I wonder what she meant by 'further'. Did she meant to say the sets Look better than life on mars. Or is she saying they take place in a more far out space environment like jupiter or something? Or does she mean further in a time setting sense, life on mars was very... NASA-like, maybe she means to say that it is distant future space, where you'd have private individuals rather than organization? That quote has me confounded as to what it could mean....

I like the feet, but yeah it does look like those big slopes break off easily. Maybe you could keep them, but hide some long narrow plates under them to support the real weight? Or maybe some studless technic beams under each 'toe', those could be pretty solid and not change the appearance much other than making the toes look thicker

Neat! I'm not sure why one barrel on the gun is longer than the other's though... It's a revolver style magazine for grenades right? Maybe what you could do is... have 6 equal size cylinders based on what's there now... then cap them with this on top (put a long technic axel through the center) and have the long barrel attach on top of that. Then you'd be able to have the 6 magazine cylinders rotate separate from the barrel in front... That'd be a cool feature...

Humh Now heres a cool idea (that they probably won't ever do) A Robot Factory either actually building Iron Drones (big minifig pack) or the smaller mecha (kinda like the Racers Tuner Garage set, but with robots)

V-LV-59C Yup, decided to take a break from Space and made a minifig scale truck in Digital Designer. in the new 6stud width Side view: If you want to have opening doors, it should be really easy to replace those side panels with the classic car door pieces. Rear: Check under the hood! One thing the old Classic cars didnt have... Some very interesting stud spacing in the trunk (to get the most space between the rear wheels) Hop in! take it for a test drive: Costs 13.52$USD I'd call that an almost reasonable price...

Ohwell, so you have no pics. Can you at least describe what you saw? Match up some of it to the pics we have seen and tell us what else is left after those? (oughta be a rule that you shouldn't mention that you know secrets unless you intend to actually reveal them... otherwise it just amounts to bragging at worst and wasting time at best)

Were you also in that room ExoChamp? Did either of you see anything in there aside from the pics we already know about from amazon.de? Tell us more, leak us some pics please? (there's no point in mentioning that you saw secrets, if you have no intention of revealing them) :-P

Based on the pictures... I made another 'early copy': The tail, landing gear, and colors have been changed due to parts availability on Factory. Costs 6.90$USD seeing it in LDD 3d view it actaully does look pretty good, I'm tempted to take the rotor blades off and convert it into a "G-Police" hover gunship (remember that old game?)

If TLC is so uptight about leaks, then WHY? do they have these kinds of 'secret room' events where they let people see stuff early? Someone is bound to talk or sneak photos out every time....

GAH! it's all Flash and ActiveX controls. Seriously, webpages that sell stuff should be about Easy of Use, not how many cool tricks you can add. The old one worked and looked perfectly fine and didn't alienate people with low powered browsers.(or people with security settings) This one... can potentially hurt sales for some people... Their graphic designer is just trying to make work for himself so they don't realize he's overpaid...

You forgot the most important thing. Minifig WOMEN! My town full of male construction workers and cops is seriously starting to get desparate... Just the other day some of them opened a new bar called 'Cowboy's' 'nuff said. :-D Seriously, if they work minifig women back into the picture, then the normal houses, stores, and cafes will naturally follow.

He does bring up a funny point though. That there are So few minifig packs, much less FEMALE minifigs lately. I think an amusing, (and slightly more tasteful lego set political comic) might be one portraying a pair of obviously homosexual lego cowboys with some captions to the effect of no women in the entire town... (who knows, seeing the way TLC overreacts to fake sets, that one just Might get us some female minifig packs released) LOL :-D

I see studs and axel holes Looks System Compatible to me. Based on the box art... It looks like the new action feature for the large Racers is they can 'crash' and have relatively large chunks that stay together pop off in a crash. The technic bumper on the front of all of them seems to be a lever to activate the feature. The Tiny Turbos look nice, I definetly want the black and red one at least. But I am dissapointed that 3 of 4 of them are using those ugly 'hotwheels rip-off' wheels, instead of 'Real Lego Wheels'.

Wait.. the 1/24 scale F1 What?! is going on with the front wheels' axel?

Regarding better set pictures... Yep, the Humans all look bad now. And of the Robots, Claw Crusher looks best, the Quadruped thing looks... not so great, but I want it anyway because it probably converts to a Black Swift(gate assault alternate) pretty easily with those big black wing pieces from the legs... and the Condor? (robots big mech) ... has really bad wing construction... thats a single technic rod holding it on... Intersting notes: look at Claw Crusher's chest, the tile says 'exo-code' maybe this is a prototype pic? the tile should really have either a barcode or the set number on the final version... also, look at the knees, they dont bend. Last year's mini sets had click hinge knees, this guy seems to have a technic angle connector instead.

gah! :-X I was never the biggest fan of Xpod Pods, but at least you could store stuff in them! Tiny Turbo tubs are just throw aways...the shape is entirely wrong for sorting small bricks, too tall to reach inside and grab stuff, and non-transparent sides mean you cant see what you left in there...

The anglerfish and lobseter... I think are not as good as the previously shown Sunken Treasure and the Crab The base is too big for me to be buying... but it is nice to see a base that finally uses a different window glass from that giant 1/4dome piece, these smaller ones are definetly more re-usable. Last pic with shipwreck looks great, neat little sub there.

8271 looks to be a rehash of 8453 (the alt model on the side of the box even looks familiar) Looks like it might be slightly larger scale. And would seem to have rear wheel rack+pinion instead of articulated steering... Ohwell, I can't resist Front Loaders, so I'll buy it anyway. 8270 looks... *blah* to me. A worm gear and a reel, thats pretty much it; the rest seems to be 'hand' controlled. If that thing in the middle is a new mini-turntable that might be nice... but I suspect it's just a big decorative gear. 8272 Snowmobiles are not my thing...my floors do not have ice so playability is potentially limited... But does anyone recognize the caterpillar tread it's using? I dont.... I wonder if it's really that wide or two smaller treads side by side - Tank anyone?

Yep, Everyone has their own opinion about where the 'line' should be, and the problem is that if you try to draw it to cover everyone, then you end up with no one being allowed to ever say anything. I think that the best way to deal with it is to have not line at all; people should just learn to accept each other's different opinions and simply close their eyes if they don't like what they see.

Nice Racing Pod. Yeah, I was mostly wondering if there was an official part that 'mated' with it. since many cockpit pieces have a lower half that goes with them... It's mostly part of a debate I'm having over wether to buy Striking Venom or Bridge Walker, theyre the same price. and I plan on dissasembly for the building of spaceships of course... Trying to plan ahead on the usability of the windscreens in each...

Well as far as alien abductions go... Once I thought it happened to me once. Something woke me up in morning earlier than ususal in the twilight just before sunrise. Felt that I couldn't move and saw one of those grey large headed aliens standing at the foot of the bed. Since I'd never belived in aliens my thoughs were 'oh s**t they are real!' then I lose consiousness and wake up at my normal time. It is at this time that I see that the place I saw the round grey alien face, was actually the silver sphere of a lamp in my room... And I know that the reason why I couldn't move was because I had not fully awakened and regained muscle control yet.(I have experinced that before when taking naps) Even so, the experience felt very real at the time. I have never seen a ghost, or a flying saucer. I would really like to, it would be 'comforting' to know that such things really do exist, so while this girl does seem to be a lot of trouble for StarWars4J I kinda envy that he is able to see such things... (you were series right, not just a scary made-up story?) Now, what really scares me, is People. People in an angry mob ready to lynch someone; ever see the Twilight Zone episode the Monsters are Due on Maple Street? Scared people in a mob just don't act human at all...
