  1. I don't remember the specifics of the LEGO verison but I'm guessing yours is much better, I can't imagine sebulba's being as detailed as yours. They both look great, but Sebulba's does it for me
  2. I think the second version looks better with the shorter axles. Granted your first version looked almost identical to the fire one in shape and size, but I think you did the right thing with narrowing the axles, sometimes LEGO drops the design ball. I really like it. Great job!
  3. haha, very clever, good luck in the contest.
  4. Very cool, I think the pastor's face and hair work perfectly. It really looks like a miniature church hall. Great work!
  5. Nice work, I can't imagine how hard it would be to mold a minifig head.
  6. Oh that Freeco Speeder set looks sweet, I'll be getting a few of those, the rest don't look that appealing, maybe the Arc 170 for the figs but I didn't buy the last one. I can't wait for the next round of pics to come out.
  7. Oh wow, the long legs on Woody are brand new, those will be interesting to see in MOC's
  8. I actually think they couldn't do anything becasue you don't have it labeled anywhere that it is a version of their ship, and technically you are selling 60,000+ bricks that happen to be arranged like a ship for the ease of transporting them to the new owner.
  9. In this case, I think it was their location that paid off, they likely saw them in person at an event. (my speculations)
  10. The worst thing that can really happen is someone will make fun of you for still playing with toys (depending on your age). If something like that bothers you then only you can help yourself with that. I rarely give a hoot what someone else thinks about me, unless it's my wife or close family.
  11. Oh I know, that's just my view on it, whoch is why i'm not much of a fan of Harley's, so much is "expected" to be purchased as an add-on, when the bike should have been done right for the price you pay.
  12. Totally understand, I don't own one either Your alternative was a great alternative.
  13. I got a new IM application for my work computer, granted it only works with people in my company, btu I've wanted it for a while, now my team finally got it.
  14. Very fun, I love how yellow is the LEGO naked. It's awesoem of you to do this for free with no profit in mind
  15. That I'm not sure about, but my logical guess says no, since you are in the UK.
  16. I went home on my lunch breakt to let out my 5 month old dog like I always do and I found out that she had been chewing on the bottom of a dresser in the spare bedroom that we let her stay in while we are at work. Needless to say, i was dissapointed as she had done so well lately, so now she is back in her kennel.
  17. Again with the ROTS On the last page Palin jax said the same thing Are you and Palin jax refering to something besides the Return of the Jedi movie that we are all talking about????
  18. I actually hated the old one, I thought it looked horrible, we'll see if this new one sways me, btu with 2 new Jedi I think my decision is being made for me.
  19. I ahve yet to see this movie so I don't get it, but I'll see it soon, and then it will likely make more sense. As MOC in general, it looks good!
  20. I am a big fan of Tesla, my only suggestion is maybe use the electic bolts like this, Otherwise you have the overall design down pretty good.
  21. This reminds me of the small hut that Obi Won lived in A new Hope. Great work!
  22. www.flickr.com You can search just like google.
  23. Your photographs are excellent but I really dislike the large eyed head you use for a few of the figs, it really clashes with the original heads.
  24. Your work is simply stunning!!! I remeber your last castle, this one is just as amazing, itk's so tall, and the drawbridge mechanism is spectacular. I'm sure it's obvious and I'm just missing it but what's with the single studs in different colors up and doen the castle??
  25. I think that for everyone in this thread saying you don't tell anyone or you keep this info to yourself should be thinking about how you view yourself. I'm 27 and I am an AFOL, I don't tell every new person I meet but if anyone asks me or sees my LEGO's and ask what's up with that, I tell them, I break off on a tangent about how much I like building them and photographing them. So I don't introduce myself as a LEGO fanatic, but if it ever comes up or they ask what my hobbies are, I'll let them know. I think hiding somethign like this is just like hiding anything else, your ashamed of it. What fun is collecting LEGO's if your ashamed of them??
