AC/DC - Touch Too Much [Live at LEGO city]
L-space replied to blanty's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Great lipsink. -
Wow, great work here. Love the whole coloursceme and the way the building 'jumps'. Good luck in the contest.

Nice colourscheme and I like the way you made the desks and the partitions. On first sight it reminded me of "the Daily Planet". Good luck in the competition.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 8 poll
L-space replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
As #5 in the poll! I think there are to many re-hashes in this series; the alien, the robot (come on, just another color), pirate, manbat (it's in a line for ... sakes). Still there are 5 that just pop-out; Helmet diver, Conquistador, Hamlet, Bowler hat guy, Bavarian boy. And I like Santa too. -
Thanks all. Indeed it was by coincidence that I discovered this fit. It really helped me achieve the look I wanted.

The Bridge of Size connects the University Gardens to Wizards' Pleasaunce across the Ankh. The bridge is based on the bridge I see from my office every day. The only adjustment I made is scaling it down to five holes instead of the original twelve. This is the eleventh addition to the Unseen University project. Still working on the Clocktower and next will be Wizards' Pleasaunce and the Tower of Art. Usually the doors only last an hour before the acid in the river burns right through. Bridge of Size_04 by L-space, on Flickr More pics on flickr and brickshelf

This is a beautiful start for a WIP. I allready like it, great work, nice colors and the overall like and diversity really makes it stand out.
-
Beautyful work. This will look good on any harbour.
-
Great work. The roof really stands out from most solutions.
-
No idea about the game but the review may have tilted me towards getting one. If not for the green 1x1 tiles in the end. Thanks!
-
And always check the Splash page, some sellers only ship on a monday others just in the weekend.
-
Great idea! Just give me the specs and you'll have a photo available in no time.

First thanks for the compliments! It is appriciated knowing others like your stuff. By suggestion I have changed the sidewalk to be more compliant with the Modular standard. It now has a light grey curbe and dark bley stones. Well most are anyway. Still not enough money to do a total workover. For real; I picked my last LEGo money this month for a bricklink order of dark bley tiles because I don't use them that often. EB Small Gods Cemetery 00 by L-space, on Flickr The back hasn't been changed. This way it still looks like a real alley not used since medieval times. First post will be edited accordingly. My newest addition to the Ankh-Morpork City-folk is added to the index: Reacher Gilt

Looking lovely. The wheelhouse looks great now it's finished.

Thanks, I have corrected it. It does meet the criteria; 8 wide footpath, not my fault the pavement is lousy. Blame the town-council for not willing to invest in the neighbourhood.

B-OM-19A In a part of the city that doesn't show up in tourist guides a small cemetery still lays between the modern modular buildings. Reacher Gilt by L-space, on Flickr Antagonist of Moist von Lipwig in Going Postal, and Chairman of the Grand Trunk Semaphore Company wich he conned out of the Dearheart family. He dressed in the manner of a retired pirate, and lived as such, with a cockatoo named Alphonse which had been taught to say the phrase "12 and a half percent" (that is, a single piece of eight). Nobody knew much about him, though two things were certain: he threw the most incredible and extravagant parties, and he was rich enough to purchase his own ancestors as well as the services of an Igor. Gilt was actually a con artist of legendary skill; Moist instantly recognized Gilt's inner nature and he would have begged Gilt to teach him the trade had he not been Gilt's primary enemy at the time. He told people he was going to fleece them and they loved it. Made with the help of the V&A Steamworks Stovepipe Tophat. All my (soon to be) Discworld Minifigs are now described in a pdf file: Discworld Minifigs v1.1
