  1. But I think we already have a similar hairpiece for that:
  2. Simply amazing AC! I really love how you did the diamond-shaped blaster openings. It's also nice to see 99 being given some 'love' with the post-training clean-up scene. But what happened to the lighting citadel/flag thingy at the top. I can't seem to find it even when I browsed your webpage.
  3. Not to prematurely judge the upcoming episodes, but based on the description it looks like we're being forced to watch again two political episodes, and one with two best-buddy droids vs. Bane?! The only interesting one it seems will be the episode with Vos, I sure hope that doesn't disappoint. At first I thought the tattooed lady was a messed-up Padme. But Ahsoka looks great in that new outfit! Finally they are dressing her more maturely. Did I say I'm lovin' Ahsoka more and more as the series go by?
  4. I still think it's a different paint job, because of the unusual white stripes in the front, side, and even the wings, all of which are not seen in standard-colored ARC-170s. Anyways, it's not really a big issue, but just interesting to see some variation in the ships from time-to-time.
  5. Hufflepuff Practitioner Frankfurt Flashburn versus Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut Round 2 Frankfurt Flashburn | 5 _____________________Johann Peterschmut | 4 Low - 0 _____________________________________Protego! - 0 Protego! - 0 _________________________________Low - 0 Stupefy! - 0__________________________________Crucio! - 0 Low - 1 _____________________________________Mid - 0 Mid - 0______________________________________Protego! - 0 Health: 4_________________________________Health: 2 After a furious exchange of attacks in the opening salvo, Frankfurt begins the second round with a low sweeping spell that was easily blocked by the Slytherin with a Protego. Johann retaliates with the same low attack but the Hufflepuff quickly deflects it with a Protego of his own. Both practitioners then each unleashes their powerful spells as both their Stupefy and Crucio cancel out each other with sparks flying all over the room. Johann then immediately targets his opponent's body but gravely miscalculates as Frankfurt dodges the attack and hits the Slytherin with a leg spell. The Hufflepuff looks to bury his rival following-up with a body shot only to be countered by Johann's timely Protego. Slowly but surely, Frankfurt is stepping closer to becoming being an Adept. Will Johann prevent that from happening in the third round? Or will the Slytherin suffer his first duel defeat? Send in your Round 3 DS when ready.
  6. Happy Brithday Peppermint_M! Have a wonderful day!
  7. Ah, silly me, just got overly excited about Vos' appearance (in the next next episode).
  8. This is a great entry Oky! Already looks like a a winner to me. I agree a spider on Spider-Dude's chest would be a good addition. Also if you could make Doctor Cubicus' eye goggles 1x1 round plates instead of the square plates (?). Besides that, I can't find any more faults. I wish you the best of luck in the contest!
  9. Hufflepuff Practitioner Frankfurt Flashburn versus Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut Round 1 Frankfurt Flashburn | 5 _____________________Johann Peterschmut | 5 Stupefy! - 1 __________________________________Silencio! - 0 High - 0 _____________________________________Crucio! - 1 Low - 1_____________________________________ Mid - 0 Protego! - 0__________________________________Low - 0 Mid - 0______________________________________Protego! - 0 Health: 4_________________________________Health: 3 Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut looks to keep his record unblemished as he battles fellow practitioner Frankfurt Flashburn, who's aiming to become an Adept with one more victory. The Hufflepuff wastes no time and immediately casts a quick Stupefy that catches Johann off-guard and stuns him. Frankfurt aggressively follows-up with a high-arching headshot but the grounded Slytherin unleashes a Crucio that slams his opponent against the wall. Johann sees an opening, aiming at the Hufflepuff's body, only to be surprised with a low-seeping spell from Frankfurt that knocks him to the floor. Johann tries to retaliate with the same low spell but Frankfurt deflects the attack with a Protego. Then it's Frankfurt's turn to attack with a shot towards his rival's body that Johann also blocks wiith his own Protego. The back-abd-forth opening round finishes with Frankfurt holding a slim lead over Johann. Who shall gain the significant advantage in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DS when ready.
  10. Nice one Flare! This MOC truly fits your Knighthood. BTW, how come both jousters are at the same side? Correct me if I'm wrong, but from the little I know of jousts, shouldn't the two competitors be on opposite sides of the fence? Just a small nitpick.
  11. This is simply an amazing creation! Great concept, even better execution - I just love the landscape with all the greeneries and the beach below. And I agree the brickbuilt boat is truly unique and well-done. Certainly most impressive work Madam, you've more than made up for your absence with this wonderful MOC.
  12. Match 1 - Archer Match 2 - Dr. Ohm
  13. Another very nice airplane MOC Einon! The use of the wheel piece for the engine is very clever indeed. As always, very impressive photo-presentation. (I've always loved how your airplane fleets always successfully bombs cruisers/ships. )
  14. Another nice mini-tranformer creation kzv, the Humwee looks better but this one still looks legit. Keept it up!
  15. Wow, very impressive Transformer Hummer kzv! It sure resembles some of the elements of the H1, and at the same time I'm lovin' the transforming functionality rarely seen in lego MOCs. I think you did a good job on this one, I'm sure your kids will have fun playing with this.
  16. That's a cute narrow restaurant alright, and I really like it a lot! It's nice to see the vibrant red-blue colored narrow building squeezed in between huge modular buildings. Good job kzv!
  17. Nice modification vladoniki! Your version looks to be more functional with more spacious interiors, unlike the official set, which looks aesthetically better, but doesn't have much room (for treating the sick). Good job on this one.
  18. Interesing indeed to see the SP3 prototypes, thanks for sharing The Inventor! It's a good thing they never used the "Galaxy Patrol" name, it's good to stick with the ol' reliable Space Police. But that mecha would have made a good set.
  19. Excellent steam-punk creation de-marco! I love the unique overall design with the dual 'chopper blades.
  20. Welcome to Eurobricks apemax! Enjoy the site!
  21. I'll adjudicate. Just send in your DSs. Oh and CM, no results yet for Round 3?
  22. Well, I'm not competing with anyone for the review. If you (or anyone else) would like to be the first one, then go ahead, be my guest, no problem with me. Besides, I wouldn't want to put up a review just for the sake of reviewing, all I want is to provide a quality review for the community to appreciate Arealight's works, and I wouldn't want to publish something that will look so rushed. Anyways, I ordered the whole set of new clone helmets, so I might be able to do a full review. Feel free to review the one's you'll be getting.
  23. I'm planning to do a review once it arrives to me (in about two weeks or so). Though I would have wanted to do a comparative review with the upcoming official ARF helmets vs. Arealight's (like what I did with the Aayla comparative review), but I guess that will have to wait. I'll post the review as soon as I get ahold of these new Arealight helmets.
  24. This is truly a sad day for the AFOL community. I agree that Bricklink has been a very useful source of our beloved passion for all lego-lovers throughout the year. Dan has made a great service to all of us through Bricklink, and he will forever be remembered for this. Our condolences to the Jezek family. May you rest in peace Dan.
  25. Truly a lot of great entries! Makes it more special joining my first EB contest in the company of these amazing customizers. As much I would want to vote for all of them, these three really stood out for me: Darkblane Morgan19 -minion- Congratulations to all for all the wonderful entries. Great job guys!
