I don't mean to pick a fight here Erdbeereis but it was you who could not resist my trap! (sorry about the dark photos my photo editing program isn't running.)
-
I could go for a good whacking, here is mine feel free to bring on the pain Just about any city torso will do if you don't have this one.
-
Same here, i think everyone has wanted to make a large scale MOC like this at least once,i have been planning one for a while now.
-
I picked up the Smash n Grab after eying it for a while along with the smaller SP set with Squidman. I only paid 10$ for it so good deal (parents let me keep most of the money)
-
I wasn't really into this line , only buying one for the minifigures but the second wave is fantastic! The base actually looks good enough to buy two of (i know i will surely get one) The limo is fantastic i love the "space pimp" And it comes with a gold hood ornament of it as well (perfect for head crab zombies for half life of GMOD MOCs) The undercover cruiser from what i can tell has SP stickers on one side and has cargo truck stickers on the other (didn't see that coming)

the hand itself car rotate 360 degrees and up and down.

This has got to be one of the most imaginative things i have ever seen! Clearly one of the coolest thing i have seen in a while thanks for posting this.

Here is my second attempt (work with me here, i am not too good at these ) However this one turned out to be really good in my opinion, one of my best yet. Criticism is welcome its the only way the mistakes can be fixed. what did i tell you? Used some ball joints and made it very easy to pose (which adds to playability) The arms (my second weakness next to legs) are composed of three sections upper, middle, and the hand. Not too much detail with the greebles on the back, i think its a good amount. Oh whats that? no weapon? Fine here you go (The AMP suits from Avatar didn't have built in weapons) Thanks for looking, let me know what you think EDIT (oh my a misspelling in the title. )

I may use the heads, but depending on the quality i may buy a shelf to put them on for display. I think they would look nice in a display case. Either way am going to get the weather i buy them myself or get them as gifts (no doubt) -
Yeah it was posted a bit ago, but the storm troopers are funny

I like the new figs, and grevious isn't that bad either. Its either the new detailed one that looks like him or the old solid white one. (i think i prefer the distinguishable one.)
-
I have to say, when the sets first came out i showed no interest at all (aside buying one or two small ones for the minifigures) but after seeing the second wave i am really starting to like them!
-
Thanks for the feedback, i will give it some more work later today and see where i can go from what I've got.

After my MOColympics round against Dave Sterling a while back i have been working on techniques for building Mechs. I sat and worked on just some small thoughts for this one, so tell me how do you think it looks? (i want to start small and work my way up)

I must say i am relieved to know the quality is going to be good, i think i am going to try and get two of each, one for MOCs and one to put in a little display case. (I will probably end up with tons of them though ...) -

I actualy thought about that at one point -
i have some i like to display, others i build and take apart later. Right now i have the power miner collection on display with a few star wars sets (that i don't plan to scrap) That is about right.
-
I agree it seems to be too much reddish brown, however if i dont like it can exchange with my old slave one parts. Still this set i feel is going to be one of the best SW sets this year.
-
Depends on where you use them and the size of the MOC i suppose. Like mentioned before studs when building grassy areas tiles for streets. I personally like studs showing, it gives MOCs texture.

Big Cam sure is right, my gosh to me it seems like they had nothing better to do than to pick on the kid -
Thanks for sharing those pics, though the CTT seems to be missing a lot to it and Cad Bane has a lightsaber.

What is the hardest Lego set you have ever built?
MrTools replied to SharkMan's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Oh my gosh i remember when i opened the box and saw all those bags and no numbering! I had to use my dining room table and half the time was so frustrated finding parts i just went and got rhem out of my collection in the other room. So now that i remember the batcave, I'm going to have to vote on it. (UCS Batmobile was pretty hard too) -
Now that's what I'm talking about, j3tang! I found some extra coach cars on eBay complete for 20$ a piece would you say its worth it?
