high priority. But don't despair. This will be continued. -
Hi guys, I`m very busy the last time. This year fanwelt in germany let us be very busy, so my time to do updates on chapter 6 and another project for the fanwelt are more and more rarely. Nothing the less (and to see other things) I have done a little build for a Halloween Showcase contest of my LUG. Sadly it was done to late and so it is not qualifing. But here for you now the finished version with little specials like mini haunted house, actor from series 8 with interchanged roll, captian barbossa and monster fighter butcher. build time 1 1/2 days Phil

Hello my friend, The uploads on our german page is done only for completed builds inside the WIP and I do the same for the whole if the castle is done. Could be a little bit larger than the other uploads - I can't tell you the numbers of parts put the weight of all should be around 350 kg. But I know other builders with many more - simple answer ebay and new sets from our local Lego stores. No BL and no bulks and only one order to TLG for my new project but it is a little in compare to all. - As a child I stop it with, let me think about it, 14 or 15. But most of it was lost after lent it to my cousin. So the majority of my collection starts in 2008 and end in the end of 2011. Now only new sets are available. My room for all of this can´t take any more The same for time as builder. My childhood and the last 4 years. You can see most of the last 4 years and the last build of many years ago on my brickshelf. And cologne, you are welcome of course. Phil -

Yes I will. But I can't repeat this nowadays. There is another big build for me to do before. It is like TheMagician said. Peoples walk inside the wheel to rotate a windlass. Forwards and backwards to lift and lower the weight. It was a dangerous but well paid work for the middle age. -
Hey Agentred, I have good advices for you special for the german location. But I can't send you a PM. Change your settings and I send you a PM. The already mentioned medieval market village is still available in some stores. It is perfect for further castle and/or pirates projects and low-priced for the amount of bricks. Phil

Here are some additional pictures of the construction zone done a few hours before the convention. I didn't have the time to complete this so they are without minifigs. But this is not bad. You can see the details better without them Phil -
9469 Gandalf Arrives * 9470 Shelob Attacks * 9471 Uruk-hai Army * 9473 The Mines of Moria * 9474 The Battle of Helm's Deep * 9476 The Orc Forge The Weathertop will follow on the next visit to a local store. This set is only available in germany at Lego and Vedes.

My pleasure! It was really nice to meet you and other creators at this (my first) convention. Your co-op creation was amazing too and meets my expectations after I see your crane. Now it is time to finish the castle and present it next year, or maybe another new creation. The last two pictures are in a bigger format here: 10914 big & 20161 big I missed to take closer pictures of the construction zone and now this parts are broken. Not that bad, is it? Phil -

Backside is ok? I have now changed the angle wall from the last picture to a smaller octagonal tower. The door is functional as always. -

Tree Build Technique - Can someone Help Me?
maydayartist replied to natesroom's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Hey natesroom. I have done a quick step by step build up for the trunk. Or you set it up like the six pieces and connect them in this order. After that you have to repeat this as many time you want to reach the hight you want. -

This is a little how to do for the tree trunk. The first is step by step and the second the trunk devided in six pieces which can be connected in the sequence shown. -

It's time for a new update. Behind the blacksmith is a lower place for a corner tower. I have planned to build him octagonal since the construction of the hill. And after a little time of testing the tower fits in the space ... ... and can now be done with a better surface. -

Thank you (and of course all your other pushing feedback from everyone ) They came from my special order but I have to restrain the use of them. The path on the ground is for testing and maybe not possible for final. It is hard to reduce their use, they are helpful in many ways. Phil -

Sorry man but not for this time. The chapters are not connected at all, but sooner or later you will get another overview. Here is a little update on an arch for a gate. Not really big but many changes has to be done to get this final version. The inside view won't be visible but the free space under the arch have to be fill to get a complete feeling. Phil
