  1. Then I'm in trouble. 1x5 tiles just don't exist.
  2. The wonderful harbour diorama will be frontpaged at Classic-Pirates.com today!
  3. I love those 68 pounders! Nice pictues, I'm sure this is something relevant to what Legorski has in mind. How is the build coming along Legorski? Any pictuers already?
  4. I got a new one recently, Shipyard Master instead of Shipyard Pirate. Zorro confessed he did it because of my blogging work on Classic-Pirates.com.
  5. My idea! Sad news though, but I hope it makes place for an upcoming pirate line in the future.
  6. That is a very nice creation Louloute! Wonderful colours all round. The small rock in the water with the rubber band is my favorite detail. It looks a bit too detailed if I see the shores next to it though, but it's a very nice idea. I also like the lime green colour used, and the rope bridge is a cool addition.
  7. Yep! And I'm going to order this head in the coming days if I have time.
  8. WoW! That is amazing work DNL! Both creations are top notch againn, especially the large cathedral tower is awesome. Now how long did it take you to build it?
  9. An awesome creation Trash! The minifigs are really nice, as well for the building. I feel it's more an assassin's guild then a thieves guild, but it looks great anyway. The only thing I miss is a large pile of stolen gold, gems, idols and more valuable items. And that rat trying to get that croissant is hilarious.
  10. An excellent chariot. The archer at the back makes me think of the Gladiator movie. I think this one is very realistic, the blades are a deadly nice touch.
  11. Great job already! Looks like it's going to be a nice fort to protect the town! Now the only thing left is to start grabbing bricks!
  12. There are certainly lots, lots of bricks used in here. I see a lot of nice ideas, it's not just a big fort, it's stashed with realistic chambers and some nice detail already. I don't really like the white with red stairs, brown represents the colour of wood better I think. Although the whole fort's coloursheme looks nice. There is also a massive prison in there I see, ready to store some brave Bluecoats I guess? Prepare for the largest jailbreak ever! Seriously though, I think you are doing a great job here Hornbricker!
  13. I believe this collection of eBay auctions is quite a nice source for army builders. Lots of minifigs in there! There is even a Captain Zuloo I see.
  14. The contest is over already, and so are the voting rounds, but we couldn't resist to frontpage it!
  15. For a realistic brig the last option is the most realistic, since brigs were mostly flat ships with no high cabin or forecastle. I also recommend to check out some model ships on the internet, or get your eyes into some ship books avaible in almost every library. It almost sounds like work, but the result will be there for sure once you know how ships are constructed, several types of ships and more. All the best with your Brig!
  16. That is impressive! What an enormous layout. I can't wait to see those large space filled with highly detailed buildings! Just watch out you don't built your crates with LEGO in the layout. An awesome project Commodore! I think even my ship can sail there safely without coming in range of the fort's cannons.
  17. Hum... Ok I agree, I'm very scary.
  18. One at the time.
  19. I can't say it better. Although I have discovered something what uld be changed, and that is to make the gunports offset. Like a chessboard, black above white. And in this case black (gunport) above yellow. Some less cannons add more realism, and I'm looking forward to see the stern and bow. Good luck!
  20. That is correct, but then you have no brig anymore! Brigs were fast vessels with not too many guns. I think you should leave the lower decks for the crew. IF you go for a realistic model at least. On real Brigs those quarters were already partly under water level. If you need further help, do not hestitate to ask!
  21. Now you say it... Indeed! Like I already knew about it!
  22. ...of doom.... :pir-skull: You guys might be interested in the MOCforum at this very moment. Something odds appeared!
  23. Mmm... Do I smell Croissants? You can count me in Ratshot! I'm thinking on the Shipyard Master's office, while the torture chamber sounds great fun too... :pir-skull: I'll have a go with the Shipyard Master's office.
  24. He does! An awesome creation again, highly detailed and all kinds of new stuff. The doors as jetty for example. A true Owl MOC again, constructed at a high speed again. Awesome.
  25. They always check the pictures after uploading to see if it is the right content. Be patient. Now you have me wondering as well....
