  1. yeah it's not easy i was waiting for parts for weeks, most parts are common though so not to bad. i see you point though building what you can see is easy it's the parts you can't see thats tricky, but luckily it's lego and there are only so many ways to make each peice. i would love to make instructions for it but alas i do not have the time or know how to do it, Walter Kovaks hinted that he may build it in mclad but not heard anything yet.
  2. Looks great! i keep meaning to build a Tie bomber i've collected the parts for it a few times but then somthing else needs them! my UCS Tie Interceptor is converted to new Bluey greys light grey - light bluish grey Dark grey - Dark bluish grey Blue - light bluish grey the good thing is if you let the trans black tie windscreen yellow the dark grey print turns to almost dark bluish grey in colour if it hasn't already done so.
  3. if you check the first post you will see a pic of Rocko's now deceased AT-At thats all i used to create my version.
  4. nahh merely working the system
  5. no prrof of purchase was required when i got a new Rebel snowspeeder pilot from the hoth battle pack, which i never even bought
  6. It's a long way from Blackpool but i think i can make it never been to Legoland Windsor!
  7. i have some classic space sets that are white and still white 25 years later even after being on display, the same cannot be said for the blue and old light gray mind you.
  8. all UCS have stickers, box is fine, and from what i can tell the bricks are white
  9. happens every year,,, if you don't like the set don't buy it! maybe Lego should just sell minifigs and not bother with the ships after all thats all kids these days seem to be bothered about.
  10. lets hope we get a UCS ARC-170 and a UCS A-wing
  11. One for the AFOL crowd. a recent email exchange with a lego employee gained this snippet of teaser info! Hey there. We’ll continue to release big star wars sets next year just like this year but that’s all the info I can give you on that
  12. afraid not Future, i don't own any system sets, all parts where from my collection and bricklink
  13. i just threw the parts in a bag gave it a shake and out this popped, it was planned ages ago could never be bothered to build it before, Walter Kovaks is going to build one but i remember him telling me he didn't know how to do the angle of the wings. Yep all official lego parts as always. it's actually quite large in the flesh/plastic, once i have decided it is finished i will post a better picture.
  14. I've had ideas for this Tie variant for over a year now so i decided to build it since it is only a few parts and fairly straight forward and one of the smallest mocs i have built. I have added Greeble areas that are not on the pictures i could find of it just to give the model a bit more substance, also it is not finished completely as there are a few areas that need going over again so that i am happy with it. anyway hope you like it and as always C&C is more than welcome.
