Thanks TIm! I tried to use the simplest and most efficient mechanisms, since i don't have so many motors. So, for the steering I just used 2 Servo motors, one for the front axle, and one for the rear two axles.They are connected directly to steering racks. Advance boom proved to work, but unfortunately not enough time and parts to implement it on time. Great about the wheels! And YES, outriggers can lift and hold the crane when it is operating! Thanks a lot, Nick! Yes, since i wanted to save one function in that way. Crane can lower itself and outriggers sits on the supports i place beneath them (like a worker put wooden support pads under the real one) Thanks, mate! It seems that size did the trick :)

Welcome Tyrell. Lego does not produce such sets simply because they would be too expensive and heavy. The closest were model team sets which had some technic functions in them, like steering.

------ As said in my first post here, Skandinavc can install a simple winch at his LTM unit and present it as a Crane. Right now, it does not fit, as it cant hoist. It is a beautiful creation, but not fitting for this contest.
