I would have used that hair, but it lacks the bangs that Zelda has. This particular piece does. :P The torso is this with a white sticker applied to make the pink look like it should be in the pink. I'm going back to my roots of customizing by using what I have made for me rather than just make things from scratch and also keep it as Lego as possible. Most people don't realize that the answer is right in front of them. I originally wanted to use a MMCB vest here, but his store is currently closed for restocking. As for the spree, it won't be ending anytime soon. It is my headlining project this year, so my mind is focused. Now that I got the 3 big kahunas out of the way, I can finish off Vaati, Agahnim and Dark Link, and also start working on Tingle, Veran and Onox. You know I'm not surprised by that. I think that over the period of time that you work with sculpey, that you develop the knack for it that you can pull it off with first try. And I'm like that too with othr things. Most people will look at a character and be like "yeah totally impossible to make", and we go "yeah i can do that no problem". Reminiscent of LEGO's Collectible Minifigs, CustomMinifigs.com is a joint project between professional customizors Shmails and Armothe. Each fig is special and unique in that Shmails personally designs each one and Armothe arms them with BrickForge weapons and accessories. Wave 1 laid the foundation. Wave 2 brought in the warfare aspect. Wave 3 is moreso an addition to Wave 2, as there is only 4 figs. Presentation Each minifig is packaged in a medium-sized, ziploc baggie with a card insert. Yeah it is one of his earlier works back when he handmade his items and sold them on BrickLink. You can see them on his flickr. Now that he is getting things done a different way, hopefully he will remake these. :) -Omi

Well the hair is custom made by Arealight, and it came in yellow, red, white, gray, and earth orange years ago. He had dooku hair (which would have been a better fii, but sadly none). Considering the rarity of these handmade pieces, I already felt bad cutting it down for the mouth to show. For now it will stay as is, until I find a better substitute for a darker orange hair. And the beard is attached to the hair, so if I trade it out for werewolf, the beard goes. Next best thing would be a decal, and I usually stray from waterslides. And yeah Ganondorf has regular ears, since he is a different race than Link. Ganon, since he is basically a pig, has pig ears. :P As for the LoZ anny, funny enough I didn't even think about it when I started my Zelda project. I seem to time these things out at the right time. Did the same for the Final Fantasy 20th anny when I started my FF project back in 07. :P -Omi

Arealight used to back when he made things by hand. BrickForge doesn't. Both used high quality ABS on par with Lego. -Omi

Solidus Snake is the antagonist from MGS2. He is the perfect clone of Big Boss, and is the brother of Solid Snake and Liquid. Reference * The tentacles are being held by a BrickForge bandolier, which is fitted around the top. This allows for the tentacles to be removed from the body. * Gunbelt and Armor is BrickForge * P90 is BrickArms -Omi

Brasso is a metal polish which most customizors use to remove print on parts. Unlike paint thinner, it doesn't warp or melt the pieces. -Omi

shmails of CM.com has recently released Wave 3 of his Collectible Minifigs line over at the store. This set features a centaur, a SWAT officer, a sergeant (or sarge), and a post-apoc chick. More additions to the warfare theme, plus a step into the fantasy setting. :) Also the Olive Drab color seen on the sarge is CM.com exclusive. The accessories seen on the sarge and SWAT officer are screenprinted, and so is the cntaur body! Check them all out and also Waves 1 & 2 in the store! And expect a review sometime this wee or next week. :) -Omi
