  1. Sounds cool, even though I'm not into technic. And there we have Inspector Dog, huh? ~ General Magma
  2. Very nice AT-RT you've made there! The feet look familair, though. Something I've seen earlier... Also, congratulations on becoming a count. ~ General Magma
  3. I agree, well said Brickdoctor. I don't mind the CW and the PT sets, but OT sets are just released in very small amounts compared to CW/PT sets each year, ever since the CW came out. It's a bad year for OT fans... I hope there will be an awesome OT UCS set to justify it a bit. ~ General Magma
  4. Wait.. Is that what I think it is? Great job on this! Good luck in the contest. ~ General Magma
  5. Great shots, everyone! Keep up the good work! For today, I've got some shots aswell! I tried some things with lights in the dark for the first time. Enjoy! First off, some zombie shots. 6. There isn't much that I like here, or stuff that is of use to me. The only ones I like would be the alien and the blacktron guy, the samurai and the elf are nice aswell. I hope there'll be more stuff in series 4 that relates to space... things I could use for Star Wars. The green Squidman head is pretty nice to me, but I would have liked to see another species. ~ General Magma
  7. Thanks. And about the bounty hunter - he's made up by me, he has no name as of now, yet. I recently made him, and will most likely feature in one of my future MOCs. Hopefully I'll come up with a name soon. ~ General Magma
  8. Hello! It's been a while since I posted my last MOC on EB, but now I've got a new digital camera, I'll put some new ones on here again. Sometime ago, I decided to make a sleek starfighter for my bounty hunter figure. Lately I have also gotten into making most of my models of vehicles with SNOT techniques. (The pictuers were oversized at first, so I had to remove them and now I added just one of them. Please check out the rest on Brickshelf/MOCpages. Links on the bottom of the post.) 9. Why does it suck? Because it isn't a giant droid carrier that fits a million droids? The design is accurate to the real thing, even if the size isn't very right. ~ General Magma
  10. Haha, that was great. I also saw several minifigs which started me to get thinking: new Gamorrean guard + Jabba = new Jabba's palace set? Re-release of the Jawas and the tusken raiders? The bith band? Perhaps... ~ General Magma
  11. Definitely 7929 Battle of Naboo: Large amount of battle droids, awesome new gungans, so it's just the best set of wave 1 next year. ~ General Magma
  12. 1) Dwarf Spider droid from O6 to O8. 2) Droid transport from J4 to J5. 3) Droid transport from P4 to P5. 4) MTT from L4 to L5. 5) AAT from N3 to N4. I will not surrender...
  13. Yes, but the dust always tends to return. They just never want to stay away from my LEGO. ~ General Magma
  14. Yes, it made it feel more like Tatooine as a sand effect (like KielDaMan also said), and the vulture droid crashed many years before the remains were found, so the remains were a bit under the sand. Thanks all! ~ General Magma
  15. Thanks! And how I made the droid? Well, it all started when I wanted to make an astromech droid in orange colors. Then I took an orange 2x2 round tile and a 2x2 round brick. Since my printer sucked, and I had no experience with waterslide decals, I decided to do hand-drawn decals. As a reference I took one of my R2-D2's and checked what bits I needed to add on a paper strip, then glued it onto the piece. I also painted the blue parts of the body orange, which was hard to do since these are very small things I had to paint. The orange stripes on the sides of the legs could either be done with paint, or a small, rightly-sized strip of paper, placing it inside the small open sides of the leg with glue. It's best to use decals made on the computer and place them on the figure with the waterslide technique, but when you're unable to do that (not having the right materials like me), then hand-drawn decals are also an option. A ruler may help there, but I managed to do it without one. Hope that helped! Back more on-topic; As for legofenris' pics: great job as always! The Boba Fett one is the best of the two, but the Endor one is awesome too! Very well done! ~ General Magma
  16. Hello all! I recently got a new digital camera, and I got into LEGO photography. Today I decided to do "some" shots, but in fact, it later turned out to be much more pics. I'll post some deeplinks here, the rest is on Flickr. 17. R.I.P. Dan. Bricklink is absolutely the most useful site for us LEGO fans. He made a great website that is extremely helpful for us to build our MOCs. The best source for LEGO pieces.. The good die young... ~ General Magma
  18. Haha, great entry! Never thought a 210+ years old Wookiee would still crap on the floor. Good luck in the contest. ~ General Magma
  19. My vote goes to Star Wars. But as a second vote, I'd choose Space Police III aswell. ~ General Magma
  20. Ouch. Now I'm glad I didn't buy it 3 days ago, and instead waited for the opinions of others about this, but it's very disappointing to hear that it was so bad. Oh well. They never seem to release the great action and things from the trailer, I suppose. I expected alot more from this game, but if I hear these things what other people think about it.. I hope I'll be able to play it for 5 cents one day. Seriously though, I'll need to play this game myself to find out my own opinion - but I'm not going to pay 45 euros, or 58 for consoles. ~ General Magma
  21. If anybody has played this for PC already, please tell me if it was good and worth buying, because I heard the PC version of the first game was terrible. Hopefully it's better for TFU2, as I don't have any Next Generation consoles... Thanks in advance, ~ General Magma
  22. What's with the people not liking the dark flesh arms on Jar Jar? It's more accurate. His arms are supposed to be the dark flesh color. ~ General Magma
  23. Don't worry about that, there are still rumors that in the summer wave we'll be getting a Geonosian battlepack. As for the V-Wing, I have no clue what helmet that is. It might either be the new TIE Pilot, or a new helmet. Or neiter of these. Looking forward to be seeing clearer pics of wave 1 and some pics of wave 2. I really want to see the new Endor and Geonosian sets. Not so excited about the rest, unless they turn out to be good. ~ General Magma
  24. I'm pretty much disappointed with the Battle of Geonosis set. I was hoping for a good amount of Geonosians, but there is no single one in it. Oh well, I'll buy one, but my only hope for Geonosians could be the Geonosian starfighter now... "Help me Geonosian starfighter, you're my only hope!" As for the rest, I'm not excited about the bounty hunter gunship and the T-6, I only like some of the minifigs.. The Battle of Naboo though! The best of the bunch, very nice set! I will definitely buy multiples! The flesh/dark flesh on Jar Jar's head is the same color as on the arms. The new shield piece is great too. But now, as the Battle of Geonosis set turns out to be part of wave 1 (or a march release), what would replace that set in the summer wave? ~ General Magma
  25. I said as far as I know. Doesn't mean I'm sure of it. I don't study the entire SW universe carefully, and I can be wrong sometimes too. ~ General Magma EDIT: Oh, and by the way, if you had read my next post after the one you've quoted, I noted alot more things.
