  1. Well, I recently made the perfect Freeco-bike in my opinion, and Lego's about to make one. So have you ever worked hours on end on a new MOC, buying all of these new minifigs and it all rounds out to be $50, and everything is included in a $30 set, that looks a whole lot better? Now my Freeco bike isn't that great, so I'll be happy to scrap it and get some pieces back, but one time after I made a whole custom Kit Fisto, I decided to blow it all off and buy the JSF and Booster Ring set! So go ahead, tell your tales! EDIT: Oh fiddlesticks! Can a mod please change the text to say "ever" instead of eve?
  2. I haven't seen one WITH the Logo!
  3. Oh my! How...delicious! I think my favorite parts are the wing connections and cockpit. Great MOC! It seems like a real Lego set and the landing gear is awesome!
  4. Not a chance. If it were real, Leia would actually have a real helmet. And the picture would be in box, not built on a table.
  5. It's not a mini, just a small ship, but it looks pretty good to me. Even though it's only Lego that makes their Imperial Stuff blue, this looks a lot more like a Stormie tank than a Clone tank. Great job!
  6. We can't officially confirm that they are OT yet, but everything points to it, not to mention the orange figure cannot be a droid, as we can clearly make out a normal minifig body. Even the CW label points to OT, because of the midi falcon!
  7. Oh my God! Rebel Ice Cutter! Laser Ice cutter, same thing! Not to mention StarWars.com links directly to Wookiepedia and: Tell me now? And last but not least, please note we've confirmed that the BP's are NOT Clone Wars! EDIT: Angy rampage over, Lego discussion can resume now. What happened to your just made "I wish the BP would be from TFU?"
  8. I said it was a possibility, not that it would happen. Plus, Wookiepedia is run by Star Wars officially and Star Wars.com, so there's no doubt if they had said that, which they didn't.
  9. A warsy I see, welcome! PT or OT? Or EU or CW...
  10. Yes, in a cut seen of ESB, Luke was firing at a pack of Wampas. If it can cut through ice, I assume it can cut through people too, no?
  11. No-link-I don't care anyway! Sounds terrible, yum!
  12. He aid a wall of Lego sets.
  13. Ooh tricky one. I have both, so I can't decide but I'll give you the features of each. Vaders TIE: Cool Ship Two Flick Fire Missiles Opening Cockpit (You have to stuff him in there) Darth Vader Silver-Hilted Lightsaber Defense of Echo Base: Taun Taun Two Rebels Han Solo Two Snowies Gunning Turret (With Flickfires, opening side door, and opening top hatch, and swivel) Trench that "explodes" (works really well!) E-web And Vader's TIE is 10 dollars more. I really like them both though!
  14. You've got a point there, but I've got a point here. The Empire's got it covered with that lovely looking Snow Speeder , but the Rebels never used any small scale vehicles during the Battle of Hoth. Our two choices are a non-canon yet cool looking ship, or the perfectly BP sized ice cutter, which is at the least canon! SO why not take the one that actually exists? Not to mention there are plenty of places for flick-fires on that thing... Yes. Well, not until you all see that it's really a Tri-Droid! Muahahaha!
  15. God, it took me 3 whole minutes to realize the difference. That's weird, but really if the 6 still function normally, I don't really care think you should worry. No idea why though.
  16. Yay! I win! We'd never get a spacetrooper. I just searched them because I've never even heard of them, and here's a rule of thumb, if they haven't been on TV or in a movie, and you've only seen them in a few comics and most pictures come from guidebooks, chances are no. But we are getting a TIE Defender, but still, it's just so dang cool! By the way, I have a new theory for the Rebel Battlepack. We can clearly see from the below picture that the Snowtroopers have a speederbike... But as for the Rebel Speeder, we could probably get one of the Rebel Ice Cutter Speeders. There was one in the hangar next to the snowspeeders in ESB and they were used to carve out the inside of Echo Base!
  17. Sorry. Great job by the way!
  18. Even better! Wow! This is an amazing MOC and it's coming along really well! I'm not sure why you used to C-3PO's in one MOC, but this is really great!
  19. You sure you'd wanna go scuba diving with a ceiling over the water and big scary blue walls all around you? Nice idea, have a good vacation!
  20. Even if we did get a Tri-Fighter, which I'm almost sure we won't, why the heck would we get a Jet Trooper? They can't survive in space! The rest sounds about right, the Bantha's still iffy and I'd love one extremely, but chances are truly 50/50. But next year is the ESB anniversary, so we better, better, better get a Wampa! Raaah!
  21. Check this out, a UCS TIE Fighter MOC, similar to the TIE advanced but not totally! Credit to Anio on brickshelf, a wonderful job! Also the gallery. Great job!
  22. Wayyyy late, sorry. EDIT: Oh UK, never mind. Sorry. My main incentive for this book is definitely that minifig! Of course, I'll still read the book.
  23. Well certainly Portman wouldn't want that thing from the Clone Wars to portray her! "My eyes are not that big!" Maybe TLG thinks she's too boring of a character, but that doesn't really make sense. I'd put my money on a new one coming out sometime next year.
  24. Where is Gamecon? I wonder if they'll have a load of Star Wars stuff like they do at SDCC.
  25. $5 or $500? Because now I'm inspired to freeze my echo base! Great job on the robot, by the way! I love the gun!
