It is awesome indeed, the ship is very nice and the rigging is great as well. The favorite part are the galleries on the side of the ship. I might steal some ideas from it!

I think I'll stick with Ras 74's story. I recommend everyone to keep his/her/it's eyes open!

Looks like I missed something spectacular past days.

Didn't see that coming. Great work, nice idea and well executed. Shooting $100 bucks is an expensive joke in real life though.

That's a nice build Arthos! I like it. The small ship is great, and the buildings too, I don't really like the blue doors though. Nice job Arthos!

It's a miracle you're still alive. Looks like you had great fun though.

18 here.

Is that the same game as Settlers: Rise an empire? In case it is, I truely recommend you to go ahead and build! I've got a lot of inspiration from it.

? I like the island, it contains a lot of things. The top of the island is too flat though. I like the cliffs, simple but effective. The caught shark is a nice touch, as well for the fire with light effect. Very nice.

It looks quite nice, great idea as well. Though I prefer tiling the roof, it still is an awesome build. The garden has a romantic feel over it, very peaceful. And the whole MOC perfectly fits in the street! Nice job!

Great design, and it really looks like the picture. Although I always feel sorry for the old woods, I admit you've done a great job. The mechanism looks very handy, and I see the whole MOC is a complicated build. Very nice.

Welcome back! That looks even better! It has better lines now and some parts are less angular I see. I'm still wondering why there are blue lights on it?

Yup, that's right. Your entry the First Contact will be frontpaged on Classic-Pirates.com today!

Allright guys, I'm coming forward with the truth. Classic-Pirates has planned another contest. There are some odd map pieces on Brickshelf, they are real maps. By starting in the LEGO Caribbean, and following the route, you will end up surrounded by treasure. Of course that is far too simple. You have to find the map pieces first. And the route is full of danger. Happy treasure hunting! The old pirate with his large beard in the pub told me the maps lead to a secret pile of rum. Which is also awesome of course. We'll see.

It's so interesting to see other people's odd habits. Some more 'facts' about me: I have a pirate steering wheel at my bedroom. I'm going to place it in my car in the future, like this guy: Pirate driver I'm happy with our Christmas tree. I have no idea what is going on in the Pirates Forum with some odd map pieces. It is odd that heavy music calms me down and makes me feel relaxed. I love ghost scream masks! Especially when you're in a group to scare some people. I'll visit the HMS Victory in Portsmouth next summer holidays. I've decided I want my ship finished in October 2010. I always use Axe deo. The movie Saving Private Ryan isn't funny anymore if you've seen the voice-over version. It's a Dutch voice over though.

Well yeah we had some snow here in the north of the Netherlands as well. They told us there would fall about 10 centimeters, next morning it came to my knees. About 40-50 cm snow! Great fun in the first hours, but after that we realized we were stuck. I managed to get to school, just before it was closed. It began to snow again and I was unable to get home. Trapped, surrounded and stranded in snow. Lucky enough I could sleep by a friend of me, otherwise I had to sleep on the streets. Next morning I tried to get back to home, I've been torturing my cycle, and finally managed to reach home. 2 hours busy with 10 kilometers. I'll see how I get to work today...

Very impressive, and great use of parts! I simply love the reindeers, and the Santa is awesome as well.
-
Very narrow building I see, it really looks like it was pushed down the alleyway. I like the front of your building a lot. You've put a lot of attention to detail on such a small space.
-
The first thing I noticed is the smart way to construct beer glasses. I might use that in the future. Furthermore the pub/bar looks great, the graffiti at the outside is very nice. You've put so many details in all the buildings! Very nice job BlueBard!
-
Looking good, and the system to haul the car on the truck is nice. I would add orange lights on top instead of blue. Blue lights are only for emergency verhicles like the police. In the Netherlands at least. Keep it up!

Very nice TheBrickster! I can smell the taquila already. You've picked nice colours again, and the custom decal is awesome. The cherries add a lot to the mexican feeling. Very good job.
-
This is very good, I see you've used large castle pieces in it, and I have never succeeded making a nice castle from those bricks. Perhaps you could tile some parts, but that's just because I'm fan of tiling. Furthermore I'd like to say you've done a great job on the fighting scenes, lots of action. I hope to see more work from you.

This is cool, most probably the first car looking verhicle ever invented. I like the chains, but I don't really like the roof. It is less dwarfish for me. Perhaps it looks better if it was made with brown pieces. Great work though.
-
Wow, you are busy these days! Great job. The Scorpions and Orcs are my favorite factions till now, the dwarves are close behind. Very nice armies! I hope I can collect a large army sometime.

I think it is the lost map to my bet-bet-grandmother's secret anchovy-whiskey storage somewhere in the Caribbean! Toiletpaper is always a possibility of course...
