  1. Bingo, great work on the pictures. I'm curious which helmet that fouth imperial is wearing? Not the two snowtroopers or the imperial pilot looking guy, the 4th one?
  2. Because it was a good review, I enjoyed reading it and it helped me in my decision to not get the set. Just because I didn't like the set doesn't mean I can't appreciate the review and let the reviewer know that they did a good job reviewing the set. I was actually on the fence about a few sets, and I use Member reviews to get a feel for the set, it turns out I don't want this set.
  3. Thank you, you know there are plenty SW sets still in production where you can get an R2 unit.
  4. I wasn't in the RA at the time this was done but it looks great, I'm impressed with your 15 battlepacks, I think I only bought 7, makes me want to go buy more.
  5. Nice scene. THe gaurds arecool, adn I really like the roof technic, it's nice to see original bricks be used, with all the new up and coming roof designs. The pool is supurb, great SNOT work, and the whole scene just has a zen like feel to it. Great work.

That's good insperation, I also bought a tredmill about 2 months ago, my wife really wanted one, adn I'm starting to get a little belly, probably from the beer, so I think I need to ste it up and get my but on there.
  7. Nice review, looks like a great way to get all the essential Pirate characters.
  8. I like it, I agree that the leaves and vines don't fit the cairo theme but it definetaly looks like an Indy set. I like the titled boxes and the nice roof.
  9. I understand where you are coming from, all of my LEGO's are from about 1986-1995. Otherwise I ws lost until around 2006. I missed out on all the cool pieces too, and unless you want to buy alot of specific pieces, just buying new sets is the best way to get a random variety of new pieces. I got heavy into star wars so I have been buying a bunch of those and in the process I've gottena lot of new cool pieces.
  10. As long as you thing it's a legit seller, I say go for it, you'll liek it alot.
  11. Looks like a alot of fun to play with. Is that a trap door I see? I like the tall thin layout, and a great backstory. For some reason the Forest sets are always the ones I want to play with, they seem more feasable. The MOC is great, it reminds me of a MOC from days past, the bricks look simple and kind of older (which is a good thing).
  12. Welcome to EB, I hope you enjoy the forum. If your into reviews, you should check out the Reviewers Academy, where we help you perfect your reviewing skills!
  13. Whoops, slip of the hand, I actually meant Tie Interceptor, my brain and fingers didn't agree.
  14. I am 99% sure there is a help section where you can have them email you your info. I'd check, but I'm on my phone, it'd take forever. If all else fails, email bricklink asking for it. Also check your email, the original email may still be in your inbox or filed away somewhere.
  15. Got my stuff today. This guys a good guy, all figs were in mint condition. Thanks
  16. +1 for UsernameMDM Good quality figs and fair shipping
  17. I think the best route for LEGO deals is to check out your local Kmart a few days in advance, and then hit it early and get 3 big ticket items so one is free. Like 3 endor sets.
  18. I guess you can just put me in that category, I should have focused more on the awesome chrome pics. Which are indeed aweseme.
  19. I'd bet money it justy sits on it's wings like the defender did.
  20. Bingo, and if there is any question as to what you should buy next. www.brickset.com has the release year for almost every set, all of the new ones for sure.
  21. Do you have all of them or just the Stormtrooper one, you may want to update your title, or at least give a little more information, like proce, where you are, where you will ship, how much etc.
  22. Hmm, looks interesting as a DEMO, but I don't think I'd ever pay for that. The graphics look very sub-par, especially with the gaming systems out now and all the options for Strategy/Mngmt style games.
  23. Seems like a waste to me. We are complaining that it's been a long time since LEGO produced a regular sized Falcon with minifigs. The midiscal is literally just a model, the UCS is well the UCS, expensive and huge. We want a set the size of maybe the ISD, for like $120. That'd be my ideal Falcon set.
  24. ON average sets last about 1.5 years to 2 years. Anything over 2 years in my eyes is pretty dang good. Just becasue the 2010 sets are coming out, doesn't mean all the 2009 sets are going to dissapear. Star Wars seams to be more of a victim to the early dissapearance of sets. I try to purchaase everything I want from a yearly realease within one year of the set being released, just to be on the safe side. Prices will stay static, and at the very end of it's life if you're lucky they do go on sale or clearance, not as often from Shop@home
  25. True but the TV series is not suppose to really be about any of the current main characters, it's suppose to be about a bunch of characters that didn't play as big of a role in the movies. Plus that wouldn't be CW then, it's be whatever he calls it for taking place inbetween 3 and 4.
