I am so pleased to hear such confident reassurance, SvL! Time to give my wishlist a serious trim to save money for Harry Potter stuff.

Argh, Star Wars everywhere I go ... this thread feels like home. Some of my fav HP minifigs are the Weasley family. Ron's red tartan vest. Molly Weasley's kitchen apron. Ginny and the rest, all quite good. Another would be Neville. I wouldn't mind they release Longbottom the way he is now. His sweater is awesome. One of my fav characters but poorly made by LEGO is Luna Lovegood. The skirt needs an update. Side prints all round on dual-molded legs, like Clara Oswald would be nice.

LEGO can take my money anyday with Harry Potter, LotR and The Hobbit. I would love to have more Harry Potter minifigures to choose from without paying inflated prices. Even better if I can choose from an entire CMF set. 2017 has been a terribly boring year so far for me with Batman and now Ninjago. However, the trend I see is LEGO making toys based on what animation they produce. A LEGO Harry Potter animated movie? Very unlikely imo.

As always, your CMF review is what I look for when a new set is launch. Keep up the nice work. I bet many appreciate it. The price hike sucks but luckily I don't 'collect' CMFs. For this set, I'm buying Dick Grayson and Hugh Hefner for their CITY-ish appeal.

Sheng Yuan/Sheng Bao camoflaged weapons and minifigs look great. My only complain is they didn't use newer rifles.

Ooo .. luv Lele's Armed Raid set. I bought more than a dozen of them to get those awesome looking crates and M2HB sentry machine guns.

Speaking of face design .... the only girl from SY's "Expendables" set ... have really good oriental features. The lips is excellent. I'm getting that minifig just for the head alone.

I've been waiting to get more cheap bootleg policemen minifigs for my CITY mocs. This time I get more than I bargained for. Nice CITY theme set. Sheng Yuan's 2nd wave of SWAT minifigs (The Expendables). The box art doesn't show vests, tactical belts and additional head gear. Less equipment this time compared to the 1st SWAT wave? Most likely I think. But body printing shows more effort this round.

Anyone own the originals of Bozhi's minifig set? How does it compare aesthetically? I'm gonna get the green skull sweater guy, magician, clown, robot, cheerleader ... for my moc city themes.

Biggest gripe IMO is the bootleg doesn't follow the inverted S logo in the real thing.

Ouch!!! Damn. Of all the minifigs in the set, why Human Torch! I feel so sorry man.

Nice wings. But if there's only one thing SY changes in this new production run ... I'd much prefer they change the legs first. I know we can swap them out ... but pity that nice Electro-suit Batman we can't do anything about. That's one cool looking Batman.

He's now the center of attention. Unless you decide to put SY Human Torch in there whoa. I like your frame. Its nice simple and clean. Emphasize the minifigs well. Did you make it yourself or bought it? Sheng Yuan SY198 ... second wave of Star Wars ... I can't seem to find Darth Vader anymore in shops nearby. Some minifigs do sell out a lot faster than the rest. Its really obvious when the shop owner opens a big container of about hundred or more SY198 minifigs and Vader's gone in less than a week.

The Simpsons set has some really nice extra accessories and stuff. But from what I can barely see, Homer and Bart don't have printed arms. Fail. The current 4 available SWAT minifigs we have now seems to be the nicest of the lot. I was really looking forward to the rest of the SWAT minifigs but after having seen this, I don't think I am now.

I'd replace ZEA Batman with a dark purple cape. Sheng Yuan Bizarro's cape is perfect.

Sheng Yuan SY198 Star Wars ... Darth Vader now comes with a black cape. The one I bought a month ago did not come with a cape. But the 2 boxes of Darth Vader I bought today have capes. I'm guessing new batches have rectified the missing cape. The ones I bought today were from a newly opened cardbox container. Well just to let you guys know. If you haven't bought Darth Vader, you may get a cape with your minifig now. I was really annoyed the one I bought last month didn't include a cape.

Oh yea, Lele's SWAT shield is also very nice. I'll be buying that minifig just that shield eventhough I don't like Lele's quality. SY SWAT is better quality but I find the torso design a bit lacking. Lele is more ambitious in this regard. SY SWAT has better and more variety when it comes to accessories and weapons. More big guns! I have bought 3 sets of SY SWAT. My favourite is the blue SWAT police officer. He has a nice uniform, torso front and back and legs are printed. If he's not wearing SWAT gear and armor, he blends in well in a CITY setup. I am hunting for police officer hats and different faces for this guy to make a police team.

Yes it does unfortunately. I bought the entire set for my boy. He doesn't mind the old SY leg designs, just as long as its Spidey. The printing is really nice. Lucky you.
