Though I'm not sure if it has relevance to EURObricks, in the USA you can't store some types of personal data on children 13 and under on websites. In this case though, instead of saying the usual "Those MIGHT not be real or are subject to change", this time they're saying, "Those are NOT real". There's a big difference in those 2 statements. In 1, after the set names are revealed (and most similar), one can go, "Oh, you guuuys. You got us. They WERE the right names lol!". In 2, should they be nearly 100% correct, the response can justifiably be, "Wow... you guys flat-out LIED to us. Way to go, jerks." So, they sure as hell better know what they're doing here. Best case scenario? They realized amazon.de is a well-known source of leaks and decided to pair up with them to obtain data on how leak info travels to avoid it in the future. Of course... that would result in amazon.de then losing credibility with customers...

But set names? Oh HELL no. *wub* Besides... it's quite possibly Lego's intention to "accidentally" leak stuff for EVERY LINE THEY MAKE, YEAR AFTER YEAR... then ask the community to "stop showing / discussing it" ...as a tricky way to promote the products long before they hit shelves. Both are HIDEOUS in color... but, 1 to 3, moc 1 is justifiably winning. What was the theme to this exactly? I mean... yikes. lol

I agree, but what I want is a retooling of their bodies to give them a boost to fit into the modern lines. I thought that was cool. I mean, their "thing" in 2001 was all about mask collecting (purchasing). Also, the Tohunga guys running around and being all kickass and awesome in the flash movies online.... well, the large heads of the Toa fit in with being related to them... which is good, for as I said, the 2001 Tohunga were right there being freaking GREAT characters. Also, especially in Lewa's case, I was OVERJOYED to see Lego start leaning towards something that had an anime styling to it.... but that quickly degenerated into... ugh, i dunno'.. like Dutch or Germans or Americans doing "robots" kind of stuff. Super-deformed body, big head? THAT was cool. And juuuuust small enough to not be too preposterous. Perhaps to a point. Or, it could also be the uniformity of their colors within each individual Toa figure. If you got Lewa, he was pretty much all green. So... what's the logical thing to do? Go out and add (buy) MORE green, to soup him up! It was fun! These new guys? Blecch... They're a mish-mosh of silver crap weapons all over the freaking place, dark colors mixed with other dark colors (as opposed to the LOGICAL concept of making someone red, with dark red and trans red). Really, like where would a beginner mocist even start to build on to these new fruity figures we've been gettting?

Isn't this just bugging the HELL outta' you? I know it is me! :-D Like, I expected there to be "sides" and whatnot, but isn't it confounding just how ABSOLUTE us people on our sides are? It's really kind of amazing to me. Whether you liked it or didn't like it, there's hardly an inch to budge in the opposite direction. Weird stuff, man, weird stuff. 8-

Which is good for me, because frankly I thought the Nuva masks BLEW pretty badly... but that's bad, as they probably didn't go back further either to the 2001 masks... which most certainly did NOT blow. (I mean hell, they MADE Bionicle for me!)

Not so, not so! If you were to simply remove the corny, joke-a-minute stuff, it'd be in "critical" condition from dead. If you implemented then more recognizable character likenesses, it'd be "stable". If you then added ROBOT character developement (done by reducing people time, and not an "impossible" task, if done right)... then you'd have a fine film that's able to go home. Really, it's a movie about Transformers. Dodging just those 3 gunshots would have resulted in me paying to see it and being supportive. It's not a demanding thing. Product place all you want, if the rest of the movie's not embarrassing. Product placement in this crapper though was just that extra push over the cliff of MichaelBaydoesn'tgiveacrap Point. And look at these new cartoon figures. VERY different from G1, but also with enough G1 to still be cool. Certainly not the cartoon I'd have envisioned for Transformers, but I'm excitedly anticipating it. Technically,I should be throwing up because "it's not GEEWHUN" or "Megatron's not a GUN" or whatever else silly title / phrase gets tossed on those of us who didn't like the movie. But here I am, hungrily waiting for it. How can that be? OOOOoooooooOOOooooohhhhh, because it's about the robots, not an assload of cliche humans I'll NEVER, EVER care about! But what about Energon, Armada, etc, etc...? Ah, annoying humans. And those series REALLY were just toy commercials. You at least know with this new one that if the Teen Titans guys are on it, that there'll be character developement beyond, "Sup, lil bitcheswooooah I just got torn in half!" or "I'm Maximus Maximus and now I changed color from the Super Dooper Pooper Hyper Energon and went Super Saiyan and now I'm called Maximus Maximus Maximus!".
