  1. Welcome, have fun!
  2. Welcome both of you guys!
  3. I fully agree with 40k, With Lego you test your skills on how to make realistic ambient or vehicle or whatever with bunch of parts which comes in different shapes and size. I do not support using clay for your creation. In my opinion it is better to use nicely made background (photo) with mountains, rivers and sky...
  4. I want that salad with chicken breast! Great!
  5. Maybe it looked like Shelby Cobra!
  6. lucky you, I am eager to receive one, I think it is great for big vehicles to gradually accelerate and steer.
  7. Another vote for Serbia Bigger sets do not appear here, nor the unpopular themes. Prices are funny, approximate 2.5 times more expensive than on Lego site. But, Bricklink is saver! Mainly 90 percent of my lego supplies comes from BL. Thank you, Bricklink
  8. Beautifully designed truck, great color. For the fenders, it may look better when vertical space is increased, but it may look somehow more off-roadish. with this original setup it looks more like city vehicle, which is good.
  9. I find this idea very useful, for me at least, mainly because I use Mlcad for every model, not in details, but to visualize overall shape of the model. Also, it seems that people dislike mlcad, for its complexity and hard-to-learn interface. Once, again, great idea!
  10. Wow, nice...I like the view on main street!
  11. Welcome! That set you have posted was my last set before my dark age...I love that minifig head!
  12. I just got back from work and I see this on BL http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?q=8879 wohoo, it is selling again on BL!
  13. Nice combination of colors. Details are great, so is the front side with windows an Lego signs!
  14. Beautiful building. My favorite part is the middle floor with tan bricks!
  15. Same here, campus looks great, very similar to my real campus!
  16. That is really too much for this set. It seems to simple, with very few gears and mechanisms...
  17. Good reviews there. It seems that no one likes its non-rigidness and weak outriggers.
  18. I love that truck, great shape, and proportions! What was he doing behind the truck when coal was unloaded?
  19. Welcome, Cpt.!
  20. Welcome, enjoy!
  21. Logs are great, front part of the forwarder is great, but the crane...fantastic!
  22. I am big fan of trucks, so i must say i like this one very much, it is recognizable and great modeled truck.
  23. Legofan, great truck, looks very solid and nice, I just do not like 1x3 inverted slop behind the rear wheels...to me it looks like that piece does not belong there...
  24. welcome, have a good tine here!
  25. Before I used other materials to shorten the time required to build MOC, like this wooden wheels on JCB http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=183137 but now, i try to make perfect creation without any non-lego parts, Stickers are fine to me. Sails and ropes look great and are certainly required for big ships to achieve massive look.
