Galaxy Far, Far Away, I think.

I had gotten a cat a year ago, and I still have it, and one day I was trying to rebuild one of my older sets. I noticed a lot of my pieces that I had found were missing, and after looking around for 10 minutes, I found that my kitten had taken pieces and just put them in a pile. I guess cats like LEGO too. Other than that, it just likes to watch me build.

I didn't think you were trying to, it's just kind of a soft spot for me.

This a great MOC! It saddens me a little though. It seems the majority of unmarked graves are those of people who fought for their beliefs, died for those beliefs, and are then forgotten. It's a depressing thought.

I know, but this is the first normal style one (ie not Clone Wars or Rebels) either OT or PT to my knowledge in 8 or 9 years.

I'm not a fan of the Creator buildings usually but I might just have to get this one. The detail on this is fantastic.

Hoth Attack is such a disappointment. The only reason I want it now is for the turret. The Eta-2 and battle packs though... This is the first normal shock trooper in 8-9 years, right?

The Millennium Falcon colour thread (White, Grey or Blue!)
Gremer replied to appiah4's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It's obviously bright purple, yeesh. Seriously though, it only looks right in light gray. White is far too clean, and I have no idea how anyone could think it's blue and orange.- 125 replies

The previous post was talking about how many people don't want another Jedi Starfighter, and the post you quoted was a response to that.

Hello people! I've recently started collecting replica Civil War guns alongside my LEGO sets. I just received the Denix LeMat yesterday, and, even though Denix is the equivalent to the LEGO knock-offs, it is fantastic. Does anyone else here collect replicas? If so, any "tips" for a noobie?

I have both, and I much prefer the Slave I. While the Sandcrawler certainly is interesting, it's design is very bland and it becomes boring in a short period of time. The Slave I, IMO, doesn't have either of those flaws. The Sandcrawler is sturdier though. -
I'm guessing I'd be a serf. Being a courtesy clerk really isn't something to be proud of.

When your LEGO collection is worth more than your house and car combined.

I actually had mine made for me, because Tuskens are awesome. There's another one I'm using elsewhere, but I'm not sure if the mods would take kindly to a muscular baby in a colorful bowtie.

Do we have any idea if Hoth Attack will be a new set or if it's a remake of the 2009 trench set?
-
Alright, that makes sense. Yeah, it's definitely been on a decline, but I haven't noticed it to be that major. I may be wrong though. It's still one of the best selling and most memorable franchises of all time, so even with it's decline, it would probably still be alive for a decade or 2 before it "died", possibly longer.
-
Say what? I thought millions of children were still enjoying the movies, children that had no nostalgia for the original movies, and I thought it was still one of the biggest franchises of all time, nowhere close to dying. Guess not.

Thank you Rick, it worked!

It's nice, but nothing special.

Do you know what videos you got copyright strikes for?

I don't remember which set specifically brought me out of my dark ages, but I do remember that the Black Pearl was the set that made me start collecting again.

All of these sets are from either this year or last year:System-scale AAT. It's actually a pleasant surprise. Any of the Microfighters. They're all enjoyable builds and fairly nice to display or play with. As stated above, the Grievous Wheelbike. The T-16 Skyhopper. The Tusken is an amazing minifig, and the set itself looks very nice. Also, the new Flash Speeder is a very good set, but it's $30. -
I have a request if someone does not mind to do it: could I see a comparison picture between the two Flash Speeders?
