Also, the figure came just in time for the Pirate subtheme of Ninjago next year. They probably wanted to get out a standard Pirate before the specific Ninjago pirates.

This is a bit whiney, but I really wish the Vampyre Castle set was fully enclosed. I wouldn't mind if that would make it $30 more, but it's just that it's gonna look wierd next to the Haunted House set, which is enclosed. But whatever, the Vampyre Castle set is still probably the best set of this year...

Another great Friends review, 'Pandora'! I'm still not sold on this set, but I do like the cool pieces, especially the two dark red 8x16 tiles and the book.

Excellent review, 'LuxorV'! I think your review sold me on this set. I actually like the quaint design of the set. And, I don't have the new bunny or bucket piece (from last year), so I think this is a pretty good set.

1) LEGO hasn't said anything. 2) I predict that it is gone for good. I haven't seen it at the LEGO store since last Christmas, and it has been removed from S@H. If you really want it, now is the best time to get it second-hand, as it's cheap (since it's not Christmas time). Hope I helped!

I'm not really into Star Wars, but that's actually a really cool feature on TLC's part! I'm actually eager to see a 2013 set list for Star Wars just to see if there will be a Rancor pit. And also, do you think the Rancor will be brick built or a Hulk-sized figure?
