  1. Ah yes, the auditors. I must think of some way to display them. Thanks for the idea. And indeed reading the books you can only conclude that Ronnie is a happy man these days. I'm glad that came across.
  2. Adding to my Discworld project: The Horsemen of the Apocalypse including the one that left before they became famous From left to right: War, Famine, Death, Pestilence and Kaos. Kaos left to fullfill his lifelong dream; becoming Ronnie Soak, a milkman. Nothing better then fresh dairy in the morning. This makes him the Pete Best of the Horsemen. The others ofcourse went on and accosianally turn up when someones world collapses no matter how great or small the collaps. Work is work after all these days. 3. If I may add as a lifelong comicbook reader. Normally the speech ballons don't cover the person speaking. The point of the balloon usually points to the head or person and are not placed in front of them directly to the mouth. And now both balloon have dfferent font sizes. That can be on purpose making Gollum speak more softly. If that isn't the intention font size should be the same. different font sizes is a way to expres loudness of speech and so on. Good luck!
  4. Added the Triple Windmill to the index Triple Windmill
  5. Finally got around to changing it: vs Still a captain of the Watch but now with old scool lasergun.
  6. Which names? Ankh-Morpork is in the Discworld books written by sir Terry Pratchett. Guild of Perfumistas has been made up by me in style with the books. Triple Windmill is my own. The gear system has been put outside on purpose. I like it exposed and the more ugly bits are hidden inside. Indeed, three functions; grind flowers for their perfume, thumb rock and saw the wood.
  7. A windmill on the walls of Ankh-Morpork. Working for the stonequarries, carpenters and the Guild of Perfumistas this mill has been strategicly placed on the walls to gain some extra hight in the city. video on flickr with all the functions: link I do have more ideas for the wall to expand so more will follow, sometime. more on flickr and brickshelf
  8. Congratulations. I hope to often run into you in the History Forum. In a good way, you not using your mod skills that is.
  9. Im just hoping for those donuts
  10. Nice build. I like the base of the windmill, smart use of parts in that. I may have to remember that for my own windmill. You may want to change the scenery a bit since this type of windmill was most used to keep the polder dry. Or you just made the exception to the rule.
  11. Very beautifully done. Love the scenes and the detailling.
  12. Thanks for the comments. It is hard to fit it all on to a 32x32 baseplate. And the map has to be functionable so some graphic representation is allowed.
  13. For my PADI Divemaster course I had to make an under water map. So I did it in the good old Diver style. UW-map 1 by L-space, on Flickr All foreign objects have been placed at their relative position. The steps make it deeper by 1 meter at a time. It represents part of the Nionplas or de Zandput near Raamsdonksveer, NLD.

  19. Simply said: that is what the real life examples look like. You don't need much room to sleep but you do in the barn(side). Hay, supplies etc needs a lot of room.
