  1. Realizing that this has been mentioned, moderators feel free to close this topic.
  2. While browsing Brickset, I found this. I'm not sure if this has been posted before (as I'm not familiar with the Pirate forum), but to me this just seems like the Pirate's turn at an advent calendar after last years successful Castle advent calendar. (I can only hope this will be released in North America, unlike last years advent calendar) Personally, I think this looks pretty good! What are your thoughts?
  3. @ Enigma that is Badger- Do you know if the chrome packs will ever be available on the Brickarms website? Also, do you know around what month Will will release another wave on his website?
  4. Those ideas sound great, Palin Jax! Even thought I only understood half of those words, (moniker arbitrative, geriatric, pylon, ) I think I got what you were trying to say. As I'm not a big fan of the TIE fighter, I'm not sure how much a more accurate design would influence me to buy one, but I do understand how someone as yourself would greatly appreciate the change.
  5. Great ships Rook! I love the Lobo's design. I also like the engines on the Sabertooth. Keep up the good great work!
  6. Does the new arm fit into the torso like any other arm? Great tutorial BTW.
  7. KimT... Always the wise informative one with more to say...
  8. Possibly, but BF II doesn't take place in the actual battle of Geonosis.
  9. By a good four minutes too!
  10. I, personally don't remember a Wampa fighting for either side. I can't find any reason why TLC would include a Wampa in a BP.
  11. Santa using magic before Christmas Eve! It's...It's... It's amazing!
  12. I'm somewhat of a Lego purist. I always use the stickers TLC provides, but always have to put them on perfectly. I'm fine with decals as long as they're top-notch quality and placed perfectly on. I prefer fleshie to the original yellow, but still like the yellow on some of my figures. I am open to quality made Lego compatible items like Brickarms, Brickforge, Little Arms Shop, but say no to other building kit companies like Mega Blocks and Best Lock. The one area where most people would say I'm a purist is that I do not like sculpey made pieces. As for cutting lego to make custom parts, I'm fine as long as there is no gluing.
  13. TRU is plentiful, but also unsettingly expensive. But I would agree that N. A. is the most plentiful and Target is one of the best places to buy other than S@H.
  14. Whoops! (foot in mouth) I'm just saying it's a bit plain. Like I said before in my first post in this topic, it would be a top-notch MOC if you spiced it up a little.
  15. Ah, but if everyone's guess is right, come January, we'll be starting a small army of snowtroopers.
  16. I don't believe either of them have been. Most likely they'll be in season II. Who knows? Maybe TLC will treat us to a couple Ep. III sets. I'm a Citizen!
  17. Good Selection: TIE Fighter Pilot, Stormie, Imperial Engineer; IMO of course.
  18. Actually, this was not really KKII, it was just a remake of 6098. Nice article though!
  19. It would be sweet if TLC made centaurs and minotaurs, but that would be the only reason I would want Greek. Gladiators would be cool, so I vote Romans.
  20. Wouldn't you rather have stormies and TIE pilots? There were a whole lot more Stormies in the Emperor's Arrival scene, weren't there? The point I'm trying to make is that I would rather have a minifig selection like 7146 than the recent Interceptor and Advance.
  21. I meant an army of only TIE fighter pilots.
  22. Really. Who wants an army of TIE fighter pilots?
  23. I don't remember where, but I'm fairly certain KimT said that there wouldn't be another contest until the end of the summer.
