If you read the whole thing, you'd see they arm themselves eventually. But you did investigate on Night One. You investigated Alopex on Night One and nobody on Night Two. So the statement you just made is false. The figure that is Marcus Mouse is from the Roadster set. The name of the mouse in that set is Mitchell.

This was the problem with the way you played and the reason you failed. Even after it was explained to you repeatedly and after you were asked to stop treating it as an RPG, you continued to just play it however you wanted. It was annoying, and it threatened your team's strategy and made it harder for the scum to win, too. It was unfair to all of the other players and, in my opinion, very selfish. Sometimes the lovers know they will die without one another, sometimes not. Sometimes the lovers just know each other's affiliation, without dying if the other one does. I forgot to mention earlier that the original reason I decided to make one lover die if the other did was because I confirmed your affiliation to each other. So, in my opinion, since the role of lovers confirms to you that another player is town, that advantage has to be balanced with a disadvantage. It was just unfortunate that one of you died on the first night. Sorry.

Yes, please feel free to post your character bios. As far as Ro87n's craziness, that was just him not knowing how to play. It had nothing to do with his character. He just really didn't know how to play. He thought it was about roleplaying and then he ignored all of the rules and other indicators as to how he should behave. It was really quite ridiculous. Sorry, Ro87n, you were really a handful. P.S. I will probably never again allow revivals.

But me to thank for not handing a win to MacK. Actually, it looked like the town was going to have a perfect game. Four days, four scum, but MacK is just that much of a smooth talked. We should change his use name to DaddY MacK! Where's that dead furry lounge?

Conundrum 1: The lovers. I made Gregor and Gavin lovers only after I switched their character descriptions accidentally. It wouldn't have made a difference as it was just the character paragraph and not the rule or affiliation, but I though it was still somewhat obvious. So, I made them lovers. I decided when I made them lovers that they would be the traditional lovers and one would die if the other did. However, when Dannylonglegs was killed first, on Night One, I felt a little guilty robbing the town of it's doctor on the same night it lost the vigilante. I had the option of keeping Rumble Strike in, but decided, with badboy, that it was best to stick to the plan. Conundrum 2: Sirius Black's penalty vote. I hadn't thought about what would happen if someone didn't post near the end of the game where the majority votes are fewer. It is usually only in the beginning of a game when people don't post. The penalty vote was enough to get Sirius Black convicted. That would've been fine had the town not reached a conviction, which they didn't do until the last 20 minutes of Day Four. That gave me little time to adjust. Did I make the penalty vote forward to Day Five? Or convict two players on Day Four? Because moving the penalty vote to Day Five would've made an automatic conviction and given the town no choice in the matter, that would've given MacK two back-to-back opportunities to kill and basically been an automatic win. To keep the playing field level, we decided to make two convictions on Day Four.

I was too. Fortunately, I saw the conversations between Donut, WD, R087n and Fuzzy as I started them a group conversation. They were so convinced that MacK was a townie, they assumed he had been framed or Fuzzy was paranoid. Waterbrick Down, always test those theories before assuming, even if it means killing someone you think is a friend. Waterbrick Down guessed, correctly, several times that MacK was trying to figure out who the cop was. Go with those instincts, WD, and test theories before dismissing them.

I wondered this too. He tried to investigate you twice during Day One. I finally explained to him that Night Actions were for Night-time. Fuzzy did learn a lot during this game. I'm excited to see him be a leader in the next Mafia School game he plays.

He didn't investigate Bricks2000 on night one. It would've been impossible for him to do so. I'm surprised nobody caught that. He lied about it, for some reason. This is another reason I want Fuzzy to play again before being passed. Bricks2000 had already been voted out. Fuzzy could not have investigated him on Night One. He forgot to send in his Night Action on Night Two and I think he pretended to investigate Bricks2000 so you guys wouldn't know he forgot. If somebody had picked up on the fact that he was lying, which should have been obvious (you can't investigate a player who has already been voted out) I would've expected you guys to turn on him. Awesome user name, definite over-thinker. Yes, he could've ended it all on Day Four, but here we have it. Still an awesome player and I can't wait to see him in other games. I'm glad you were thinking this! Did my ending fool you? Were you worried it was Donut and Ro87n for a minute? And yes, Ro87n is an insane person. I want to hear more about Pandora's game play! I know she's brilliant but I want to know what she was doing! I want to hear more about all of this. What was Pandora's brilliance? How did Night 2 end up with the two of you killing each other? How did you know Alopex was scum? How did Alopex know to target you? Can we see the dead furries board? No, thank you! Badboy was awesome helping behind the scenes. I couldn't have been happier to have a co-host to help out. You did a fantastic job and I can tell you're really learning more about Mafia games. By the time you have time to host, I think you'll be fantastic! Thanks for all your help when it came to making decisions about our two strange conundrums during the game. Thank you! It was certainly easier to host! However, what's really unfortunate about this is, if he had posted and not been taken out by penalty, MacK had an extremely good chance of winning. So, he inadvertently took MacK's perfect game away from him. I have to disagree with you here. Had we continued to follow this type of play, which was truly metagaming, you guys would've lost hard. That's one reason I want Fuzzy to play again. Especially considering that, for some reason, he claimed to have investigated Bricks2000 on Night One. Bricks2000 was already out of the game, so he couldn't have been investigated. I think Fuzzy was just trying to cover up for forgetting to get his night action in on night two. Not to pick on you, Fuzzy, I just want you to know what you should work on for next time. Wow, so you planned to fly under the radar. I didn't know that. Brilliant! That's a very good strategy. Have a strong player, confirmed town, stay quiet to keep the plan going in the end after the loudmouths are killed off. You guys are seriously awesome! Great planning. And considering your group of four only had one night action among you, (MetroiD, WD, Pandora and Donut) you guys truly showed how vanilla townies can still make a difference in this game. Thank you! Anyone can post in this thread. Thanks to all the Mafia School students and players! Great work everyone. The Mayor's goons took Evan Elephant off to be interrogated. "Bianca! How could you do this to me?" He cried, "I'm innocent! I would never join up with these scumbags!" His wife, however, wasn't really paying attention. She had caught sight of something disturbing alongside of the City Hall. It was the garbage can that had caught her attention. It looked remarkably like there were feet sticking out of it. She went to investigate closer. She dumped the garbage can over and, much to her horror, the decapitated body of her sister was the first thing to tumble out, followed by the decapitated bodies of Doctor Candace Cow and Randy Rabbit. "Freeze Bianca." Someone said. It was Bianca Lamb's brother-in-law, Marcus Mouse, who Mayor Langston Lion had told them had been killed. His mother, Gertrude Goat was there, too. They were holding Bianca Lamb at gunpoint. "This is no hotel!" Bianca Lamb cried, "And the two of you aren't dead! The Mayor lied to us!" "Are you just now figuring that out?" Marcus laughed, "You aren't that great of an investigator after all, are you?" "Oooh, my damn worthless husband." Bianca said, "He sold us all out and now it's too late." "You silly paranoid girl." Gertrude Goat laughed, "You think Evan was the last scum? Did it ever cross your mind that the person who lead the charge on the last day was the last scum? Someone came running toward her, so Piper raised the shotgun again and fired. The bullet ripped through Bruno Bear's chest and Bruno Bear was no more. Based on that I could give you an incomplete or pass you. However, being scum, you didn't communicate with your scum team at all. Without working with them, there was no way to form a plan of defense. These games are fun but they need some effort and work on your part. Masked Builder (Doctor Candace Cow) - Again, there wasn't much about your gameplay that really stood out, but you clearly understand what to do. I think you were outshone by the sting operation duo. It is strange, isn't it? I'd rather be called the host, especially outside of the game thread. I guess it's a way to skirt metagaming/stay in character. I think "my subconscious" would be adequate.

I guess that is confusing. Sorry I was grumpy. I still love you. The town can't vote because they've lost. It's a way to keep it fair for the final scum. If he/she has fought everyone off as the sole remaining scum, they get a pass when it's down to the final three. Think of it as the two remaining town failing so miserably at seeing the third is scum that they lose the privilege of the final vote and the scum gets a reward for being so crafty.

No. You're quoting the rule that negates that. If there's one scum left and he's been good enough to get it down to three players, he/she wins. Period. Stop asking. That's the rule. Enough. Lesson 6: Delayed voting The 24 hour delay in voting is designed so a bandwagon doesn't form against someone without them being able to defend themselves. With a game where the day ends when the conviction is reached, a player may log in to find themselves lynched before they even get to post or answer for accusations. That is what the first 24 hours is for. This is the time when you should be making accusations. Waiting for the voting to start to reveal information or make accusations is poor sportsmanship, in my opinion. If players are just going to wait to pounce on another player when the voting starts, there may as well not be a 24 hour delay. Have respect for your fellow players and use this first 24 hours as part of the game. If you wait until voting starts, make a conviction against someone before they can answer, and you've made a wrong choice, you could be doomed...
