[MOC] This is Madness...
Good Cragger Fan replied to Lego Chris's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
This is a very hilarious MOC! However, it's too bad that you had to use Crominus' head mask on Cragger's head and body, to make a King Cragger minifigure, as I really wished that LEGO made an alternate crocodile head mask for Cragger, with his scar in being viable around his left eye and Cragger's own white teeth in being sticking out from both the top and bottom of his mouth, but with his father's (Crominus') Crocodlie Crown helmet in being printed on it -- because, right now it doesn't quite look like Cragger in your MOC. -

'Peppermint_M', actually, I was talking about the possible future minifgures of the Rhinocreoses and Bears in being on the bad side of the war in the sets and Speedorz, not in the TV show (though, that will probably also be the case), in the post of mine that I quoted right above here. -

I could not possibly agree with you more on this. However! (yes, there is a "however!"), the way in which the minifigures are designed by LEGO prevents from people (including children) in customising the Crocodiles so that they look good and heroic in personality and character (the eyes, mouth and the overall expressions of the Crocodiles' minifigure heads and crocodile head masks, as an example), as opposed to them looking rogue, evil and/or villain-like in personality and character. Therefore -- unless the LEGO Company releases, for example, alternate Crocodile minifigure heads and/or crocodlie head masks, especially an alternate Cragger minifigure head (neither of the sides of the dual-sided expression of the existing Cragger minifigure head are suitable for a good, heroic, pre-hipnotised-by-Crooler's-orchid Cragger look) and/or a Cragger crocodile head mask with an alternate expression that looks much less evil in look and more heroic in look, it including, but not limited to, a Crocodlie head mask print that has his father's (Crominus') Crocodile Crown helmet in being printed on it, which would look similar, but not identical to, Crominus' current Crocodile head mask print -- we cannot possibly have any of the Crocodiles (excluding Crooler) act the heroic part and look the heroic part in our MOCs and/or dioramas and/or vinettes as on how they are designed right now, and it would look silly, stupid and fake-looking there if we pretended that the Crocodiles look heroic in personality and character when they, in reality, look rogue and evil in personality and character. (I personally, figuratively, can't stand in them looking evil in character and personaltiy when I'm trying to protray them as heros and thus good characters (other than Crooler as, I would never, ever protray her as a good character, especially after what she did to her brother, Cragger! )). As to what 'DraikNova' said in the post that is above this one, I can second that fact, which is very, very sad, unfortuantely here! -
We need the following collectable mimifigures to appear in future LEGO Minifigures series: Bluecoat Revolutionary Officer, with a Bicorner hat (as the headgear) and a flintlock pistol (as the accessory) -- we got enough original pirate (or cutlass) swords already : to go with the Revoltionary Soldier that will be one of the minifigures that will be available in LEGO Minifigures Series 10; Heroic (Crown) Foot Soldier (or Man-At-Arms Soldier), with a Blueish-Grey (as what Bricklink calls the colour) (or Medium Stone Grey (as what LEGO calls the colour)) Bullet helmet -- are you reading this LEGO???; I want for you to please, please bring back this mold (or make a brand-new but very similar mold to the old one, and it will be greatly appreciated by me (and many, many other people)!!! -- (as the headgear), and a shield and battleaxe (as the accessories), but no armour this time around (so the torso must be printed with a design): to go with the Heroic (Crown) Knight that is in LEGO Minifigures Series 9 -- it would have the exact same Crown shield design as the Heroic (Crown) Knight's shield (though the shield could be an ovoid shape, instead of the current triangular (or kite) shape that the Heroic (Crown) Knight in LEGO Minifigures Series 9 has now, for uniqueness, but it doesn't really matter to me); Evil (Boar) Foot Soldier (or Man-At-Arms Soldier), with a Black Bullet helmet -- again, are you reading this LEGO???; I want for you to please, please bring back this mold (or make a brand-new but very similar mold to the old one, and it will be greatly appreciated by me (and many, many other people)!!! -- as the headgear, and a shield and flail (or mace (by LEGO using a light saber blade and a technic 8 gear tooth piece)) as the accessories, but no armour this time around (so the torso must be printed with a design): to go with the Evil (Boar) Knight that was in LEGO MInifigures Series 7 -- it would have the exact same Boar shield design as the Evil (Boar) Knight's shield (though the shield could be a triangular (kite) shape, instead of the ovoid shape that the Evil (Boar) Knight in LEGO Minifigures Series 7 has now, for uniqueness, but it doesn't really matter to me); and [New] (Black) Falcon Foot Soldier (or Man-At-Arms Soldier), with a Black kettle (or wide-brimmed) helmet -- we badly need this helmet in black, LEGO!, so are you reading this??? -- as the headgear, and a shield and a black spear as the accessories, but no armour this time around (so the torso must be printed with a design): to go with the [New] (Black) Falcon Knight that is found in the 10223 Kingdoms Joust set -- it would have the exact same [New] (Black) Falcon shield design as the [New] (Black) Falcon Knight's shield (though the shield could be an ovoid shape, instead of the current triangular (kite) shape that the [New] (Black) Falcon Knight minifigure (and two extras in the build, itself) have in the 10223 Kingdoms Joust set have right now, for uniqueness, but it doesn't really matter to me, as any more of the [New] (Black) Falcon shield that will be put into in sets and/or the LEGO Minifigures line by the LEGO Group is greatly appreciated by me (and many, many other people!). Therefore, the release of these minifigures, in future LEGO Minifigures series, by the LEGO Group would make me (and many, many other people) very, very happy here!!!

Yes, that may be true there, but how long will it be on the shelves in brick-and-motar retail stores, me never mind about getting them at LEGO Shop-At-Home. (Will it be only one year or even less than that -- you should think of how long the second wave of Kingdoms lasted in brick-and motar retail stores, which was only about six months!). I am saying this because it is very difficult for me, personally, to get very many copies of this set in one transaction, as I am on a fixed income.

This is one of the reasons why I do not like to order anything from Bricklink, if I do not absolutely have to do so in order to get certain LEGO parts and/or sets that I want and/or need in my collection at a affordable price.

Legends of Chima - Which faction are you?
Good Cragger Fan replied to pedro's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
It would be greatly appreciated if you please add "None Of The Above" to the poll as a choice, at least for now -- since, normally, I would vote for the Crocodile tribe, as I really like anthromorphic reptiles, but they are villains, so I cannot vote for villains, even if they are reptiles (yes, that, unfortuately, includes Cragger, Crominus and Crunket, for now), and there are no other reptile tribes in the land of Chima right now -- but this would only apply once you include options for the Bears, Rhinoceroses, Foxes, Skunks, and the possible but not yet confirmed Beavers (or Porcupines) and Elephants (so It would be really nice if you please add these options as well, not really for my sake but for the sake of other people). However, for now, I voted for other faction, until, when and if, at least one of the following things happen in the land of Chima (which would mean that I would have to delete my current vote): either at least some of the Crocodiles turn good in character; LEGO comes up with another reptile tribe in the land of Chima, in addtion to the already-existing Crocodile tribe; or both of these things happen. -
Legends of Chima future tribes ideas.
Good Cragger Fan replied to DarkSurgeXL's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
This is why Alligators, or even turtles, would be the perfect addition to the animal warrior tribes in the land of Chima for four reasons: 1. The animals that are in question here exists in the real world in the present day, and thus they are not mythicalogical animals nor extinct ones. 2. The animals that are in question here are just as home underwater as it is on land (just like the Crocodiles), and therefore, they can fight effectively in underwater and surface water battles against the Crocodiles, whereas the existing good tribes cannot fight effectively do these things, especially Laval (he cannot swim at all! ) and the other Lion tribe members. 3. They are reptiles (just like the Crocodiles)! 4. Thie animals that are in question here would, thus, be perfect candidates as proper counterparts to the Crocodiles , who are (currently) the villains (along with the Wolves, Ravens and, quite possibly, the Rhinoceroses and Bears), and would be the heros (along with the Lions, Eagles, Gorillas and, probably the Foxes and Skunks). -
I just found out when the Legends of Chima TV show will air on TV again, at least in Canada, which will be airing on Teletoon on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (yay!! ), both Eastern Daylight Savings Time (for the Eastern Time Zone feed) and Pacific Daylight Savings Time (for the Pacific Time Zone feed), for a total of 90 minutes, with at least one new episode. (Hopefully all three episodes are new ones, however; but Teletoon may re-air the first two episodes again before them airing a new episode at 7:30 p.m. -- but this probably will depend on what episodes in which the US version (and possibly the Canadian version) of Cartoon Network will air on TV). I can't wait anymore, as the wait on what will happen to Cragger, Crominus and Crunket is figuratively killing me!!!! I got this information from the TV schedule that is on Teletoon's website.

Well, in that case, the voice acting that done by George Bill Courage is inconsistant when he voices Crominus, so it, towards the end of the second episode, sounds like a completely different character other than Crominus. Therefore, George Bill Courage should be more consistant with his voice acting of Crominus, though it does not bother me too much there. (However, I thought that I should point this out to everyone, just for their own information). As for when the show will air on TV again, at least for Canada (I will also post this in the "Canada Eh?" thread in the Community forum), it will be airing on Teletoon on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (yay!! ), both Eastern Daylight Savings Time (for the Eastern Time Zone feed) and Pacific Daylight Savings Time (for the Pacific Time Zone feed), for a total of 90 minutes, with at least one new episode. I can't wait anymore, as the wait on what will happen to Cragger, Crominus and Crunket is figuratively killing me!!!! I got this information from the TV schedule that is on Teletoon's website. Here is an edit: I changed the name "George Courage" to "Bill Courage", as it appears to be that, it according to Wikipedia, Crominus is voiced by Bill Courage, not George Courage (as I originally thought here), so I'm sorry for the mistake.

I could not possibly agree with you more about the Overlord Battle set, since the Overlord in an evil black dragon form is what we are really missing in this year`s wave of sets!

Legends of Chima 2013
Good Cragger Fan replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Can someone, such as a Moderator, please make a separate thread that discusses the similarities and differences that are between the Legends of Chima TV series, versus the LEGO toy line and versus other media, in terms of how characters are protrayed there, etc., as I cannot make a new thread yet as I am only a Vassal ? In this way we would have an appropriate thread for this, as we do not have an appropriate thread right now; these discussions currently do not fit in either this thread or the Legends of Chima TV Series thread, and I would like to do the right thing here, so I`m sorry if I was off topic here. Also what do you mean exactly there by you saying, "So, we are drawing a line under it thank you."? What exactly is "it" do you mean here? -

I thank you for these official set images, GRogall! My absolute favourite set is the 79106 Calvalry Builder Set model, as I can get cannons with reddish brown bases, which are also found in the ships of the Pirates of the Caribbean theme, and new white horses with saddles for a cheap price! I also like the 79107 Comanche Camp set, since I can get bow-and arrows and quivers -- which are not made in China like the ones in the Minifigures Series 1's Tribal Hunter and Forrestman but are exactly like the ones that are found in The Attack of the Mirkwood Spiders set of The Hobbit theme, which are made in either Europe or Mexico or both places, by LEGO-owned factories -- for a releatively cheap price (or al least cheaper in price than the Attack of the Mirkwood Spiders set -- though I can only get one regular bow-and-arrow and quiver instead of of two of them and might cost more than half of the cost of The Attack of the Mirkwood Spiders set, and it still is not as cheap in cost as the smallest regular, boxed 2011 Ninjago set with Cole, the Black Ninja in it).

Legends of Chima 2013
Good Cragger Fan replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I've carefully examined the Legends of Chima set and Speedorz pictures on www.toyark.com that are from the New York Toy Fair, and I've noticed that both Skinnet's and Flurty's weapons have a transparent blue piece on each of them, so this means that they are both good characters (and probably most, if not all of their respective tribe members are on the Lion's side in the war). (A transparent red piece, on the other figurative hand, that is on a characters' weapon reveals that the character (and the tribe in which he or she belongs to there in the world of Chima) is a bad character.) This can mean that both the Bears and the Rhinoceroses are probably on the Crocodiles' side and thus are bad characters. In regarding the Rhinoceroses, I'm not happy about this, as I like animals with snouts, because they look more attractive to me, hence it is why I like reptiles so much, since they usually have snouts on the heads. Therefore, this is a major letdown on my part, since LEGO has the only two animal tribes that have snouts on the bad side of the war!!!!  (To me, animals (and their half-human, half-animal versions) that do not have snouts (other than Lions and maybe Gorillas) look vey, very flat to me, and thus they look unattractive to me (sometimes even ugly, if they have beaks like birds do in real life and in the world of Chima, and thus I'm not a fan of birds). As a result, it is more important then ever before now for the LEGO Group to have at least one reptile tribe who are on the good side of the war!! Are you reading this LEGO??? -
Why the Colour Changes of 2004?
Good Cragger Fan replied to BrickClick's topic in General LEGO Discussion
It seems to me that LEGO has not learned their lesson in changing colours around for common (and somewhat common colours like the light silver and dark silver colours), thereby annoying many consumers, since, when I discovered that some of my short swords, battle axes and spears in the Kingdoms theme back in late 2010 into most of 2011 were of a different shade than my older ones, I was quite upset, and that means that I have to have all of my Kingdoms minifigures' light silver and dark silver weapons switched over to the new version of light silver and dark silver, as I have to have all of my light silver and dark silver weapons in the minifigures of the Kingdoms theme match in terms of shade and hue. (This applies to all of my Castle (and Pirate minifigures) -- as in any factions that were introduced by LEGO before 2004 must only use the old brown and old dark and light grays only, and any factions that were introduced after 2003 must only use the new brown and new light and dark grays, so they will match in terms of shade and hue.) -
I thought I saw a Crocodile and a Gorilla Legend Beast, but I not sure about this. However, I've counted five or six Legend Beasts when they were seen disappearing from Chima. Moreover, how could there be no Wolf, Raven or Crocodile Legend Beasts? On Mount Cavora, the mountain that is seen floating in the sky with waterfalls, which consist of Chi that are mixed with water, that are coming down from it, you can see a Lion, a Gorilla and a Crocodile head design that are shaped into the rock of the mountain itself, which take up about 1/4, or maybe 1/3, of the space that goes around the mountain, so this means that there could be up to 12 Legend Beasts and thus up to 12 animal tribes in the world of Chima.

Legends of Chima future tribes ideas.
Good Cragger Fan replied to DarkSurgeXL's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I would really, really like to see the following tribes in the world of Chima: 1. Lions -- good (done) 2. Tigers -- bad 3. Crocodiles -- bad (unless Cragger, Crominus, Crunket and some of the other Crocodiles turn good before too many episodes have passed ) (done) And either: 4.a. Alligators (only if all of the Crocodiles remain bad through most or all of the TV series, them including Cragger, Crominus and Crunket , otherwise this tribe would not be necessary for LEGO to release) -- good (We badly need more than just one reptilian tribe ; we badly need more than just one underwater tribe , and I'll figuratively very much die happy here if LEGO made this animal tribe, as a good reptilian tribe to counterpart the Crocodile tribe , should all of the Crocodiles remain bad through most or all of the TV series! ) Or: 4.b. Snakes (only if at least some of the Crocodiles, especially Crominus, Crunket and Cragger, if not most or even all of them (though I seriously doubt that Crooler will ever turn good ( ) in character in any of the episodes of the TV series and will probably remain bad right through the end of the very last episode of the TV series) turn good in character way, way before the end of the TV series of Legends of Chima ; otherwise this tribe would not be necessary for LEGO to release, but the Alligators, as the good characters to counterpart the bad Crocodiles, would need to be released by LEGO instead ) -- bad 5. Eagles -- good (done) 6. Ravens -- bad (done) 7. Wolves -- bad (done) 8. Foxes -- good (nearly confirmed by me in a different post in another thread!) (done) 9. Gorillas -- good (done) 10. Monkeys -- bad 11. Rhinoceroses -- probably bad but I am not sure about this, so only time will tell us? (done) 12. Elephants -- (?) (done? ) (only if the Rhinoceroses are good, otherwise good if the Rhinoceroses are bad) 13. Bears -- probably bad but I am not sure about this? (done) 14. Pandas -- good (only if the Bears are bad, otherwise bad if the Bears are good) 15. Skunks -- good (nearly confired by me in a different post in another thread!) (done) 16. ? -- good (only if the Skunks are bad, otherwise bad if the Skunks are good) 17. Sharks -- bad (We badly need more than just one underwater tribe!) 18. Whales -- good (We badly need more than just one underwater tribe! ) 19. Beavers/Porcupines -- good (? ) (done? ) 20. Hedgehogs -- bad (only if the Beavers/Porcupines are good, otherwise good if the Beavers/Porcupines are bad) 21. Bees -- good (We need at least one or two insect tribes! ) 22. Wasps -- bad (We need at least one or two insect tribes! ) And either: 23.a. Dragons (with wings) -- good (or neutral ) (We badly need more than just one reptilian tribe , and I would figuratively very much die happy here, if LEGO releases this animal tribe! ) 24.a. Bats -- bad (as a counter part to the good Dragons), or Owls -- neutral (if the Dragons are neutral) Or: 23.b. East Asian (think Chinese (Lung)) Dragon -- good (We badly need more than just one reptilian tribe, and I would figuratively very much die happy here, if LEGO were to release this animal tribe! ) 24.b. Western (think European) Dragon -- bad (We badly need more than just one reptilian tribe, and I would figuratively very much die happy here, if LEGO were to release this animal tribe! ). Thus, there's 24 tribes in total! There is a major edit: I added a lot more emotion face symbols and corrected some information on the Fox, Bear, Skunk and Rhinoceros tribes in terms of whether they are good or bad in character, as well as some grammer, formating and sentence structure correctons. -
I strongly prefer to not shop online on Bricklink, Ebay or any other online website other than www.shop.lego.com or maybe even www.amazon.ca (when the products that in in question there are sold directly by amazon), unless it is absolutely necessary and only as a last resort -- as I live in the western side of Canada, where there are very few Bricklink sellers; I have limited funds, and when I part with my cash, I do not like to have to wait so long for Canada Post and/or UPS and/or Federal Express to mail my orders to my house. (I even don't like to order anything through any kind of mail-in order system, be it over the telephone, through regular mail or through any online store and/or website.) This is not to mention that, with my limited funds, I could get scammed through any mail-in order system and/or my order gets lost and/or stolen and/or damaged in it being shipped to my house and thus would have wasted money, perhaps a lot of money, on me placing the order, and the shipping costs can be very high, even if I just buy through a seller in the U.S., whose address is just across the international border from me. (I live about 30 to 45 minutes from the international border, by car, but I don't have a car, and there is no public transit that goes anywhere near the border on either side of it.) Therefore, I really rather to buy LEGO products and parts from a brick-and-motar store, where I don't have to play the waiting game for my order to arrive at my house and don't have to pay any shipping and handling charges -- thank goodness for the LEGO Brand Retail Store in Vancouver in being opened up last year, as it was very hard to get exclusive LEGO products and Pick-A-Brick parts, aside from the odd vacation trip down to the U.S., before that time. (I generally only order from shop.lego.com when there is a free shipping promotion that is going on then).

Legends of Chima 2013
Good Cragger Fan replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I rest my case for now, until I see the next episode (or two or three episodes) of the TV series later on in this month (on TV and/or online) or very early next month (online only), to make a final judgement on Crominus' and Craggers' character and personality (along with Crunket's character and personality) and how it is shown in the TV series versus the sets and Speedorz and other media. -
Over at Brickset, there appears to be a new official LEGO Brand Retail Store that was announced there that will soon open up in Edmonton, Alberta sometime this spring. If this is true there, then there will be two new LEGO Brand Retail Stores that will be opening up this year in Western Canada (one in Surrey, British Columbia and one in Edmonton, Alberta, me not counting the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Southern Ontario that is near Toronto). It seems that LEGO is showing a lot of love for Western Canadians this year, in terms of official LEGO Stores.

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
Good Cragger Fan replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
How bad is the sound quality on those DVD's? Is there any sound at all, or is the sound just a bit off to what it should sound like on there? If there is no sound at all or next to no sound (i.e., very quiet sound, even when you have the volume on the TV at it's loudest setting), then I'm extremely worried about this, as I haven't bought any of the Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu DVD's but plan to buy the complete first and second season DVD box sets in the next few months. Also, does this apply only to US DVD's or does it apply to all Region 1 DVD's of the TV series, them including the ones that are sold in Canada? If the sound is only a bit off there, then I can live with that.- 4,591 replies

This is very interesting (about LaGravis and Crominus in being voiced by the same person (who are voiced acted by George Bill Courage, by the way, in case you didn't know this)). It is because, when Crominus first finds out that Cragger was arrested by the Lions and he said "He did what?!!" in the Croc Lair Hideout right up until just before he and Crunket fall down into that hole (or cave) in the Fangs, he sounds nothing like LaGravis, but when he said to Cragger right before he and Crunket fall into that hole, "You're in charge now, son. But what ever you do, don't..." (and then he and Crunket fall down the hole), he sounds a lot like LaGravis's voice but only deeper and a bit more raspy in sound -- and this continues after he and Crunket fall down that hole when he talks to Crunket about what he said to Cragger, since Crunket was worried about Cragger (and she should be worried about him, for obvious reasons for those people who've seen the first two episodes!). Therefore, I wonder if it is not one person but two different people had voiced Crominus in the first episode of the TV series. However can anyone confirm this? Here is an edit: I've changed the name of the voice actor of Crominus from "George Courage" to "Bill Courage", since I made an error in the voice actor's name.

Legends of Chima 2013
Good Cragger Fan replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I could not agree with you more here on all of your points. Crominus has the golden Crocodile crown helmet only because he is the leader of the Crocodile tribe, and when Cragger becomes the new king of the Crocodile tribe, he started wearing the golden Crocodile helmet crown (after Crooler handed it to him, but how she got it from Crominus, we don't know yet). However, why doesn't Crominus nor Cragger wear a cape in the show, while in the sets (and other forms of media and advertisments) they both wear a cape? This is why the Croc Lair Hideout set should have been released first, in the first wave of this year and the Cragger's Command ship set in the second wave of this year, even as a retail store exclusive set like the Croc Lair Hideout set is (orwill be) now (or in the next few months), since in that way Crominus would not have to be in that set and LEGO can replace it with another Crocodlie, such as Cranvil, which we haven't seen in minifigure form yet, which could be the exclusive minifigure in which a lot of retail store exclusive sets tend to have there. I'm saying this because the Croc Lair Hideout set, as far as we know here, will not reveal to much of the plot of the TV show, it depending on what minifigures will actually be included in it. This may be the case, whereas the Cragger's Command Ship reveals that somehow and/or for some reason Crominus thinks evil thoughts, it being based on the part of the box art where all of the minifigures are shown lined up and that Crominus' minifigure has a red background that is behind it -- just like Cragger, Crooler and Rawzom also have a red background that are benind those minifigures that symbolises that they are the bad characters, where Longtooth and Lennox have a blue background that symbolises that they are the good characters -- which is a abomination in my opinion. This is because since Crominus does not think evil thoughts in the show so far and I really don't think he will think evil thoughts in future episodes unless he gets hipnotised by Crooler or loses his memory somehow, the Cragger's Command Ship set should not have him in it unless he shown in helping the Lions in fighting against Cragger (while he is hipnotised by Crooler via the orchid) Crooler and the other crocodlies, other than Crunket of course, and with a blue background that is behind the picture of the minifigure of Crominus.
