  1. The figs came out great, but why would you not recommend Brasso? It's the highly recommended stuff for removing print without melting Lego. :P -Omi
  2. My Little Pony is owned by Hasbro, who happens to be a competing company with Lego. You will never see MLP Lego. If anything, Hasbro would use teir building line Kreo to make MLP sets. Lego would go through it, again. Apparently they were in talk with Nintendo years ago, but it was Nintendo who turned Lego down. Most likely because Nintendo doesn't like repeating "bad" history, since they had their own building blocks that bombed in the market. -Omi
  3. Angry side Normal side Dunno why he even has a dual face, since he has a beard that covers his face.... -Omi
  4. I don't see the need unless Lego is trying to garner more adult fans, rather than more kid fans. But being children's toy company I don't even see that happening. -Omi
  5. I recieved my Legolas fig in the mail today, and I gotta say the hairpiece is just fantastic. I echo the post I made earlier on in this thread, it really is perfect for Princess Zelda. -Omi
  6. I'm sorry, rubbish? Please share with us what your ideal, non rubbish Lego project should be. If you don't like the project, don't vote for it. Same goes for not liking sets - Just don't buy them. -Omi
  7. Thanks guys. :) -Omi
  8. Yes because the sticker came from a Lego set. Stickers are parts. :P -Omi
  9. I'm glad you ignored lack of space, and sources at the time. -Omi
  10. Pictures exist. You're just aren't looking deep enough, considering I gave you the event. I scoured the internet for a couple minutes. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/pjmoyer/Events/Brickfest-2005/BF05-Day3/2005-08-14-185.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/pjmoyer/Events/Brickfest-2005/BF05-Day3/2005-08-14-112.jpg Considering this was made 7 years ago, which lack of better building skills and pieces, not to mention it's bigger, the guy recieves full credit for doing it. -Omi
  11. I just told you that it has been done at these events. Just because it hasn't been done recently doesn't denote the fact it has been done in the past. -Omi
  12. I was responding to Helms Deep, which was stated to not have been done. And I've seen a fig scale Minis Tirith at BrickFest 2005. :P -Omi
  13. It's actually been done before, at BrickFest 2007. -Omi
  14. They still use stickers today. Not like it's a body piece. :P -Omi
  15. In regards to the White Hand, perhaps a sticker sheet will be available. If not, BrickForge sells White Hand decals. -Omi
  16. I think people don't consider the thought that the reason Lego designed the figs that way is because they are based off the show designs. Can't blame Lego for that. -Omi
  17. With a Lego watch bezel. Like this. When I saw that, I immediately thought of a Pokeball, and then I saw the Car's piece, and went with Voltorb in the final outcome. -Omi
  18. A Terran marine as it appears in StarCraft. *Gun is BrickForge *Armor is Sluban Enjoy! -Omi
  19. Snake as he appears in Metal Gear Solid 3. *Face and leg decals are Saber-Scorpion *Hair is Arealight *Gun and Knife are BrickArms *Pouches are BrickForge *Straps are modified Sidan Toys Enjoy! -Omi
  20. Pokemon #100, Voltorb, from the Pokemon series. Completely purist using just 3 pieces. Enjoy! -Omi
  21. I always hold my pieces when cutting them by hand, and lets just say I get pretty close. :P -Omi
  22. Oh a dremel. I have one, and best thing to always have for customizing. -Omi
  23. That can be said about the other licensed themes that have been done. -Omi
  24. If it was unpopular, then why did Lego make the sets? -Omi
