I don't see anything to indicate that easter eggs in the form of random Vahi-shaped items will be an indication of some strange futility (not really the right word) or uselessness of the plot... pretty sure they're just easter eggs after all.

I completely agree. Way disappointed with the voices.

Not a coincidence, of course - it's an intentional easter egg. :P

Chro replied to def's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Alright, I understand that. I suppose I can wait it out for the next school game. -

Mafia School-The Cosplay Party: Conclusion- Caped Crusaders

So passing a school game is indeed mandatory before one is allowed to sign up for a regular game? -
Mafia School-The Cosplay Party: Conclusion- Caped Crusaders

Hey guys. I've been on EB for a while but haven't played any Mafia, although I play frequently off of EB. I was interested to see a new Mafia game opening here, but I from what I gather, "Mafia school" is a prerequisite for participating in that. Now that this game is done, will there be a new school game at some point in the near future? -
I'm surprised to hear that Target's breaking street date. I usually have to wait for them to pick up sets that other stores are already carrying.

"Element Mask" sounds a lot more informal than "Mask of Element", IMO. Not treespeak, but I suppose it's a reference to it.

I thought those were two Protectors of Stone, judging by their armor color, but it could've just been the light.

That'd certainly be appreciated. Perhaps they'd put the "Bionicle shells" on there. :P

Battle For The Golden Mask Competition: Entry Thread
Chro replied to VBBN's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Entry #7: King Rahk Cezium Main image Gallery 1 Gallery 2 The titanic ruler of the Rahkshi hordes, borne of the combined efforts of Chirox, Mutran, and Icarax. Cerahk, as he is alternatively known, carries the power of Molecular Disruption. No mere Toa will stand in his way. One last old MOC... Entry #8: Kazga, Master of Bone Main image Gallery 1 Gallery 2 Kazga is a "Lost Master", a warrior from long ago, who died in battle against the malicious beasts of Okoto. He was raised by the forces of destiny when the new Toa crash-landed on the island, and sets out to wreak havoc with his warped powers. Seeing no alternative to destruction, Kazga wants to teach the islanders a lesson for abandoning and forgetting him. As the Master of Bone, Kazga has the ability to grow, shatter, and warp structures made of bone. It is difficult for him to control bones within living beings, but he is capable of weakening or slowing them down using his powers. New MOC, and probably my final entry for the contest. Inspired by Nick Vas' recent Bionicle MOCs. -
Yeaaah no. Unfortunately. :p

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Jay, I'm not saying there's no species that they're a part of outside of the six we have as sets; I'm saying that the six sets represent a specific group (the actual Protectors by the looks of things) within that species. I'm confused over why you were sarcastically saying it's still up in the air, then told me that it's yet to be known if the species is called Protectors...

It is still in question. Just because we saw several characters that look like the Protector of Fire (et cetera), the entire species isn't necessarily called Protectors. Maybe there are only six (highly unlikely, for what you mentioned) and maybe there are fifty-six, but either way they could still theoretically represent a specific group of people within the species, rather than the entire species itself. Also I'm not quite sure how Teridax's methods of battle relate to worshipping Ekimu or Mata Nui.

Yeah, that's a cool av. Reminds me of TF:A (specifically Jetfire and Jetstorm because of the split) for some reason - which is, I suppose, something else which the new art style is sorta similar to.

Thanks! I would agree, I don't think this is my best. I am curious as to why you think it doesn't work if I use both keetorange and transparent dark orange (not official color names, w/e). Thanks man! Thank you! Thanks! I wasn't sure whether I wanted to use those, but decided to stick with 'em, because I liked how the thin, organic-looking spikes contrasted with the rest of the MOC, which was kind of solid, mechanical-looking.
