  1. Another bloody, pointless night. Again, the person I targeted still walks among the living, but at least my protected still walks this time, so I don't feel so useless. Hmmm, I need to think. Unlike Stash2Sixx, I didn't target innocent Sir. Dillon. Was he even on anybody's radar? If you have any ideas, my Potato Message bag is always open.
  2. I've heard nothing but good things about Monster, and the author Naoki Urasawa's work. I picked up the first book of his 21st Century Boys and I've been reading it, and it's really nice. I generally dislike manga too and gave up on it a long time ago. But, the praise for his work, in Japan and in America was too much that I had to pick it up and check it out. Maybe I'll check Monster, the anime out... But maybe I should read the manga first.

    LEGO TATTOO!

I have a Thai Buddha on my shoulder I got in Bangkok after a woolly two weeks a number of years back. No regrets, though I forget it's there sometimes. Don't knock'em till you try'em.
  4. Happy birthday to the old one-eyed boy who's bringing us misery and pain.
  5. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?...st&p=735838 Arjay, I think you missed this point about the killings http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?...&pid=735114 Multiple people tried to kill the same person. And they think they did. The market is still loaded with confusion, and we have little to go on. My eyes are peeled for clues.
  6. I hate to say anything 100% in these games before I know, but I knew it. Well, at least you helped show us the new kids
  7. I just want to find out if iamded was insane... We'll have to wait for the pictures to develop though.
  8. The person I protected died, so it tells me that the Nizam either have more powerful kills, are killing in groups, or my protect was blocked
  9. Something's going on with those 'veterans', but I don't know what. I felt overjoyed though, when I saw the sun shining through the grungy windowpane into my room this morning. Another day to find the Nizam and make them pay for all this bloodshed.
  10. This is the longest night... I pray that my ostrich tastes Nizam tonight and the sand will not be sponge smeared tomor- zzzzzzzzz wubbbububububuh zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz wubbbububububuh
  11. While I'm not 100% sure, I think it's worth the risk. We will have the insanes cornered soon. Vote: Ian Denton/iamded
  12. I agree with this. Leo Nathans was a lost cause, and by the time he had 5 votes, the other insane used him to cover themselves by throwing him under the bus, thereby appearing sane. I've been going over the voting record to try to find a pattern, but I can't. But, I'm relatively trusting of Mr. Mason at this point.
  13. I was more referring to the other casual accusations thrown around, not Jim's Maybe Jim is Nizam, he's certainly the nail that sticks out. Anyway, I have doubts JimBee will see the light of tomorrows sunrise. Mr. Butcher, eat and drink and enjoy your last night in Persia. I'll cross my fingers that you are Nizam.
  14. Day one should take out the lazy players, then it'll be up to the rest of us to take out those Nizams. Maybe if we're lucky, some of them will forget to vote and we'll be saved the trouble. Hopefully Jim Butcher doesn't catch all the votes on day one, so far he's looking like a lightning rod.
  15. Personally, I'm going to keep my eye out for pot-stirrers. The Nizam will want to make us attack ourselves. I don't plan to fall for their tricks. If you're going to point fingers, you should have a good reason
  16. Hello all, If there's a positive thing to say, I'm happy to be surrounded by honorable folks. I know there will be some casualties, but together we can take out these Nizam snakes and avert disaster! I don't have a lot of strength, but my ostrich is trained and deadly.
  17. Another shock! What a dastardly, insane ploy by Wyatt to vote against his fellow insane. Kudos to the shadowy character that took him out. At this point, I'm baffled as to who the remaining crazies are
  18. I finished Steven Pinker's the Stuff of Thought this week. It was really interesting, about the way humans construct language. It explains how humans organize nouns and verbs, how people use metaphor to explain complicated concepts, why humans swear with the words they do, and proposes to explain why humans use indirect questions to people rather than make solid demands (pass the salt vs. I'd appreciate it if you could pass the salt). To top it off, the book is written in real language as opposed to academic language, making it a smooth read. A recommended book to anyone puzzled by human society. Next on my book pile is Wolf Hall, a historical fiction book that's had a good reputation for the last year or so.
  19. As I am just a mere sponge living in Persia. But I am not looking at anybody's back.
  20. Gotta go for Skalldyr. I'm a sucker for hookahs. Oky Wan's was very well done too. Shame I couldn't have gotten my avatar in on time, though it's not so original
  21. This looks like it's going to be a bloody, bloody game. Let's avert a disaster!
  22. Lego is, this year, at a decent price. But, I buy most of mine at amazon. You can check general availability here. In Japan, you can pay at convenience stores without a credit card, so you could have it delivered to your hotel, probably. While you're in Japan, check out this place though http://www.clickbrick.jp/ The price is Toys R Us level, but the selection is great. Kind of like a Lego boutique store. I'll be posting a review of the store shortly so you (and everyone) can get a better idea.
  23. two magnet sets, the Sponge Bob set (hence today's avatar) and a Star Wars set with OT Leia and C-3PO. For some reason, I've never got a C-3PO, so I can rest easy now. two magnet sets, the Sponge Bob set (hence today's avatar) and a Star Wars set with OT Leia and C-3PO. 24. I checked in when it was at seven votes, but I wasn't convinced, and don't see the point of voting for the heck of it. I didn't find him suspicious. We'll see if this was a witch-hunt, or if Legonator was playing insane way too well. Waiting, waiting....
