That's a pretty good entry 'Legonater'. Lot's of things going on there. Though I'm not that familiar with the book, so the choice of scene might not be that 'epic'. But still, a decent entry for the contest. Well, good luck on this one!

Disqualified or not, I must say this is a really good-looking MOC, great job 'gambort'! I personally like the presentation of the base, the use of the 4 x 2 brown slopes and the curved corner gives it a more distinct unique look. And the build of Max and his band are pretty clever, I actually am impressed how gambort pulled-it off considering the small minifig-scale.

Well I guess, to each his own. Some get LEGO sets for display (AFOL), while others play with it (kids). If I had the chance to get this one, it would only be for display purposes, because I think it would be impossible to play with this one just because of the sheer size and weight of the ship.
-
This looks stunningly amazing! If only I can afford this one, I would want to get this. But still, it looks great for display, this will be a must-have for the rich collectors out there.

'I beleive they think I am some sort of god' - Endor Capture
XimenaPaulina replied to Legoman's topic in Watto's Junkyard
WHOA! That's a great looking MOC Legoman, very impressive! The tree is SOOO TALLLL, like a skycraper in the middle of the forest... And I love how you did the Endor forest greeneries,... Just a few suggestions: 1. The surface of the tree body seems to be a little smooth than what it should be, maybe you could make the surface a little rougher-looking? A few studs here and there in the tree bark might solve that. 2. The 'upward bridge' where the ewoks are transposrting Luke seem to be incomplete? I think it would look better if you could find a way to connect that bridge to the upper floor where C3-PO is. Still, I must say you have a great chance in the competition with this entry, good luck! -

Welcome to Eurobricks Hemish! Great to hear you've rediscovered your love for LEGO. From your intro it seems you've been a toy hobbyist for quite some time now. I must say LEGO and plastic models are really great hobbies, especially for the fun and satisfaction you get after you finished building a LEGO set or a plastic model. Well, I hope you enjoy the formus here.

That's an ingeniously-designed droid, I like it a lot! Especially the "technic build" of the droid and the orange trim color scheme. Excellent job Primus!

That's a great entry 'Inky', your week-long hard work seems to have paid off, job well done! The vig is instantly recognizable as Dagobah. I also like how the rocks at the corner are tilted at angles - uncommon building technique yet very effective. Good luck in the contest!
-
That has got to be lowest-piece MOC I have ever seen. Only 3 parts! yet very recognizable as a cute little robot, great job on that one 'Tom Bricks'. And very good story-telling skills too!
-
That'll be a great MOC once it's finished, can't wait for the completion of this one. Great job LegoGalactus!

Space Police III MOC: Squidman's Cruiser
XimenaPaulina replied to ---Vertea---'s topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
That's a good MOC 'Vertea'! Finally Squidman has his own cruiser. Though the cruiser very much resembles the Alien Skull Interceptor (5973) in color and design. But still, a good MOC! -
Doctor Hasn't A Clue (Doctor Who humour).
XimenaPaulina replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Those are great vigs 'Doc Sinister'! I love all of 'em, especially the first one with the "falling-off-the-cliff" effect and the one with the "twirling flames". -
What a BIG and BULKY mech! And HUGE rockets too. Compared to other mechs, this one looks very strong and resilient. The choice of the trans-orange cockpit and other parts are also nice, it can be used to distract enemies because it's glaring to the eyes.
-
Nice looking interior, good job on this one strider. And nice selection of characters too. Is there a story behind this MOC?
