An excellent creation GabryS! I love the very accurate design and detailing and the use of different shades of grey for an overall battle worn-out look. Great job!
-
Great monorail build Hinck, and definitely much better than "the your big one that Quarryman broke." I really don't mind if it's not too Steampunk-ish because it's cool-looking afterall, I love the overall mechanical design of this one.

That's the first thing I noticed too, this will fit very well with ISC's PLASMO'S. I'm really impressed that with only a few builds on this relatively-new Sci-Fi theme you're dabbling into, you're already showing your MOC expertise.

Yet another beautiful modular layout MOC from you Alibabo! The buildings and various elements are distinctively Central European and the small detailing work is simply lovely. Brilliant work once again!

As always you captured the somber atmosphere of a post-apoca scene very well with this small but effective vignette. The sad poor minifig is perfect for this build as are the torn-down walls. Great work as usual!
-
I could now imagine a hoard of handless minifigs staring at you and collectively saying "give us back our hands!" Nah seriously this is really an excellent parts usage, those minifig hands really give this parachute an effective surface texture and even a nice color scheme. Great job!

Interesting hoverboard design, very futuristic-looking with nice greebling details. Quite refreshing too to see a non-speederbike Sci-Fi MOC from you -zenn!
-
Great tower build, very steampunk-ish indeed! Major props to the huge scale and proper color scheme of this war tower. Very well done!

A pretty good little church MOC, the external design is relatively simple but I was pleasantly surprised to see the nice-looking interior. Very well done!

REVIEW: 30091 Desert Rover
XimenaPaulina replied to r1chard's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
A very nice review of a fine little promotional polybagged set r1chard, I really like the unique animated views of the minifig, a pretty neat new feature that we might see more in future reviews. Well done! -
Review: 2258 Ninja Ambush

Gotta say I love this shot, nice (and lucky) to capture such natural motion blur. Another nice review BTW! I'm not really a fan of the NinjaGo line but this little impulse set does look like a good starter set who'd like to try this theme theme. -
Review: 7306 Golden Staff Guardians

A very well done review Captain, I see you're off to quite a good start in the Academy, so keep it up! As far as this set goes, I do like this one a lot since you get a pretty good selection of interesting elements for a small set - McCloud with a useful torso, two mummy villains sporting new weapons, a cool dirt bike on the side, the pillar thingy as a nice spare parts source - not bad at all for ten bucks. I give it an "Above Average" rating. -
Another nice mini ship build, you really captured the engine details quite well.
-
Pretty nice work on this droideka build Oddibossity, I could easily say I like your design much better than the standard ones released. A few minor tweaks in the colors of the pieces for a consistent look would surely improve this further.

Nice mini fighter jet you got there mobricki, not bad for a quick build, the basic shape and design are instantly recognizable even at such a small scale. Good work!

TLG gets greener (ie. more environment friendly)

As a preemptive action, this is just a friendly reminder to pls. refrain making posts that might ignite a debate that delve into political matters. Let's all pls. stick to the topic on hand. Thanks. -
A very nice futuristic pit stop Taz, looks like you dismantled the new Slave I for this build, though it's nice to see you have zombie ISC as part of the pit stop crew.
-
Simple but very effective for a steampunk robot, the thin arm parts and illegal connections add a certain aura of fragility that's perfect for this type of build. Very well done!

(I'm hoping for the band in Mos Eisley Cantina where Han shot Greedo.) (What are you asking?) Proper capitalization and punctuation please. Your sentences are hardly comprehensible so pls. make an effort to make your posts readable. Thanks.

This is truly a lovely build Klementina, I haven't seen a quality Wild West MOC for quite some time and this certainly is a welcome sight with its fantastic color scheme and effective overall design that fits the Western theme perfectly. Excellent work!

As always the case during the Clone Wars. Good thing there's: --- This is a very nice scene indeed to depict the usual scenario the clone army had to face during battle, the title perfectly sums it up. Great job Davor!

Patience, young padawan. Winners announced soon will be. I'll merge this with the contest discussion topic.

Review - 396 Thatcher Perkins Locomotive
XimenaPaulina replied to LuxorV's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Rare classic sets are always a priceless part of any LEGO collection, and it's a good thing you still have this first set of yours Luxor (or did you purchase a new one?). Excellent review BTW, it's always a pleasure getting a closer look at these classic sets which I wouldn't have known to exist had I not seen this review. Overall I think it's a really good set at that time, of course judging this one by modern standards won't be fair but at the time I'm pretty sure it was a 'cool' set to have (though less cooler than having the Harley Davidson set). -
FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood
XimenaPaulina replied to IronArtist's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I'm not familiar with FMA but it doesn't take a fan to appreciate how excellently done these decals are, they really look like professionally-made. Great job! -
This is an excellent snack bar Matn, I simply love the overall clean white finish and the multi-window pane design. Without the alien minifigs this will actually fit in well on a normal town layout IMO. Great job!
