    S16 is the first CMF that had nothing I wanted. The previous CMF sets were fine tho ... even for someone like me ... I only buy those I can use in CITY themed mocs. Please go back making CMF with a bit of everything ... something for everyone.

    The A and C pillar stickers really enhanced the look of the old Mini. The rear bumper stickers too.

    I missed the opportunity to get this as a promotional freebie. So I might have to buy it online, if the price is right. Everyone is trying to make a handsome profit at the moment. A bit of a let down for me tbh. I am not a minifig collector but I am a HP fan. I guess that explains why I'm a bit sad. The best is of coz Umbridge. She has all the necessary printing front, side and back. The other three doesn't appeal much to me. I'd be happy to buy just Umbridge if I can find a seller. I am at the point where I can't accept minifigs lacking necessary printing. If the minifig needs to be printed on the side, legs, back or all of it ... then Lego should not skimp. One of my favourite is CMF Trelawney. Also one of my biggest disappointment. She'd look a lot nicer if LEGO had printed her side and back. Like how the four founders of Hogwart is printed in the expensive castle set. Is Lego saying the CMF line is too cheap for such treatment :( The players in the Quidditch set is a letdown because of the lack of leg printing. Quidditch uniform are robes. They would look a lot better if the leg prints were like CMF's Harry, Hermione or Ron minifig. Absolutely required leg printing afaik. Keep up the nice reviews.

    I have never bought an entire CMF set. I buy the ones I like only. This chase minifig gimmick ... on the bright side ... seems to make other minifigs cheaper on ebay or ecommerce sites ... if you prefer to buy individual minifigs like me. People tend to buy the whole box for that rare minifig either for themselves or to make a quick buck. Left with tons of extras. And give it some time, they'll be offloading the common ones at dirt cheap prices. In fact from where I'm at, sellers were listing CMF18 minifigs so quick and cheap, just days after launch. I just pray the chase minifigs ... now and in the future ... aren't the ones on my buy list.

    Whitefang done it again. You've always been one of the reviews I look forward to with each new CMF release. Sybille Trelawney remains my firm favourite in this series. Even after realising she and my other favourite, Dumbledore, has no back printing. Love Trelawney's hairpiece. Love Dumbledore headpiece. The three main characters - Harry, Ron and Hermione - is wonderful. Each with a variation of their school uniform. And printed legs. Hermione's robe printing is what the quidditch minifigs should be. Robe-like attired printed in both torso and leg assembly. Flitwick makes my list. For his must-have hairpiece and lovely torso piece. Cho-chang's skirt is messy compared to spooky-girl minifig. And her skin is weird. But I gotta have that Ravenclaw torso assembly. I was confident this CMF series would be the first one I'd collect them all. But after looking at them in detail, maybe next series. Still I'm gonna buy at least half a dozen minifigs from this set. And what a relief for me Grindelwald is not on my wanted list, would have had to pay thru the nose for him. There's much excitement for the medium legs but I had them like more than 2 years ago from chinese knockoff brands. The most surprising piece of new element for me ... is the wands still in the sprue element, BEFORE they are pulled apart. This element is one I like to experiment with in MOCs ... as a decorative ornate element.

    One of my disappointments is with the quidditch garb. The quidditch print should look somewhat like CMF Hermione. The leg assembly should have printing as well t for a more robe-like attire instead of tucked in shirts.

    Sybil Trelawney caught my eye straight away. My god she's beautiful. If I walk away with just one minifig, it will be hers. What a relief she's not the chase minifig huh. I just realise the teacup plate is printed too. Nice finish.

    I'm glad Percival is not on my wanted list. About invisible cloak Harry ... has anyone seen a picture of it without the cloak covering most of his torso assembly?

    Now thats ... asking the real question. I do hope CMF too will be released earlier so that the early rush would ease.

    Using them outside of HP world is what I intend to do. Especially Ravenclaw and Slyterin ones.

    I like how LEGO varied the uniforms of Ron, Harry and Hermione. And Dean's too. Flitwick is nice. And his hair is a new mold ya? Queenie is on my list. A pity LEGO reused the Dimension version of the two main characters in FB. Personally the one minifigure that stands out is ... Professor of the Divine Arts ... Sybill Trelawney. She is beautiful.

    FINALLY!!! It's here ... This could well be the first CMF I will collect all.

    I'm so happy to finally see some official photos. I have high expectations when it comes to minifigs, I can't lie. Many minifigs, especially Quidditch players, lack leg assembly printing to match the torso assembly. I find this disappointing.

    Wow the reception for this set is really positive. Wish I'd fancy it but this is the CMF set which has disappointed me most. There's variety in previous CMFs. At least one or two minifigs from previous CMF sets made my wanted list. Minifigs I've been able to use for my favourite themes. But this costume theme has absolutely nothing for me apart from a few accessories in new mold. On the plus side, I've got more money saved for the next rumored CMF, Harry Potter. Last of all, and this really makes me mad. I'm really disgusted with that single policeman in an entire box of CMF! Don't bloody do that in future CMF.

    I just found out that there's going to be one retro police minifigure (1x) for every box of Lego CMF18. It doesn't affect me much coz I've never collected CMF with a completist approach but I hate it. I hope this won't be the case for HP CMF coz this might be the first CMF set I will collect them all.

    Gonna put the brown mouse, red bow tie and Brick Girl's hair piece on my BL Wanted List. That's about it.

    Just saw the new CMF18 and totally gonna pass on it. Well I guess more money for HP ;)
