I thought his response to my vote on him was deliberately obtuse; that is, he said I was voting for him for no reason, when actually I've been accusing him since day one. That's what I did PirateDave in jamesn's submarine game. We had a couple PMs set up for different contingencies, that I could post at a moment's notice. Funny enough, klick was the third member of our scum team, though he died quick, and watched the complex, paranoid plan we wove. We had Dave fake claiming to me, and eventually won with his fake claim of doctor. Good times, good times! And your indignant at everybody's sensible questioning of you is not helping your case. He claimed to Molly to, before he told people to be cautious about claiming to her. If he really was trying to stump the scum and take one for the team, blindly claiming in PM is the absolute wrong way to do it. I was just in a game as scum where I won, so likely my 'town' game is similar to my town game. Mike thinks a cleared vanilla townie can unite the town, but of course they can't because the godfather exists. The only way to 100% clear a vanilla is to have them lead lynches on the scum, and even then there will be doubt. There's no way around it, Mike's logic doesn't hold up, and no amount of pouty frowny emoticons will make it any better. Sorry dude.

When I come in on day one telling people I'm town, it's an old joke, one you and many other players have seen time and again. You are correct that I have equal chance to be godfather as anyone else in this game, as I already said, but it's equally true that I'm very unlikely to be godfather twice in a row. I didn't call you scum for stating literal facts, I called you scummy for following a dumb joke of an accusation (Anthony's) with a serious one of your own. I know you, as scum, don't want me around. We'll have to wait and see how far you push it. Note, I haven't pinged on Anthony for saying something very similar. You are the one pinging, and my only lynch candidate so far today.

I hope the cop didn't investigate her, since it would have been a total waste. We can know she's town due to her bold day one claim. I'm not appreciating your train of thought here.

You are playing Devil's Advocate, and she is confirmed. If she claimed a soft investigative claim like role cop or something, it might be iffy. But blocker is one of the holy trinity of town roles (cop, doc and block), It would be horribly risky claim if she wanted to live. At the very least, the 'real' blocker would be coming on here and saying, "I don't buy it, too convenient." I would even go so far that it would be worth it to expose the town blocker for the sake of getting rid of guaranteed scum. With that in mind, I think there's a 100% chance she's legit (and if there is a counter-claiming town blocker, speak up now!). Give it 24 hours to verify there is no counter-claim, and then, yeah, power role people should be claiming to her.

If she's claiming day one, unless there's a counter claim, she's 100% telling the truth. So annoying. I'd read back to where she said she was suss on Ray, which totally went against the tone of her PM to him. I was about to quote them and make it the nail in the coffin.
