  1. The rendering for some of these cars is amazing. I can't wait to see how movies like this, The Incredibles and Toy Story look.
  2. To be honest they're all really great sets. They all have good qualities and bad qualities but for the most part the good outdoes the bad. I'd say Krennic's Shuttle, the interior, the minifigures, the general design... it was really good. I'd say the Y-Ying is really close though, especially on the mini figure front. I wasn't also really impressed with the U-Wing, not gonna lie, when I first saw the moving wings on the real thing, I didn't expect Lego to include those, so I was really impressed when they did.
  3. That looks really good, I love the little stand it comes on and indicates there's more to come! After the somewhat disappointing Stormyrooper Polybag it appears things are really picking up
  4. The legend has returned. Its interesting to see Thrawn in combat, Mon Mothma was good, and it's nice to see Filoni is slowly bringing Rebels into the Rogue One timeline now. Its great to see Legends stuff now returning to canon, those look like Dark troopers(?) It looks like Kallus's secret is soon to be revealed. The Dath troopers make me hope Krennic might make an appearance.
  5. The Sailor: Magician Impossible
  6. The main thing I'd hope for a decent interior, similar to the one we saw in 75105, only a lot bigger of course. One problem they had in that set was the boarding ramp being a little steep, I know it's a small issue, but I think they could really fix it here. In terms of mini figures, I think it's fair to say we'll get the original cast, I wouldn't mind seeing some TFA characters in there though.
  7. Coincidence you should mention that, over in the Star Wars forum a couple of hours ago it was leaked a new UCS Millenium Falcon would be coming out this year - dreams do come true! For me it would be the UCS Death Star II, like others, I just didn't have the money to buy it at the time.
  8. I really like that Bat Pod. It's like a cross between a magnet set and a polybag. Its great to see lots more batsuits coming out to (hopefully!) match the millions we've been seeing in the trailers!
  9. I think there are still 3 sets unaccounted for so it could be one, if not all, of those three.
  10. If Boba wa in his older Clone Wars variant, that would be a good choice. Although, as much I like it, it would be a tad disappointing if we did get the regular variant instead since it's very common.
  11. Depending on how crowded it is the queue length can vary. Personally I would hold off going tomorrow ad its New Years Day so London will generally be very crowded. Most kids go back to school next week so I would recommend going then (preferably on a weekday) when there is likely less crowd.
  12. That looks great! It's cool to see they've taken a unique approach rather than just releasing a regular minifigure.
  13. Lovely work! I like how you've recreated specific scenes with nice attention to detail - not easy to do in micro scale.
  14. To be fair though it does give some minifigures that we would not have gotten had we not got the The Yoda Chronicle sets like the Ithorian and RA-7 protocol droid.
  15. Finally got round to seeing Zootopia, really good film. I think the way tackle racism and gender quality using animals rather than humans in addition to the main plot is very well done.
  16. I think it was her wanting to persuade the Rebels to do the right thing. Sure, she barely knows them, and one of them almost assassinated her father and it was the rebel fire that killed him, but it's the Rebels or nothing. Without the rebels she has nothing, they're her only hope (no pun intended). Persuading them to help her get the plans is the only way to defeat to the Death Star. They were on Jedha for this surgeciao thing Dr Evazhan was doing, as for Tatooine, they had been sentenced to death in 12 Star Systems, so it's possible that after they fled from Jedha, Tatooine was the closest place they could flee too where they hadn't been sentenced to death.
  17. Welcome to EB, your flickr photos look amazing! I love the speeder bike.
  18. Lack of completion is the problem here. The front side looks great, then the back looks as though the rest of the model has been chopped off. The designers focused too much on getting all the aspects of Hoth and not enough on the base itself which resulted in the back of the base looking like it did. I didn't mind the minifigure choices that much, I think the only notable absence was Leia.
  19. Vader transformation looks great, it seems to lack the half completed look that the Duel of the Fates had. The mini figure range looks pretty diverse in that freemakers set. And I look of the tank.
  20. The amount of times I've thought a piece was missing only to find it was scrunched up in the corner of a bag is uncountable! But missing pieces are extremely rare as Lego have a precise weight system that makes sure missing pieces don't occur. Be careful with the replacement system though. Since you have quite a few missing pieces, depending on what algorithm Lego have set up, they may flag you because they think you're simply trying to get free parts from them.
  21. Could it be something like a game where you take a picture of an object and you then have a race against the A.I. to build it as quickly as possible? (or something along those lines).
  22. Hear me out, every single member on this board has experienced a delay when it comes to Set Waves, everyone. I get how it feels and I know how annoying it is. But complaining won't make it get there faster. Surely some people on Bricklink must have some of these sets and ships to the US?
  23. Extremely sad news, RIP Carrie, you will be missed.
  24. First Kenny then Carrie, deeply saddened by this RIP.
  25. And lets not forget the revelation that R2-D2 was in fact Supreme Leader Snoke.
