Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka — Avenger (Imperial Headquarters)
Lord Tyrus replied to Brickdoctor's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
and my build's up. -
After his recent promotion to Dark Troopers, Lord Tyrus had been assigned a rather mundane task, in his opinion, one far more appropriate for an ISB officer; seizing an illegally modified podracer, and imprisoning it's builder: a suspected Rebel collaborator, Jorvass Kahan, building modified pod racers in for the Rebellion in order to win them a bet, and therefore a substantial amount of cash. But ignoring orders wouldn't get him anywhere, and it had been because of his great ability to follow orders that he was in his position. He looked down at his datapad. His scouts had reached the selected zone and made contact, with no casualties. A good sign. Too good. Reports had told Tyrus that the mechanic was very well equipped, with many contacts and people working for him, therefore working for the Rebellion as well. For a squad of 3 scouts to have reached his small overground workshop without any casualties meant a miracle. A miracle, or almost certainly some sort of catch... * * * SoNE 8 by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr * * * Upon reaching the outpost, Tyrus was immediately met by sergeant Davon, with the other two scouts slouched around various parts of the otherwise empty building. He had heard great things about is man. He had been in the army just over a year more than Tyrus had, and apparently had been offered the position of AT-AT commander, yet refused it, preferring to continue his scout work, his great talent in the area and missions completed earning him the attention of the High Command, and also Lord Tyrus. He seemed to him the perfect man for this mission. After a quick talk with the scout, he learned the mechanic and his workers had fled eastward to a hidden base. Hidden, as the collaborator had thought, to anyone looking, but not to the technology of Imperial Intel. Tyrus knew he would probably need the HawkHead missiles loaded aboard his Scorpion Assault Vehicle. He would be able to file a report of their effectiveness to the Imperial Department of Military Research. If they worked like he had been promised, all that would remain of Jorvass Kahan's underground base would be a mile-wide crater, with him lost with it. Hopefully, Tyrus thought, the other Imperial agents had fulfilled their missions to do with the upcoming pod race, or the Rebels would gain a substantial amount of money for the war effort from their winnings, which could potentially be the turning point of the war... And some unedited pics, that are far less savoury:

Great work, as always. You've already heard my feedback (and how much I love this build) so I'll say no more! -
Nice builds. The workshop is especially nice.

I like the builds, especially the first one, but for me, the 2nd isn't enough sci-fi. Still looks good though! -

Thanks! I tried to think out of the box with these guys, trying something different and (hopefully) unique. -
These look great, but I thought non-Lego parts weren't allowed?

Here's my entry, apologies for the slightly poor images, it was raining quite a bit here in sunny ol' England so pics were taken inside... Anyway: Just when the Galactic Armada had thought they had seen the last of them, Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits had been sighted again in the South-Eastern Sector bringing chaos and terror from their Frigate-Class Gunboat, the 9-Legged Octopus. Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits. by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits. by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr Fredrick IronHeart was a keen medic in the Galactic Armada. His short carer ended abruptly when he couldn't contain one of his 'experiments' with cloning humans and ended up mutating himself. With the aid of fellow doctor Keith Hazbin, he managed to stop quite a few of his detached organs and limbs from throwing themselves out of the window and built a metal suit to contain himself. Since his throwing out of one of the Armada's capital ship's airlocks, he now proceeds to lead a campaign against human beings being fired out of airlocks. Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits. by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr Second mate, Andy Royd followed his captain's path and decided that cyborg was the way to go. One day he entered IronHeart's 'surgery' a young man with great ideas. He left more machine than man... Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits. by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr Crazy Jim the Unlucky had always been slightly an oddball, from his pet fish he carried around with him with it's own H2O tank, to his strange delusions about world domination. But after being struck by lightening, then losing a leg on a jungle planet, before losing another on board an Armada cruiser, then being struck by lightening again, his strangeness has now reached a whole new level... Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits. by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr Franz Fisher is a near-human the crew picked up on some swampy planet. Nothing else about him is neither worth telling or remotely interesting however. Oh and he likes wearing shades. Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits. by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr One-Eyed Spike was another alien in the crew. Despite his somewhat blank expression, he is lethal in combat with his Blunder-Blaster, but is far less handy with a blade. Captain IronHeart and his hearty crew of galactic misfits. by Lord Tyrus, on Flickr The last in the crew is medic droid, F1X-YA. As well as aiding the captain in his 'experiments', F1X is also modified with eye-embedded MusketBeams and top-of-the-range Cannon-Bombs, making the droid something to be worried about. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Opinions and feedback most welcome!

Phew, great news! It's so hard to find wifi here, and I had to buy a drink in a local pub to use their internet (well that was my excuse). Thanks again!

Any chance the deadline could be extended by a couple of days, I'm on holiday from this Saturday to next, so if it can't be, I may need someone to post my build for me...
