You should use bricklink, it is much cheaper, if you find the right store. I found that pick a brick doesn't have many pieces either. Make sure that you find a store where it has ALL the pieces, not multiple stores, and search for the cheapest, but also watch feedback, and quantity.

nope. you can change it yourself. You can only change it every 366 days though.

You don't always need a resistor, i currently have some leds on my chinese yoyo without a resistor, and many of the key chain flashlights don't use resistors.

That should be quite easy, but you could also include a tracking system for it, so it doesn't pour all over! You should also add a function so that you can choose what brand, kind, etc... you want.

What if a truck doesn't click it until it gets to the top of the ramp? Or if the truck's body is very far front, away from the wheels? You should make a square and put a ultrasonic sensors on its side on the side of the box, so it senses the front of the truck, and should be moved up and down according to the front and where the front of the truck is, so if the grill is big and high, the ultrasonic sensor might not sense it, but if you adjusted it, it would not happen. But with this in mind, you would need to make a rule of no random things sticking out the front.

The body work looks MUCH better than my first try at body work. I like how you made the spacing for the inner works! Great job though!
