  1. Most impressive work here Morten. A great representation of the movie scene. Allways nice to seen those small details in such a large MOC. Thanks for sharing.
  2. Another trip down memory lane, or up the Space Corridor, for me. Unfortunately I never owned this set but still it is locked in my mind from way back when. This is one of the sets that really represents the golden Age of Space for me, especcially with the yellow minifigs. Source of constant battle between my brother and I. Thanks for the review, it was great.
  3. Great work. Really nice and big wave. And I love your pillar design on the temple.
  4. truly amazing. You can really taste the era in your MOC's, great work. My favorite has to be the tractor with the signature steering.
  5. Looks like it is worth waiting for untill it becomes available in the Netherlands at March 11th. Patience it is then....
  6. Doesn't matter, everyone slips once in a while. But
  7. Nice work de-marco. Great attention to detail and the a pefect rendition of the truck.
  8. I took the bike ou t yesterday, for the first time this year. It has been dry for a couple of days and all the snow and stuff has been washed away by rain. So nothing to stop me for my virgin ride of 2010. Then reality hit me at about 5 degrees C; %$#@# cold! But that only lasted a couple of minutes. Right untill my face frooze solid. Even without the cold you would't be able to get the grin of my face though. Let the good times role.
  9. Great work, just what you'd expect in a small village. Not too much richness, but a plain and straightforward church. Such a parish would not have money for fancy stuff. I like it.
  10. Nice work fenrir. I thoughth it was quite dark at first glance but it settles pretty well. Good amount of detail on every corner. Keep it up.
  11. Snow has vanished for a good time now. but more important; my insurance kicked in today after hybernation. So let the sunshine role in.
  12. Very very very well done. Great use of all the scenes, you might buy it as a set.
  13. Excellent matey. Keep the film rolling and bring it on. This is great stuff.
  14. Added the latest creation to the Index. @ the Brickster; thanks for frontpaging. It is really appreciated. the Boathouse
  15. Yep, I may have to recreate the river. I might postpone it untill I get to making a bridge over the river so I can create a large piece at once. This even might be my first attempt at snotted water. It will make it easier to incorporate filth and such. The only wizards that play sports are freshmen. By the time they get to their second year they have enjoyed university meals to much to fit through these doors. Indeed it is a simple building but like I said it is basicly a shack. Once you look at the big picture (when all is finished) it will settle in quit nicely. Yes, there are. As the title says this is part 6. In the picture below you can se the progress. That is a difficult question. Somehow I don't ever want to finish. However I'm waiting an a last order for HEX and after that I will start puzzling on The Tower of Art, the Clocktower and the Great Hall. Realisticly and seeing how much I will need for the Great Hall and Clocktower it might take another 18 months. Maybe in time for Legoworld, Zwolle in 2011? If they will have me. And thanks for the interest all.
  16. the Boathouse This is the model I wanted to start my Unseen University project with. However it didn't work out, I missed some piece and after several tries wasn't happy with the outcome. During the build of the other models I gathered the right bricks and ideas. It is all in all a simple and straightforward model. But there is no more to it; just a shack with doors the put a boat in. So I added some more surroundings then I normally do. As you can see rowing on the river Ankh isn't allways easy. It it is much easier to just step out and push the boat. more on brickshelf, MOCpages and flickr Enjoy
  17. Great job, this will certainly be a welcome addition to the town. It has been said before but I fully agree on the roof technic and corner stones of your building. Easy way of getting a crowd in btw, only 16x16.
  18. Thanks for the review. This was one of the sets I allways but never got. By the time they made the white space vehicles I shifted to City. But I know I kept on checking the catalogues for the space sets.
  19. Excellent work Perterz. The overall look certainly screams ratrod to me. Small comment: I would change the wheels. front wheels to the rear and more narrow wheels on front. Other then that it is just perfect.
  20. Wow, amazing stuff here. I like the way you built to ruins, but have to get used to the same round plates as walls for the house.'' Is there a passageway from the cave to the house or castle?
  21. Got in quick this time. I'm going for the, as I have now learned, standard 8x8. You've got room to fit four minifigs and still can detail it enough. Second best 10x10, any larger would come is a model to me.
  22. Great stuff. The color scheme is really nice and certainly adds to the total feel of the MOC. Keep it up.
  23. Enjoy your day.
  24. It is the hunchback from this studios set, nr 1381. Linky
  25. Looking good Admiral. Everything you need to fight of those pesky pirates on a 16x16.
