BSB, I just think it looks better overall and, as someone else said, It is very easily converted to a different faction. No printed sails.

Great review! 1x3 tiles! This really is a good set, in my opinion. Well finished, nice detail and the figs are good, too. Thanks for the great review!

Pillage the Village II - VOTING - Large Category
Commander Laquiet replied to Erdbeereis's topic in Pirate MOCs
My votes: Infomaniac - 4 Newright - 2 I Scream Clone - 2 This was, once again, difficult to choose. Great work everyone! -
These are all great mods and MOCs! I really like the chainsaw on the previous page. That air compresser looks amazing! Great work!

Fantastic MOC! I really like this one, the colour scheme and general theme is really good. I might suggest making all the brown plates used for the roof the same shade, but this is a minor nitpick. The detail on the inside wall with the market is very well done, and great use of the sports plate pieces as outside walls - an ingenious design.

Batbike 3.0 and Stealth BatBoat
Commander Laquiet replied to Righteous Squid's topic in LEGO Licensed
This is fantastic! I really, really like that batbike, it looks like the real thing! The stealth boat looks great too, but somehow I think a different windscreen might be better. Otherwise it is also perfect. Great work! (100th post! ) -
This is great. These are the best Daleks I've seen, those cheese slopes work perfectly. Great work! I can't wait to see more! Maybe the Weeping Angel statues?

This is brilliant work. You have made it look exactly like the real thing, all the colours are perfect and the piece selection is just right. Incredible. Very well done.

This is once again wonderful! I'm really enjoying your classic sets. This one is perfect, and would slot in nicely to the western theme, if it was still around. Great work!
-
Wow! This is one of the best creation's I've seen in it's particular genre. I really like the stone work of the windmill. Fantastic work!
-
Great army! I like the mix of Black Falcons and Bluecoats, they go together well.
-
This is a fantastic diorama! There is so much to it! My favourite part is the crashed shuttle, it looks very submerged in bush. The briefing room and control area is also very nice. Great work!

These are looking great Rayman!. Can't wait for an update.

Commander Laquiet replied to CloneCommanderDelta7's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Great work! My favourite is Delta, his helmet markings look great. -
Yet another fantastic MOC! I especially like the use of grey flippers as rock ornaments. Very well done.

Great work! I think this a perfect outpost, and the red minifigs add nice colour! The pictures are very good, too. Once again, great work!

Great work! I really like the interior/cockpit detail!

Pillage the Village II - VOTING - Small Category
Commander Laquiet replied to SlyOwl's topic in Pirate MOCs
JKool - 3 Newright - 2 JDHinten - 2 This is some of the hardest voting I've ever done! I thought every entry into PTVII small was great - this also pays tribute to some of the great constructive feedback given throughout the contest. Great work to all who entered! -
This is an interesting hull design! I think it looks really good, and you have used it to it's full potential in this fantastic MOC. Wondering whether you have managed to incorporate an interior? It would be difficult, I think. Great work!

This look quite interesting. Some of the bushes and plants could be made to look quite nice mixed with other Lego foliage elements.
-
Wonderful entry! I like every piece of it! That pirate treehouse is incredibly good, and the temple is something to behold. Your little boats are nice too. Tereglith sums this entry up! Brilliant.

The Great Annual Cannon Races!
Commander Laquiet replied to General Armendariz's topic in Pirate MOCs
This is a very good entry! I really like your idea, cannon + seat = jet-ski! Your rock face is nice, I might suggest possibly adding some greenery to it, but the space in a medium entry is limited so that could be difficult. You've done the water nicely too! I also really like the way you jet-ski's are designed - the colour white works really well here. And it is nice to see the addition of some familiar faces as spectators! Great work, and good luck! -
Brilliant review Svelte! It is wonderful to have such a detailed insight of this ship, which is now firmly cemented in my mind as one of the best sets ever produced. I must comment on the quality of your pics, too. All crystal clear. The set itself looks fantastic. I never quite realised just how big it was until the comparison pic with BB. It dwarfs Brickbeard's vessel! A very useful parts pack too. A massive amount of rare pieces in rare colours. Thanks for this amazing review!
