    At one point the Illusionist expert class suggestion used power bonuses dependent upon how well the player role-played their spells but the idea was nixed for it being too open to QM discernment. I think the same could be said of such an item unless the backstory is required to be X number of words long to qualify.

    What would ever require an enemy of such a level? Heroes' health rarely exceed over 100 even with SP and positive effects.
