LEGO Star Wars 2010 Pictures and Rumors
Commander Assassin replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
NO! How could you do this to me Lego?! Edit: Well, I guess I was at least right about the faces for the Rebels being different. -
You were thinking March because the Lego sets based off of TS3 come out in March. Although yes, the movie does come out in June.

Brickforge - opinions? Thoughts?
Commander Assassin replied to Commander Assassin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I was mostly just reffering to the dark gray. The others were pretty close. As for the armor, I'm okay. I don't think it was your fault, I think it was the Post Office's. And just to let you know, I loved the free weapons. Those were definitely a plus. -
The Adventures of Clutch Powers!

There is? Really? Check The Adventures of Clutch Powers. -
Power Miners 2010

I'm just saying that from the looks of the box art, it looks like the PM team is trying to kill the rock monsters instead of mine. Oh, and I love the lava monster ForceMaster! -

Thank you ForceMaster! I love the new AT-AT driver! (another sign there will be a new AT-AT!) As for the Imperial Commander, I guess it turns out it was just a light bley mold of the imperial helm! I agree. When we first heard a rumor of the CTT, I thought that Secura and Bly would come with it. -

Who am I, a nobody? Right now, I do believe it is just a hunk of junk. However, that thought may change as I see clearer pics. -
I think a really cool set would be a MAAT. $150: Includes Galen Marek in heavy training gear, 1x imperial captain, 1x EVO trooper, 1x jet trooper, 1x stormie commander, Drexl Roosh, rodian. Edit: Sorry for the large pic.

I didn't really feel like reading 15 pages (I believe) of old posts, but is anyone out there a vintage Batman comic collector? I started this summer and have found some great deals on old comics.

Lego Star Wars the Clone Wars Game
Commander Assassin replied to DarthSion's topic in Culture & Multimedia
All I can say is: I hope this rumor is true! I can't really think of any reason not to have one... Although if they make it, they had better have it for the PSP. (I was disappointed of the absence of TCS for the PSP system) I remember about a year ago, someone on this site said that they had worked on the Lego videogame crew, and was fired. He was mad and told us a few projects they were working on: a videogame for KotCS and CW. Lego IJ 2 comes out this fall, so so far he is right. Lets hope he is right again... -
Thanks for the input, but I only have two buildings right now, working on the third... With all of my MOCs, I only like to show them off when I am at least close. Don't know how many buildings will be in my town, at least 5. Plus, I don't think I would have the time to go down to Illinois for that length of time. For me, it's easier to make it a day trip.

LEGO Star Wars 2010 Pictures and Rumors
Commander Assassin replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I just mean that it could possibly draw away potential buyers of the set if they look at it with a quick glance and don't see anything new. I do still hope that he will be included, but I am guessing that he won't. Looking at the first pic we saw I was unsure, but the blown up pic really just looks like a blob to me. But maybe that's just me. As for the ARC-170, I do believe that you are right, ADHO15. Nothing else fits so I am sure that the 2nd pilot will be a named character. And for the "mystery", pkp, I will still buy this set even if it does not include a Garindan. All I care about that I for sure want in this set is the new (er) R2 and the landspeeder. I made a bad choice when I was younger, and neglected to buy a value pack with Slave 1 and the original landspeeder for only $20. Ever since that and the overpriced "Cantina" (more like archway and table) set, I have always wanted a landspeeder. -

I'm not sure what you're seeing... All I see is a Sandtrooper and a big distorted pile of junk in the backround. I would LOVE to believe in you, but I don't see why Lego would put the reason most people would buy this set, camouflaged in the backround. -
Power Miners 2010
Commander Assassin replied to Brickthing's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
TLC is silly changing the base of the theme. "Power Miners" has obviously changed to something more violent like "Rock Monster Destroyers"! Seriously though, all the "mining" tools "just happen" to look a whole lot more like weapons than mining machines. "Power Miners" 2010 is ON! -

Does anyone have a guess of who the 2nd clone in the pic is? It looks like it has 3-4 letters. My 1st guess was "Jag", but now I think that the 1st clone is Captain Jag. -
I personally don't mind the orange. The sticker's not the brightest idea, but I don't mind the orange. The reason being that this is an experimental fighter. They don't have to be perfect.

I love it! (Most of the reason being I don't have any DS troopers )

Commander Assassin replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I agree. The lower part of the planet looks like Coruscant at night. -
Yay! I was not sure if TLC would make new villains for SPIII or not! I am excited because I have an apocatown WIP MOC, and I am running out of aliens to terrorize the town! (I only need Slizer) But this changes all of that! I hope that there will be many more villains to come!

LEGO Star Wars 2010 Pictures and Rumors
Commander Assassin replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The reason that all of the sets this year (and also last year's MF) are in CW packaging is because the OT box art was only for the Lego SW 10th anniversary. Also, we don't know if Jag will be in season II or not. I don't know how you would since the first 2 episodes air October 2. But I do agree, unless season 2 has an episode tying into the beginning RotS (I heard someone say that season II would have episodes in different time periods), I think it is safe to say that we are witnessing the return of RotS! EDIT: As I look at the ARC a second time, I am not sure if that is Coruscant... -

Ha Ha! I shall not cry! The visor looks plastic to me, though I am disappointed that we are only getting one... The left clone's name looks like it only has three of four letters... possibly 'jag', although my guess is that Jag (if there is one), would be the clone to have the visor... I agree with most of you, I am sure that the astromech is dark green. EDIT: Now looking closer at the ARC-170, it does look like the letters spell 'Captain Jag'. -
Those were my thoughts exactly! Can't wait for the ARC-170! I do like the look of the PoP sets though.

Ummm, I think this is supposed to be posted in Watto's Junkyard. Great entry though. I would never mind more Red Guards.
