Looks like it's in stock on the John Lewis site. -
UCS Millenium Falcon 75192. Arrived today. Can't remember the last time I was this excited. Shame I can't build it yet due to space restrictions.

I despise scalpers... I'm on the verge of ordering this set... Someone want to tip me over? -
Hi people. Sorry to be slightly off-topic but I am building the Unimog as I type. Ive run into an issue with the front suspension... When I apply the small arm on step 95 it makes the front suspension move to the right so it does not stay straight in a rested position. Any ideas where I have gone wrong? Thanks Paul

I have fixed the issue thanks to your help! The axel that turned the pistons had come loose, however I believe there is still an issue. More force that I would consider normal is required to push the model along. I think maybe a gear or bush is too tight. Again, something I can rectify after building the B model!

Hi again all, Got this set today and just finished building. Overall very impressed, however I have a small issue. When pushing 42000 along the ground there is a strange clicking and the rear wheels aren'r turning the engine. When I put the model nose up, the rear wheels drive the engine. I really don't want to dismantle this model as I have only just finished building! Has anyone else run into this issue and/or know a solution?

Ok thanks guys will have to check out bricklink. Are the parts sold on there new and official Lego parts? Also, another issue I have is that some of the pieces from Han's mod are not contained in the 8258 manual so I have trouble finding them. Persistence will have to pay off! THanks for the welcome!

Hi guys, I've recently rediscovered my love of Technic after a long absence. I bought myself 8258 and have had the issues with 12 tooth gears being crunched. I'd like to use Han's mod but am having trouble find all the nessecary pieces on the Lego Pick-A-Brick site. Is there an inventory or an easy way to obtain the required pieces? I tried using the "element id" listed in the 8258 instruction booklet but still had trouble finding certain parts. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks, Paul

Lego Technic 2h 2013
trawetSluaP replied to sama's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hi guys, Have rediscovered my love of all things Technic recently after more than a 10 year gap. Just couldn't resist the 8258 Crane Truck set, was an absolute blast building. Looking at the sets in this thread and am I'm very interested in 42009 MkII Crane. Just have a couple of questions: 1) Are Lego Technic sets made available to pre-order, and if so where is best to do so? 2) Secondly, approx what kind of time do they become available to pre-order (if indeed they do) based on previous August released sets? All and any info is muchly appretiated and I am proper excited to be back in game!!! Paul- 902 replies
