A small help here please. I 've just returned from another LEGO shopping day. While i was in the toy store checking the shelves i saw a (probably forgotten there)6093 Flying Ninja Fortress. The price was €74.99. I checked the prices on Bricklink for MISB 6093's and the prices are quite high. Just to let you know, the Ninja theme was released during my dark ages so i never had any contact with it. My interest is just because the price seems very low and perhaps i could use it for more City-Pirates sets. Thanks in advance.

Trying to sleep and suddenly hearing a mosquito approaching me making that "becoming louder as it approaches" ZZZNNNNZZZZZZNNNNZZZZZZNNNNZZZZZZ REALLY ANNOYING sound...

Very nice work medieval_total_lego! The colours you've chosen are an excellent choice! The whole structure reminded me of one of the buildings that the other toy company originated from Germany and their toy figures can't move their legs independently ( you know which company by now ), had released sometime in the past. Oh, and this is a compliment of course! The work place is cleverly built! The pottery wheel is a great detail. I the fireplace (the shield above it is a beautiful touch) and i simply the bed! Being modular is also a big plus. Thanks for sharing your MOC!

I've just entered the house carrying a bag with two freshed bought sets. 7634 Tractor (€11.99) and the 7635 Horse Trailer (€24.99). The Horse Trailer looks really great from the box!

Amazing work eti! This is one of the best adaptations of actual sets to mini-scale! The tavern building is absolutely fantastic! The colours and the shape are identical and work perfect. You 've even added the watermill!! The kiosk and the cows are excellently made! If you move away from the computer screen and look at this brilliant structure from distance, you cannot realize that this isn't the actual Medieval Market Village! (I 've tried it and I was ) Well done! (Now I want to buy MMV even more.... ) Only if this set's number is 501. EDIT: Not until after i posted my post, i saw Dadster's post writing about the distance view. All copyrights about this idea go to him please...

Very nice layout simonwillems and sure captures the whole riot atmoshpere! The waterthrower looks great. Excellent colour choice. I too agree that the shields look perfect. Btw, this topic just brought images in my mind from last Decembers's riots here in Greece. Days full of tension and anger.

Thanks for another great and detailed review WhiteFang! Combining the two eras was a very good idea! The photo you 've posted with the two minipirates minifigs side by side does the job! The evolution of the pirate line is clear there and also it made feel nostalgic. On to the set: Although the minifig is great I think that this impulse set is probably one of the most "empty" i've seen lately. Almost all impulse sets -and not just pirates- include a small structure together with accessories. This one has none. My thoughts exactly. When I visited a toy store last month to buy some 2009 sets, I saw this one and the 8396 Soldier’s Arsenal. Guess what i bought. Yes, Soldier's Arsenal. Not only for the outstanding minifig but also because the set itself looked more full. On the other hand this is a great buy for anyone who wants to recruit more pirates in their fleet. .....i'm still gonna buy it though! Who can resist to impulse sets? Thanks again for sharing the pictures and the review!

Adding the last photo, clearly showing the modular potentials of the station at all their glory makes me like it even more!

Welcome to Eurobricks fellow balkan neighbours! You 're gonna have a great time here, filled with creativity! Oh, your MOCs are very beautiful! Keep it that way! Can't wait to see it!
-
A word of welcome from me too M_longer. Your MOCs are great so this is the perfect place to be! Have a great time in Eurobricks!
-
Great construction M_longer! The blades are very realistic, especially the one in the front! I also like that you 've tested the snowgroomer in real conditions. (although white 1x1 tiles would have been more realistic ) Since you've mentioned that it's minifig scale, is it easy to take the roof off in order to place a minifig inside? Because it looks a bit difficult with the roofs structure.

Very beautiful station Eilif! The colours you've chosen match perfectly together. The tiled floor is great, especially the colour of the tiles! I really like the small platform.Simple yet effective! Very good idea concerning the 1/2 stud. In that way, it makes it look more realistic. I don't know if that walk path on the tracks is safe for the minifigs though . Perhaps a small pedestrians bridge could be useful although i understand that considering the small distance seperating the two platforms it would have benn too steep. How about something like this? A small snackbar or soda machine would be a good addition too. You can solve this simply by putting this little guy Overall, great shiny MOC!

Very beautiful MOC! Not only the bridge is great but also the whole scene. : The two cliffs are very well built. The bridge is very very good! It seems that is a strong and stable structure and wide enough. The arch is a big success! Waiting for the Brickshelf folder to become public for a better overview. Keep it up!

Very funny and clever thought Dadster! In the beginning I said "poor cows.." but then again i remembered that i'm also a carnivorous mammal so.....McDragons burgers ON!
-
Boring? The work you 've done is absolutely great! It's like a very good tutorial to SNOT techniques! I couldn't agree more. The windows technique is probably the best!
-
Very funny little scene! The background and the whole picture's colours are really great! Btw, judging from the soldier's smile, i could say that Cuba was in his wish-list destinations.

What New Themes or Sets would you like TLG to make?
Zorbas replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
As being a City-Town fan i would really like to see a taxi driving around the city streets. Also a new cargo plane that actually CAN CARRY CARGO having the ability to open from the back (even if it is a plane from the current "<insert that tiresome argument> parts"line.) -
Very nice work Eilif! The details are great and the whole front part is artificially built! To speak the truth, when I first saw it -and still evey time I look at it- it really reminded me of a WWII vehicle, one of those that were operating in Africa Korps. The colours, the vertical windshield with the gap in the middle and even the axles distance work very well together to give me that impression. If you could add crawler tracks on the back wheels the resemblance would be even greater. I'm not a WWII vehicle expert so forgive me if some of my points are just too simple or weak . It's just me thinking loudly .

Happy birthday WhiteFang and may all your wishes come true! (LEGO included. ) The best is yet to come!

Yes. That was one of the reasons that made this plane my favorite one. If only TLG could do that in the Cargo Plane.Just imagine... I also have the 7893 Passenger Plane and it is bigger than the Cargo Plane. So, the idea of an air taxi is absolutely correct. I have personally named my Cargo Plane as the Antonov of my fleet I had to find a good excuse for the size

"The Devil Went Down to Georgia" by the Charlie Daniels Band. That fiddle is great.
-
...or you could just say that these are the fossils of an old prehistoric monster (or dinosaur for the a more realistic touch.) It really looks like a skeleton to me. :skull:
-
Fantastic idea and greatly executed! It is literally a ride to the underworld! The tracks are just brilliant!
-
Very nice gas station sens1992. The tiled floor looks really good! I really like the colours. It reminds me of a BP gas station. Is there any interior that you can show to us? Btw, did you also order the car wash part? It looks very interesting.

Very beautiful work eti! Crystal clear pictures also!! I enjoyed "watching"the story as it was being unfolded. The kitchen's interior is fantastic!! Very detailed and filled with almost everything! Well done!
