    May 1st? Interesting! Thanks for the pictures! EDIT: I just called my local LEGO Brand Store and they said the only thing coming out on the 1st is the Series 10 figures. Can some other people call theirs?

    I'm very surprised at the X-Men stuff. Maybe we'll get one set to coincide with the release of The Wolverine? Then, Thor 2 would be 2014 sets. Hmm...

    I really do think the theme has ended. Keep in mind, when TLG says "cancelled" they usually mean there will still be a very limited release (see the 2012 Friends Advent Calender). So, I'm guessing we'll see a couple at LEGO Brand Store in the US and a few online in Europe.

    Actually, like this year, we have two Super Hero films next year (April and August) and we have Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (June) which I think LEGO will pounce on, along with The Hobbit: TABA in December and (maybe) Spongebob Squarepants The Movie 2 sets at around the same time, so I'm not sure LEGO will have licensed room to do more LOTR sets. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed, though.

    It's disappointing that Nintendo will not be doing a press conference this year. I do hope we see stuff from the Nintendo games you mentioned, though.

    That's what I'm guessing. I hope they don't pull an August release thing like they sometime do with SW and exclusive sets. If we're lucky, we might start seeing them next week!

    Nope, at this point, I guess it's cancelled. I was hoping for it to be a June promo. Who knows though, we might get instructions for it on June 1st.

    For me, that's the only thing that indicates it's a fake. It actually uses the old 2012 artwork on the top (no city) without the character in the corner. Otherwise, it looks real to me, and I'd call it real.

    What the... I have no idea. I'm guessing it's the June offer for LEGO S@H/Brand Stores. Looks cool.

    It might be available on Toys"R"Us online eventually, but it's a bit unlikely. These usually are available on Target and Walmart.

    No, it just means it will be available on S@H first. They said it with the Horizon Express too, which just showed up on Walmart.

    Yea I saw the first episode of TTG! and it was very mediocore. I'm not saying I'm surprised as the creators have claimed to never have watched the original series in its entirety. I didn't even like the MLP reference, it seemed shoehorned in for me.

    All About Bricks has reported that all four of the 2014 games have been cancelled, along with the theme itself. I can see the theme getting cancelled, but I can't see the three games based on themes being cancelled. S@H already posted the pictures, so I doubt that little tidbit is true. I really wanted to check out the LOTR game.

    I hate adding fuel to the fire already burning this theme, but I completely agree. I used to only want the first three sets, but now I don't even want 70403, which looks to simple and basic.

    It was retired in December, but then they put it as Hard To Find/Sold Out in March up until yesterday or so. It was interesting as it gave some hope that it would be released again or something.

    Spent lots of time searching for Mr. Gold at Target (some worker brought them out for some reason), and none of the packs had him, ~120 packs too.

    I really hate bumping up old topics, but the Maersk Train set is officially gone forever. LEGO put it as a retired set.

    Looks very very VERY interesting! I love the exterior bottom build, but it is a bit pricey!
