Great MOC, 'Locutis'! You really used the brick-bricks well! I can't wait to see the final project!

These are great, 'Masked Builder'! My favorite so far is the one from Day 4. I can't wait to see the rest!

You're right! I really hope this one sells well.

Nothing has really been confirmed, but I don't it's think TOO early to tell. It's a bit early, sure, but not TOO early. We knew Ninjago would get more than one wave before it was released. We know Chima will get more than one wave. But after the (sad) sales of Alien Conquest and the second wave of Power Miners, Atlantis (besides that Temple set), Space Police, and Kingdom sets (besides that Mill set) , I think LEGO will just make one wave non-licensed themes for themes that don't seem to have a main selling point, or themes that don't seem to be getting a lot of advertising. Heck, I knew Friends would get another wave when I first saw it. It would be weird to not give a second wave to a theme that put out a whole new figure type. Let's take a look at the themes that have gotten more than one wave since 2011. Ninjago (spinners and a TV show), Friends (minidolls and a TV show), and Chima (ripcords and a TV show). But, like always, my comments are just pure speculation. LEGO seems to be changing the structure of release in 2013, so who knows. Heck, I'm even basing the sales of other themes on my observations. Since they now have 4 big waves per year (more speculation), they might give another chance to Monster Fighters in the Fall 2013 wave, or to Galaxy in the Spring 2014 wave. Believe me when I say I want TLG to prove me wrong.

They can also reuse this piece. -
GLAXY PRATROL FIGS CONFRIMED FOR 2013!! Oh wait, those are just from BrickJournal on their Alien Conquest preliminary coverage. Those red helmets look great though along with the suit, so that might be how the Galaxy Patrol figures look...

Nope. This is definitely a one-wave theme. The concept cannot really expand and be interesting to young LEGO fans.
-
Maybe. Last year's Target Winter clearance had Cars sets on sale, which came out around 13 months before the LOTR sets. But they also had some Summer 2011 sets on sale.

It does seem like LEGO will start having a big Spring 2013 wave. Hopefully this means lots of new sets every season starting in 2013! This Spring wave will have: Galaxy Squad, Lone Ranger, LOTR, some City Coast Guard sets, and maybe IM3 sets.

I'm from Florida, and this was in a Coral Springs Target location (the one in Turtle Run). Fun fact, this is the same one Stephan from The Brick Show goes to. Oh, and I made a video review of the set! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9AzzA0hhco

I like the color idea! Nice job TLG!

Found some Batmobiles in the LEGO section at Target! If you can get past my annoying voice, check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppbTRdFbu44

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
just2good replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Super Hero month? Awesome! Also, is the grin on the Batman/Bane set different than the one from the Super Heroes 2012 sets? -
Saw Wreck-It Ralph a few hours ago. Being a retro game enthusiast myself, I loved the movie! Though it wasn't soley based on cameos, the jokes and animation were great, and it even had a bit of heart to it! 9.25/10

If this has continuity with Monster Fighters, it would be awesome. Like the squad being all of the Monster Fighters... OH SHOOT.

Well, I found a few at Target! Can't beat the $1 deal! Anyways, I posted a video review of the set. If y'all can stand my annoying voice, you should check it out! The quality on the figure is phenomenal! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Db3FaYat2G4

Woah! Thanks for the news! LEGO is really pumping up a lot of sets with their new format... It seems like there will be a huge wave of sets each season!
-
 I will get ALL of the figures. All of 'em. Gonna make a Twitch family portrait.
-
For y'all wondering about the release dates of these sets, it's most likely December, not November. New licensed themes (Toy Story and Super Heroes) always start to show up around the second week of December, while unlicensed themes mostly show up in November.
-
Where did you get that from?
-
Wow, these are HILARIOUS! My favorite is the Halloween one, though!

We all do. We all do...............

Thanks for taking the pictures anyways! If you do have the time, can you please take a picture of the box's front and back? I love seeing new set boxes IRL.

Call in the Brickshow, as someone has listed one of the battle pack figures on eBay.
