  5. I am not much into Pirates, but this is awesome. Color, details, size, sails, ropes... unbelievable!
  6. To Ralph's MOC: You are truly the master in creating those curved shapes and to make it to look good.

    MOC: goat rebel

I like the tree best! Birds are good too, goats are a little harder to spot!
  8. Very good! That windshield modification also improves look. Keep up!
  9. I agree, this tools are so mighty when it comes to designing on comp and showing it in 3D space.
  10. Welcome, Marc!
  11. Thanks, I am trying to improve it further bu adding curved slopes, it looks good, but it is still in experimental phase. It will house M or XL motor for drive. You are right, but that was the only way to create smooth semi circle around the tires, there are no hinges connecting those plates. on new version I am planing to use click hinges and lots of 1x2 tiles, it looks good, i will wait for your judgement, guys!
  12. Ah, love to see those old beams, I still use them in all of my models, and probably will never let them. Keep up with restioration, I am following it closely
  13. Great review. I lust enjoy to read this reviews, really a pleasure for me. This is one of my favorites mid size set, it has good functionality and greatly designed cab. Pretty good set. Good value for money, too!
  14. Cool first post, hope all of your posts will be this good. Nice modification, btw
  15. MOCs can be very expensive. it is scary how much money can gone on that...but its lego!!! We always find some reason for spending more Looks good, I have very similar steam engine in HO system.
  16. Thanks, I will try to add suspension, and for receiver I was thinking to put it at the back of the cabin, so it sticks of the black roof just to allow sensor to be out. Thanks, Yeah, that idea for receiver would be used. As for the wheels, I think it will look just nice, they will be shipped tomorrow. I will also use more sloped bricks in the hood design.
  17. Excellent review, starstreak. I like extensive use of youtube for showing functions, again, slideshow is greatly done. Pictures are detailed and your opinion on this set seems to be realistic, you presented it with all the pros and cones, Once again, great review!
  18. You wont be disappointed. 8275 is one of the best Technic sets, with the biggest supply of PF elements, and probably has the biggest fun-factor of all technic!
  19. Welcome, and enjoy your st...no, thats Arthas line! Welcome, and of course write more about yourself!
  20. Such a nice set! It has that nice family-time-Christmas effect. I especially like toys beneath the tree, it reminds me at my childhood, the racer is great, and that Joker-in-the-box is jus perfect. I used to frighten my grandmother with that toy
  21. Since I am thinking of rebuilding this truck into the newer version, I am going to open topic about this, first version of it: I do not know exactly which model and manufacturer is it, I just have 1/50 or so metal scale model all the way from the childhood, which I like very much. It has PF battery box and receiver hiden beneath the flatbed, and two M motors for drive (1/9 reduction) and steer (same) Since PF receiver is hidden by the flatbed, it can easily loose signal from remote, in first test on kitchen table was disaster, truck fell off the table... New version should be slightly larger, with better wheels (these are too fat), and smoother shape. And speed variable remote control will control it, yay!
  22. It looks mighty next to the 8436 crane truck!
  23. One of your best, regarding proportions and overall appearance. Color...I still prefer yellow for Liebherr cranes, but orange is pretty refreshing, and it suits it very well! Linear actuators are nicely integrated here, much better than pneumatics, imo. I really like this one very much!
  24. Welcome! Enjoy your stay here!
