Photoshop has the same tools plus a lot more, but Elements is a stripped down version.

Let me tell you, it was a real drag in Eurodina to go to bed with voting still closed, and then wake up with the thread locked and me convicted. No chance to make a defense for myself. Just for game mechanics, having a cut off time makes sense, but also in a narrative way too, since days can't just end.
